~Back at the Hardey's Mansion~
✿Kylie✿
I was in the kitchen, fixing myself a simple sandwich as dinner after I had rejected what the chefs had made for dinner. I hated Borscht soup and that is the reason why I'm in the Kitchen fixing dinner for myself.
It felt strange to be in the Kitchen at first, because it's been so long since I ever had to do anything myself, but I managed all the same.
I walked to the living room with a plate of sandwiches and met an empty room. I wondered where they had all gone to because a while ago, they were seated there, having dinner.
I walked to the front door and asked one of the security where everyone was, and I was told that Mr. And Mrs. Hardey left a few minutes ago with Louisiana for some sort of walk or something.
Wonderful!
They actually prefer their son's mistress to his actual wife. What wonderful and open minded parents they were.
Suddenly, the house felt empty, it was a feel the house always held, but this time, the emptiness made me feel uneasy like something bad was about to happen.
I felt chills in my veins as I realized I was the only one in this huge mansion, the maids and servants excluded, because they were in their quarters, resting.
I tightened my grip on the plate in my left hand and hurried towards the stairs, eating the sandwich as I went up the stairs, hoping that Justin would come home soon.
I really hated this feeling going on inside of me. I had never been scared of being alone in a house, so I was sure something was off somewhere if I was suddenly feeling this way.
I got to my floor and closed the door hurriedly, and walked to the desk, sitting on it for the first time and ate my sandwich. The desk was so beautiful and spacious, it was like I was such a dork for using it for the first time in about two weeks.
I had one more sandwich remaining on the plate when I heard the sound of a car driving into the house and I beamed with smiles. My sweetheart was finally home, my stomach churned happily.
I sat, eating and waiting for him to climb up the stairs and come to me. The atmosphere was very good for another round of sex since everyone was away.
I heard a soft knock on the door as I was just about to finish up the last sandwich and I stood up from the desk smiling.
I opened up the door excitedly.
"How was work?" I asked, but my smile faded away slowly.
"What? Why aren't you smiling anymore?? I wasn't the person you were expecting, huh??"
He asked and the remaining piece of sandwich fell from my hand.

My knees buckled, reminding me that I've been walking for a while now. Why on earth would Julian call my cell and ask me to get his parents to leave the house for at least an hour?
My legs were starting to hurt, even though it was heel free! I was wearing flats, but they still hurt badly, showing that we had been walking for too long.
I looked at the middle aged couple at my left and they were chatting seriously, with a few laughs and smiles here and there.
I sighed in frustration.
Are they actually enjoying this walk down the estate?? I had never seen them so into each other before until tonight.
I decided to speak up, I don't want to die in silence please. I glanced at them and waited for the right opportunity to interrupt so as to not come off as rude.
They paused in between their chat and I seized it as an opportunity.
"Mom, Dad??" I called out gently and they turned to look at me.
"Aren't your legs tired or something?" I asked slowly and they stopped walking.
"Not mine."
"Not mine as well." They answered simultaneously and all I wanted to do was to scream out my frustration away.
"Oh, really?" I asked again, hoping they would change their minds, but it didn't work.
"Yes, my feet doesn't hurt. Why?" Mrs. Hardey spoke up and I sighed.
"My feet hurt." I let out, deciding I'd put myself first this night.
"Should we go back in, dear?" Mr. Hardey asked and I jerked.
"No, why would we go back home? We're having a nice night away from home, aren't we??"
"But your feet hurt..."
"Forget about my feet, it doesn't mean we can't have fun except we walk endlessly on this estate." I said, interrupting Julian's father and they nodded, seeming to agree with me.
" I agree, I was enjoying the evening." Mrs Hardey said and I plastered a smile on my face.
"You see..."
"Then what do we do for the rest of the evening, then?" Mr Hardey asked, and boy was I glad to hear him ask that.
"We can go watch a late night movie in a cinema, what do you think?" I replied, picking out something that would make my legs rest, but at the same time, keep these oldies out.
" I like it, let's go." Mrs Hardey said and her husband seemed to agree with her.
" Yes!" I exclaimed loudly. They liked it as well, so I was killing three birds with a stone.

"No. Please." Kylie pleaded, her eyes wet with tears.
"Please? Did you just plead with me after cheating on me with that bastard idiot right opposite my room??" Julian asked, as he moved closer to Kylie, unbuttoning his shirt, most of the buttons undid already.
Kylie kept backing away until her back hit the wall and she shut her eyes tightly. She had escaped from Julian the first time he tried to do something like this because Justin was there to help her.
This time, she was sure she was solely at Julian's mercy seeing that Justin wasn't back home yet, and every other family member wasn't home as well.
Suddenly, it hit her that it might have been part of Julian's plan to keep the family away from home for some time, seeing as he had locked the door immediately he stepped into her room.
"I... I... I didn't ch..."
Julian's hand flew to her neck.
"Don't you dare infuriate me the more with your lies." He warned and then leaned closer to her.
"I saw him ramming into your cunt last night with my own eyes." He whispered into her ear and Kylie's eyes widened.
"I fvcking saw your hair splayed all over his pillow, with him on top of you. Dear, W. I. F. E." He spelt out.
Kylie shivered.
All she could feel from him at the moment was anger. He was so angry, him body reverberated and trembled and shook angrily.
Kylie swallowed as tears kept running down her cheeks. She knew where this was headed and she hated it - she hated the fact that she knew what was about to happen, but she had barely any power to stop it somehow.
"Why are you so silent?? Why aren't you yapping like the bad bitch you claimed t o be so many times?!!" He asked, yelling his questions at her.
Kylie couldn't take it anymore.
Her knees buckled in submission and she fell to the ground.
Julian scoffed and ran his hand through his hair.
" You know what? I prefer you yapping and telling me I saw wrong!!" He yelled again, but still, there wasn't any reply from her.
Frustrated, he kicked her and Kylie used her hands to protect her head from his assault.
"Did you fvcking go deaf and dumb or something??" He asked, and continued with his assaults, venting his anger on her by kicking her like she was a football.
One of his kicks hit her tummy and Kylie was unconsciously reminded of the fact that her body wasn't for her alone when a sharp pain tore through her.
Her hands left her head immediately and wrapped around her tummy protectively. She would take it all, but nothing should happen to the innocent child within her.
Julian stopped and bent down to look at her.
"Are you pregnant or something?? Why are your arms wrapped around your tummy instead of your head?" He asked, scoffing after, expecting an answer from Kylie, but when none came, he slapped her hard and her upper body fell flat on the floor, her head hitting the cold ground first.

"Isn't this enough?" Justin asked, already fed up and tired with all the documents and files Zara kept piling up on his desk.
"I'm afraid it's not half of what we're supposed to take care of before tomorrow, sir." She replied and Justin looked at her suspiciously.
" Wait a minute, are you trying to stall me here on purpose??" He asked, studying her expression to see if he could catch a glint of lie in her eye, but she was unexpectedly calm.
" Of course not. I would have done everything myself if I had the power to, but as CEO, it's clearly your duty to sign on the documents that'd be beneficial to our company and reject the ones that'd be of no use to the company."
" Oh really??"
" Yes, and i certainly can't take over something as important as decision making for the company. The only thing I can do is to support and help you, that's all."
" It's okay, I understand. Let's just focus on this." Justin spoke, satisfied with her reply, and the fact that 'he thought' she wasn't lying to him.
" Yes, sir." Zara replied and sat on the chair opposite his on the other side of his desk.
" Actually, move these documents and files to the three seater over there. Sitting on these chairs could become very uncomfortable after a while." Justin said, loosing a few buttons of his shirt.
" Sure, anything you say." She shrugged in response, but that went past Justin's notice, unfortunately.
