Reign cupped my face with a gentle touch and drew it closer to him without breaking our lips being that was touched to each other. I felt Reign’s hand on my back, and his kiss becomes deeper. I don’t know what to do. Thinking that we are doing this in the middle of the dark makes me feel embarrassed.

I immediately pushed Reign as I felt his kisses deepen. We shouldn’t be doing this. I’m happy, but I shouldn’t. I first need to know how Reign thinks about me. He suddenly kissed me, and it was my fault why I kissed back!

Even though it was a bit dark, I immediately averted my eyes. I can feel Reign’s stares at me, and I don’t know his expression or what he’s currently thinking. I was blushing, and my heart is beating so hard. I can’t believe we kissed!

“Hey,” I felt Reign gently touch my jaw, and he immediately faced it in his direction, “Are you okay?” he asked with a worried voice. I didn’t answer because I wasn’t okay. My body was still shaking because of the fallen into the abyss earlier.

“Where is Sharmon?” I asked while looking at Reign’s back, ignoring his question.

“She runs away, and she’s not my priority. I don’t care about her. Are you okay?” Reign asked again. Suddenly our location lit up because of the fire of the burning house behind Reign. I stiffened to see his blue eyes staring at me.

I nodded, “I’m fine,” I said. I didn’t notice that Reign’s hands were still supporting my back. I looked at him, “Thank you for saving my life again,” I said. He didn’t say anything; instead, my heart beats furiously when Reign suddenly holds my nape and pulled it closer to his face.

Once again, Reign claimed my lips like he owns everything on me without any remarks; electricity zipped through my body, warming straight to my core as he gently brushes his lips to mine. I felt Reign’s body heat and his furious heartbeat.

I’m losing myself because of the closeness of our bodies. I was too caught up in this current moment. I was too caught up that I forgot to breathe! I held my breath as Reign’s lips deepened into mine. I don’t know how to accompany his kisses because this is the first time it has happened to me. We used to kiss under the ocean before, but this is something far from my experience.

Reign maybe felt that I was having a hard time getting airflow into my body. Reign gently bites my lower lip before he finally pulled them away from mine. I almost pee because of the last thing he did!

“Your lips tasted like peaches and honey, and” Reign suddenly put his face closer to mine. Is he going to kiss me again? I was shocked when he gives me a peck on the lips, “it was damn pillowy against my own,” he said. Even if it’s a bit dark, I can see how Reign gave me a flirtatious smile. I’m sure that his smile was flirting with me!

Reign took his hand behind my back and got up from sitting on the grass. He then immediately reached his hand in front of me. Although I’m still shocked by what happened to the two of us, I took his hands. I feel so nervous, and a million volts flow through my body as our skins meet.

When I got up, my body becomes feeble, and my knees were shaking, causing me to lose my balance, but Reign immediately grabbed me by the waist, preventing me from falling on the grass. I looked at him, and I think it was a wrong move. His blue eyes were intensely staring at me as my face freely accepting his menthol breathe.

I immediately averted my eyes from Reign because I could feel the furious thump of my chest again. He adjusted my stance and wrapped his right arm around my waist to give me support. I didn’t say a word because I couldn’t open my mouth.

I’m embarrassed, and I can’t say anything because of the kiss that happened earlier. I can’t believe Reign kissed me without permission, but I wanted to! I shook my head. What am I thinking?

Reign began to walk as he supported me, “Be careful,” he whispered between his breathe while not looking at me and staring thoughtfully at our path. When we came out of the darkness, we were immediately greeted by the burning house, and the fire was slowly dying because of the depleting of the house’s living materials.

Reign did not speak, and we immediately walked away from the burning house. We headed straight for the harbor. I also noticed that none of the people were fighting anymore. All Reign’s men and Shino’s disappeared as nothing happened earlier. Speaking of Shino, I looked at Reign.

“Why?” he asked when he noticed my eyes looking at him.

“Where is Shino? What happened to him?” Reign’s expression changed as he heard my question. He then sighs and turned his blue eyes in front.

“He’s fine. I didn’t hurt him,”

“Why?”

“Because I was terrified that you’ll hate me,” I was shocked by Reign’s words. His voice was gentle and quiet. I was about to say something when one of Reign’s men approached us. He was holding a bottle of water. I found him weird since he was wearing a mask. He then reaches the two bottles in his hand to us.

“Why are you wearing a mask?” I stared at the man in front of us. I’m not sure if he was one of Reign’s men, but when I turn my eyes on his neck, a tattoo classifies him as one of them.

“We are fixing the burning ship so that we can get out safely later without any hindrance, boss,” the man answered while bowing his head. When I looked in front of us, the burning ship was gone. They cleaned it. I immediately took the water bottle he handed me; I was also longing for a drink. Reign also picked the other one.

“Where are the others?” Reign asked.

“They have already returned to the island, boss,”

“How about Shino?”

“He was also with them, boss,”

“Okay. Prepare the boat so that we can return to the island,” The man immediately left after Reign ordered him. I try to open the water bottle’s lid, but I feel like I have no strength left.

Suddenly Reign took the water bottle out from my hands and replaced it with his while it’s already opened, “Don’t force it to open if you can’t. I’m here, and I’ll take care of everything you want,” I suddenly blushed when he put his hand on my head. He was giving me a gentle pat.

“Thank you,” I was embarrassed and immediately jumped on the water bottle. I don’t know why I devoured everything inside the bottle. Probably because of thirst.

I never heard Reign speak again. Later on, his men came back, but he was different from the one before. I just removed the thought from my mind because Reign has many people in his hands, so it’s not surprising.

“The boat is ready, boss,” After the man said that, we immediately went to the prepared boat. I felt Reign throw the empty bottle. No one speaks between and Reign. No one dared to speak from boarding into the ship, the ship’s function, and our arrival on the island.

Reign helped me get off the boat. When I got down my feet on the shore, I suddenly stopped, “Why?” I looked at Reign, but I was suddenly felt dizzy, “Hey. Are you okay?” His worried voice filled my ears. My body heats up, and I cannot endure it; I feel like I’m on fire.

“H-Hot,” I don’t know what I’m doing. My hands moved spontaneously and violently lifted my dress, but I felt Reign’s hand restrain me from taking off my clothes.

“What the heck are you doing, Ruchee?” I did not answer but immediately approached him and pressed a kiss to his lips. He gently pulled me away from him. I was dizzy, and my body was burning from the heating feeling. My breath is also getting heavier.

“I want you,” I said in a seductive voice. Wait. What’s happening to me?

“Shit!” I heard Reign cursed. I suddenly bent down to restrain myself, but my body became even hotter as I thought of Reign touching and kissing me. It’s like I want that to happen again between us, but I want it more than that.

“Find the man who gave us a bottle of water earlier, and don’t let him run away. He drugged my woman,” I felt someone wrap his hands around my back. I looked at Reign when I felt my sudden rise in the air and my slight lying down. Although I was dizzy, I stared at Reign’s face. I can feel his heavy breath on my face, “It’s your luck because I’m here to get the drug out in your body and,” I can feel his intense stare, “You are my woman, so I would be willing to do everything,”

I felt Reign’s soft lips pressed on my forehead. Drug? Have I been drug?
