Alexandra's POV

We were now surrounded with half of the city already but Tom was shocked to see the prince of darkness and his newly wedded wife Anna standing among the crowd watching them.

"Prince..."He hasn't finish his statement when I separate from him and rush to meet the laying Jenny body.

Is she dead for real?

"Jenny?"I called shaking her vigorously but she isn't even moving at all and that's scaring the shit out if me already at the moment.

Tom move away from her instead so he won't provoke her the more and move to Rose.

"What is going on why isn't she waking up?"Tom asks Rose.

"She is dead for real. I don't want to tell you this so it won't be a problem but an ordinary human doesn't go to the second world and return back"Rose confess.

"I will advise you keep your mouth shut because Alex will keep blaming herself if she find out about this so keep your mouth shut"Rose ordered

I know this is all my fault, I shouldn't have been so overwhelmed about having such a great power. Rain starts to pour and the cloud darkened as I cry at the dead body of my only best friend.

The whole of Georgia was in totally disaster that day because alot happened and the rain wasn't just natural, I called for it because Jenny requested for it if she isn't able to make it back to the world.

We were in a waterfall river bathing and splashing water at each other. I am talking about Jenny and I when I went to the other world to save her.

"So, Jenny what will you do if you have a special power?"I asks her.

"Just saying"I shrug.

I wish I had knew what she was trying to say to me then I wouldn't have leave her all alone in that lonely place.

Jenny's body was buried few days later in the evening when the rain stopped. Her parent who had live their lives abandoning her with us suddenly show up to perform the final rites including family and friends that showed up.

Jenny smiled and her eyes lit up, Tom held her and tipped her head back slightly so he could kiss her passionately.

Rose gave them a moment before getting them to come as there may still be some of Asheville's men around

Food was brought out for Alex as she sat down in one of the lounge chairs. She was surprised at the selection of foods brought to her. Tucking into the different fruits and fresh bread which she smothered with butter. The bread was still warm and the butter melted making her drool. The black and red dress was beautifully made. The mainly black ruffle dress had a trail of red roses around the top down to the large bow around the waist which tied at the side. The red roses continued flowing down the side of the dress.

"This is amazing, how… when did you get this?" Alex stood in front of the mirror.

"It was originally made for you." Rose teared up.

Alex covered her mouth. The dress had been stored somewhere for hundreds of years and now Alex was wearing it. Wiping away her own tears as emotions ran through her.

"Time to get you married child." Rose clapped her hands and the last bits were done, her hair brushed and pinned in places then Alex stepped into a pair of matching shoes.

Linking her arm with Alex she whisked her back down to the entrance of the church.

"Wait here my dear." Rose flew off. Within a second Rose was back and changed. "Let's proceed."

They walked into the church to the top end where it hadn't fallen apart. Rose stepped aside and Alex took the last few steps to come alongside Tom.

The priest stood in front of them and cleared his throat. Holding hands they turned to face the priest.

"Human weddings are different to how a vampire used to marry each other. When the time comes we shall turn you if that is what you want?"

"Yes, it is, I wish to spend the rest of eternity with Tom." Her cheeks flushed warm red.

"Let's begin." He nodded to Rose and she brought some things forwards and placed them down. Gregory picked up the knife and cloth.

"Hold out your hands, palms up." Picking up the bowl he held it under them. "Today I call upon the gods who will be binding these two in love. They have shown what true love and devotion for each other is and wish to hold that love forevermore."

Without a warning he slices into the palm of Alex's hand, not too deeply as she is human witch she tried not to flinch away. The blood flowed out of her hand and into the bowl, he repeated it with Tom and his blood flowed joining Alexandra's in the bowl.

"Now join your hands together."

Linking hands so the cuts faced each other and their blood mixed together. The priest passed the bowl to Rose and took the binding she had and wrapped their hands sealing them tightly. Two rings were placed into the bowl with the blood and the priest held it up high.

"With the blood they shed, the rings will seal the love they hold. Tom take hold of the ring for Alex and speak your vows."

Tom picked up the ring destined for Alex, she held out her hand, as he slid it on he stared into her eyes.

"Alex, from the first moment we met I knew you were mine, you hold my heart and child within you, I love you and would die for you." He placed the ring firmly in place.

The priest nodded for Alex and she took the other ring out and placed it halfway on Tom’s finger. She hadn't come prepared with words but spoke from her heart.

"Tom, from your first kiss you had me. I fell in love with you and every day it grew only for you, I will love you till the day I die." She pushed the ring on the rest of his finger.

With the bowl the king brought it over to her first.

"Drink the blood of your husband."

Alex tried to swallow some of the blood, she pulled a face as the copper taste was horrible.

"Drink the blood of your wife."

Tom happily drank the blood and licked his lips after.

"With the power of the blood which now binds you, your love shall never break, I now announce that you are husband and wife."

Tom smiled and kissed his wife, taking her in a passionate embrace, his lips devoured hers, her tongue met his and they danced alongside each other. Alex could still taste the blood but at this moment she was happier than she was ever before.

"Now you will sign in the blood you gave to finalise the binding of you both."

With their other hands still joined Rose started to remove the binding so they could write. A special pen was brought forward and the tip filled with the blood from the bowl. She was fascinated with everything especially when a stunning book was placed down and the pages opened.

"This is where you will sign." Gregory pointed to a space.

Tom took the pen first and wrote his full name then Alex followed with her name.

"It is done. Signed and sealed, you are forever husband and wife till death do you part." Tom finished off with a kiss to both of their foreheads.

Rose came and kissed them both on the cheeks and congratulated them including Alex's parents and friends.

"You have created the start of a new world, I hope now we can bring back some of the old ways and love can shine once more throughout the world. Tom you can take Alex back to the house you were staying at, it may be more private for you both."

It meant that she would have to drive for a couple of hours but she didn't mind. Tom held out his hand and led them down to the exit where they were met with vampires from the city. She clung to Tom but relaxed again as they started clapping their hands together and cheering. It was the first time in centuries that vampires and humans were brought together in love. The whole city came alive with a new buzz in the air.
