Early the next, morning I rush to the room in which the man I captured is being kept.

He's still in the same state as before, lying there unconscious, making my efforts go to waste. What's his use, lying there like a bag of potato. it's so annoying  looking at him in that state.

I thought by now his wounds have made progress in getting better. How will I question him, I need answers not taking care of him, I'm no nanny.

He has been of no use since he came, all we do is to spend our resources on him. Shit!.

"How long will it take for you to wake this man up?. It's been three days and still nothing." I grabs the medic by his neck, lifting him above ground level.

He's shivering... "My Prince, I have no idea." he cries with his trembling voice though he could barely speak.

"If he doesn't wake up this evening, you won't see the day of tomorrow." I release him and he falls to the ground, heavily.

"My Prince, I'm doing my best and I have no control over this. I'm a family man, I have a wife and children to care for, I will do my best, please spare me my prince ." he cries as if it's going to change my mind.

"I don't care, just wake him up. Shit!" I turn to walk out and the man is still begging.

~ Coughs ~

Immediately, I turn when I hear the tiny faint sound. The doctor instantly gets up from the floor and he moves to his patient who is battling so hard with himself to open his eyes.

"Don't move, calm down." the doctor whispers...

"Finally." I move back to them.

The doctor immediately swivel his gaze at me "He's very weak, we have to allow him to rest, he can't speak now."

"I have no time for such." I push him away and I sit near the patient who barely could open his eyes. Anyway, I don't need his eyes to be opened. I just need him to be conscious and speak to me. He has a mouth, I need his mouth open, not his eyes.

"I'm Prince Adams of the Caelum Kindom. I don't know if you can see me clearly, but I guess you know my name because you and your men attacked me in the forest, when I was on my way to the solis Kingdom..."

The man starts shaking in fear when he hears my name, as he was shocked with his company. Maybe he thought he was among his people. Too bad for him.

"Neither do you need to utter more than 2 words nor tell me a story. I just need a name, who sent you. I noticed that, there's no mark on your hands, so tell me which kingdom?"

He is so faint, all his actions are in slow motion. He closes his eyes and tears rush down his cheeks.My fangs slowly form out helplessly and my eyes all green. My wolf can't wait to slash his throat out.

"I...  I'm..." he counts his words breathlessly.

With a malicious look "Yes... You are..." I caress his face with my long wolf claw and this terrifies him more and I love it.

"Aqua, the aqua kin..." the man count his words and later went mute followed by his shutting eyes and lastly his final breath.

"Wake him, wake him up." I pull the doctor, flinging him on the man. He can't die now, not when I'm still demanding answers.

"He is gone." he says in a trembling voice.

"Shit." I hit the wall and I walk out in fury...

I barge into Edmonton's office.

"The man is dead, all he said is aqua... And it means nothing"

"On the contrary we have something. It means. Anyway, I think I have heard a Kingdom with the name in some book found in late king Edward's office." he immediately walks out of his office and I follow him.

We walk through the corridors leading to Edwards office, "I think in this book we will find the names of kingdoms and where it's located." he rapidly picks a big book fling pages, recklessly.

"Aqua, I have never heard of this kingdom."

"Sure!" he nods as he finally finds the page "It's normal, the kingdom is far away, almost at the outskirts and a big river separates it from other kingdoms.

"why the hell will they capture the princess."

"We will know once we get there. Gather our best warriors with some found, make sure you master the route on the map, because we are living in an hour. It's time for me to pray to the moon god." I walk out to go and pray.

After my prayers, I walk outside to find the warriors all line up, ready for whatsoever we are going into, with Edmonton standing by and giving instructions. He stops when he sees me and he moves to me.

"We need a plan of action, what if they have been waiting for us, what if all this is a plan or, they don't have the princess as we assume, what if you didn't hear well or the man never completed his truth? there are just so many ifs" he wants to retain himself but yet he can't stop talking.

"From what I read in this paper, their kingdom is vast and they have strong warriors with a merciless king. So it will be stupid for us to attack without any plan?."

"Edmonton you worry too much, trust me no one can resist our forces, I will send a messenger to my father to send more warriors. As such, I don't think any clan will be ready to resist us"

"Don't have too much confidence in physical strength, perhaps this might be a trap. Who on this earth will dare attack such a kingdom knowing fully well that his military strength is weak. I think they have another plan... something fishy is going on"

"What do you suggest?" I frown. I asked just to keep him shut.

"I propose that we send a few spies to know more about this kingdom and to verify if the princess is there and if she's alive. What do you think?"

"How long will all this take?"

"From here to their kingdom is a two days journey."

"Damn!. It's too long Edmonton, I don't have the patience. We don't know how she is being treated, her condition might be bad"

"I know, but we need a strategy. I want the princess alive as much as you might want. Trust me, my Prince."

"I doubt." Maryline barge from behind me before I can reply.

"Edmonton, I doubt your faith," she repeats. "Why are you stopping the prince. The time you will spend strategizing might be taking the princess to her grave. Each second counts please."

"Shut up woman." Edmonton gets bitter "Don't you ever..." he want to intrude, but I interrupt him.

"Edmonton, we will follow your plan so get to work now. And you woman, do your work and allow us to do ours, you can go and pray. You are overstepping your boundary and it's irritating." I walk away and allow them.

"Over stepping my boundary?" Marilyn says in a mocking tone as she watches I move away.

While Edmonton approaches her. "I don't know what is going over you but you better realise yourself when it's still early before I do something stupid that will make you regret," he bitterly warns, with that said he walks away.

"No one understands the gravity." Maryline cries and she walks away.

Later, in the evening Edmonton puts on a black dress with a Scalf covering his head. He peeps around the house to make sure no one sees him. He runs out, takes a horse and he jogs in to the wilderness.

He jogs so fast that by the time I sneak to take a horse to follow him, he's far gone. I can't even see the track left by his horse it's really dark and I can't see a thing.

I've never trusted this Edmonton and now he's sneaking out at this time of the night during a crisis, meanwhile this morning, he stopped me from attacking the aqua Kingdom.

What is he up to?.

What if he's the traitor?.
