I washed my face in front of the sink. I don’t know what time it is. I woke up early because Reign and I were going somewhere. I do not know where because he didn’t bother to tell me about it.

When I finished washing, I reach out for the face towel placed at the top of the sink. After I wiped my face with a dry towel, I stared at my reflection. I drew in air and exhaled heavily.

I suddenly remembered what happened last night, which made me blush, and my chest throbbed. I took another deep breath. I will never forget how Reign inserted his hands inside my crop top and touch something sensitive.

What is he thinking? I just realized what he was up to when he left the room. He can say it directly without making an example! I can understand by chance.

I don’t know, but I was just surprised when both sides of my lips suddenly rose because of what I remembered last night. Honestly, I no longer know how I feel. Why does Reign have such an effect on me?

Why is it that every time he touches me, it seems like it’s already a big deal for me, even in a small way? I don’t know, but honestly, I’m starting to fantasize about his claw-like hand.

He has also rescued me from those hands several times, and I am very grateful to him. I also wanted to know about his real purpose for me, but I couldn’t find the timing. Every time we face each other, I just lose the question quickly.

I shook my head and immediately blew air. I shouldn’t think of unimportant things. I retook one glance at myself in the mirror before leaving the bathroom.

When I got out of the bathroom, I saw Letty and Thraia standing near the doorway. Both of them are wearing their uniforms, as usual.

I gave them a frugal but genuine smile. It didn’t seem to affect Letty because she didn’t react to what I did, while Thraia also gave me a miserly smile.

I want to be close to Thraia. I was so relieved and comfortable when I’m with her. This is the first time I had taken an interest in befriending someone. Honestly, this is the first time I have found a person I can share about my life.

“Miss Ruchee, the master ordered that you need to be downstairs at seven. He also told us to wear this dress,” Letty immediately said while the expression on her face did not change. I glanced at the clothes hanging on Thraia’s right arm that I had just noticed.

I don’t know if what kind of clothes is in Thraia’s hands, but one thing is for sure, it was not short because I can see the fabric she’s holding is long. I don’t want to wear short clothes to the thought of what happened last night might happen again.

I suddenly blushed and immediately averted my eyes and face. There’s more possible reason to think, but why is that? Oh, Ruchee!

I’ll complain to Reign later about what kind of clothes I want to wear. If he wants me to stay here, then he has to follow my wishes. I know it’s unlikely that my personal complaints will be fulfilled, but I’m not really going to wear short clothes anymore!

I just nodded at Letty, “Okay. I will. After I finish taking a shower,” I said with respect. Even though Letty is like this, I still have to be formal because she’s older than me.

I didn’t really plan to take a bath, but it would be a pity if the person wearing the beautiful dress that Thraia was holding did not take a bath. I can feel that it is gorgeous and one of a kind based on the fabric I see. It was made with Burmese lotus flower silk.

“No need to take a shower, Miss Ruchee. The master was already waiting downstairs, and it’s already,” Letty took something from the pocket of her dress and looked at it, “six forty in the morning. You only have twenty minutes to prepare yourself,” she put the thing back into her dress’s pocket and glance at Thraia, “Help the miss on wearing the dress,” Thraia just nodded and immediately walk towards me after hearing the command from the head of the maids.

I had no choice but to re-enter the bathroom with Thraia. When we entered, Thraia remained, her head bent over.

“I told you when we’re alone together, you don’t have to bow down,” I said while looking at her. Thraia raised her head.

“I don’t know what to react, miss. I just want to respect you because the master gives his full respect to you, and another thing, you are kind. So I don’t want to take advantage because you told me not to do it. This is my job, miss,” she said, then put her head low again.

“Isn’t your job to give me what I want?” Thraia just nodded without looking at me, “Then you shouldn’t defy what I said. I don’t know what your master is thinking and did this to me. Making me a person with a high position in his house. I will talk to him about this later. I want to work as a maid, so don’t bow to me,” she just nodded.

“Let me help you wear this dress, miss,” she says as if breaking the current topic. I didn’t say a word anymore because I had to hurry since Reign was already waiting downstairs.

When Thraia finished helping me wear the dress, we went out of the bathroom. I am now wearing a below-the-knee fitted tube purple dress. It feels a bit uncomfortable because my chest and shoulders are visible, but this is finer than what I was wearing yesterday.

I don’t know where Letty was conceived because she immediately opened the double door. I just didn’t say a word anymore. I still wanted to rest, but I lost my appetite to do so.

We went straight down the giant staircase, and Letty was right. When we got down, I saw Reign standing at the end and side of the stairs. He was wearing a dark green Hawaiian polo shirt partnered with Hawaiian shorts.

Where are we going? I feel like we’re going to a party on a Hawaiian island based on our clothes. When we got down, Letty and Thraia immediately walked away from us. I saw that they were behind us with the other maids and with bowed heads.

“That suits you,” I turned my eyes to Reign and caught his blue and deep eyes staring at me. My face suddenly heated, and then I force myself to look away from him.

But to my surprise, he gently grabbed my chin to face him. I was nervous when I saw a deep smile on his face. What is he thinking?

“Don’t try to avert your beautiful face away from my eyes,” I was dumbfounded when the smile on his face turned into an intense expression. My body was frozen on my own feet because of the next thing he said, “You can do that to other people, but you can’t do that to me. You should only look at me, and you should only stare at me. There is no one but me. I do not own you because you are my only treasure,”

Treasure? What is Reign talking about?
