Heaven's POV

"Wait here for me" he instructed.

"Are you leaving me? Please don't go, I am scared" I clutched onto him like a baby.

"I promise you I will be back before you know it" he released himself from my grip.

And I watched , as he slowly walked away from me, before disappearing into the thick bushes.

Kayden soon wandered off into the forest, in search of something, but he still couldn't find it.

He would walk over to a particular place, touch some sticks, and then he would turn around as if they didn't interest him any longer.

Meanwhile, Heaven was becoming worked up and scared, it had only been 10 minutes, but to her, it felt like it was 3 good days without him.

"I know he wasn't going to come back. He left me here, why did he have to bring me to the forest so he can abandon me" she cried out, sitting down on a log.

''I didn't abandon you, I am not so cruel, ' Kayden shook his head in disappointment. It got him wondering if he married a woman or a crybaby.

"Shh…please…stop crying…I'm here now" he dropped the big sticks in his hands. And walked over to her, seated beside her, letting her lay her head on his shoulder.

"You were gone for too long" she continued to shed tears.

"I'm sorry" he apologized and got up.

"Please close your eyes, promise not to open them" he instructed her.

"Why?" She frowned her face, wiping off the tears from her eyes.

"Do you want to leave me again? No, I am not leaving you I promise" he pleaded, but she still insisted on keeping her eyes open.

"Just do it please" he begged her again, when he noticed her unending silence, and it took her a few seconds, but she finally succumbed to his desire.

She shut her eyes very tightly and even used her hands to cover her eyes as well.

Kayden's POV

If I try to set these sticks without using my powers, then it is going to be very difficult for me. I just hope she doesn't open her eyes and see me doing this.

I brought out the hose from my car, and wet the ground as much as I could. I still had to manage the water though, there wasn't so much water in the car, I just had to water the places I needed to put the sticks.

I took a deep breath, using my mind to levitate the sticks. I made them go as high as I could and planted them on the ground with so much force.

Thankfully the ground was already wet, so they sank into the ground easily.

"Can I open my eyes yet?" She asked me.

"No, not yet. Just give me a few more seconds'' I tried to buy myself some time, as I levitated the leather and placed it over the sticks. Thank goodness it remained in place.

"You can go have your bath now," I told her, going to get the soap and sponge from the car.

"Ooh, and use the water wisely" I smiled, helping her get up, while I handed her the hose at the same time.

"Hmmn" was the only thing she could reply, as she quietly went into the small bathroom I had prepared for her.

Of course, I had to lift the leather for her to get in. She couldn't even say thank you.

"Ahhh!!" I heard her scream from inside.

"What is it now?" I frowned and wanted to get in, with her but I realized that she might be n*ked already. I don't want my rod to start reacting to her, so early in the morning.

We still have a very long journey ahead of us, and if I get on her now, it will delay our journey.

"The water is so cold" she complained, from inside the mini bathroom, while I stood outside, listening to her complaint.

What kind of wife did I marry exactly?

"You were the one that insisted on taking a shower, and now you are saying the water is cold.

That makes no sense, and just in case you have forgotten. We are in the forest, and not the castle" I just had to remind her of that fact.

"I know that. I am not some kind of dumbo. And quit acting like, I am the one who grew up in the castle with so many maids.

"I guess, maybe you should try to bathe, so you can also have a feel of the water yourself" she replied, why was her voice so bold?.

"No, I don't want to have a bath" I turned down her offer.

"Yeah, because you are scared," she murmured.

That's it! She has been testing my patience for far too long.

I lifted the leather and got into the bath with her.

I licked my lips, and made a silent request to my rod.

"Please remain calm. Please don't rise" I was going to lose control.

"Aren't you going to hide you b**bs?" I asked her when I noticed that she wasn't making any effort to cover herself up like she normally does.

"What's the use, you have seen me like this before. More than once, I think I am getting used to it" she shrugged, and began to scrub her b**bs with the sponge.

Was she trying her best to seduce me, because it was working more than it should?

I was staring at her so much, that I didn't realize when few drops of water touched me.

"F*ck!!" I cursed, because the water was cold.

"Hmm….Iron man, can you feel it now?" she giggled when she noticed my reaction. I was too dumbfounded by her beauty, to say anything.

She looks so beautiful when she smiles. I hope I can make her smile more often. So I will continue to see this beautiful expression on her face.

I got unclad and joined her to bathe, we somehow managed to push through the icy water, which I will never try to bathe again….
