"Give me your money!"

A thug snapped while trying to pull the handbag Danas was carrying. Of course, Danas didn't want to give it up. There was a tug-of-war between them.

Two of his friends came over, intending to help their friend. However, when they approached Danas and observed her beautiful face, they had bad intentions. It was very quiet around the place, no one was passing by, and not far away was a cluster of bushes.

A thug tried to get close to Danas and started grabbing her body parts. "Duh, it's a shame that such a beauty is only allowed to pass by," he says with a frightened look.

The other two thugs understood what their friend had in mind. They seemed to agree to work on their prey. The three of them began to close in on Danas and tried to corner her. "Already beautiful, fragrant again. Come closer to me, let's play first!"

The three thugs began to hold and grope Danas' body. They insisted on touching her face and delicate skin, others started trying to take off her clothes!

Danas screamed and tried to free himself from the thugs' clutches. She kicked and covered her exposed body parts. "Let go! Go away, leave me alone!"

Christina, who saw the incident, panicked. She spontaneously dropped all her groceries and ran to free Danas. "Leave my employer alone! You bastard!"

Christina was angry, she tried to bite the arm of a thug who was still holding Danas. The thug groaned in pain, he didn't expect to be bitten by Christina, so he shook her roughly. "What the hell! You're a nuisance!"

The force with which he flicked his hand made Christina fall, hitting her head on a protruding rock. Bibi groaned in pain and then she didn't move. She fainted.

Danas spontaneously shouted her name. "Christina!"

The thugs laughed at Danas' panic. They became even more excited and eager to gang-rape her. Meanwhile, Danas screamed for help. "Help, help!"

Just as Danas was getting tired of yelling and couldn't muster the strength to fight the thugs, someone suddenly came and beat the thugs mercilessly. "Stop it! Fuck you!

The helper repeatedly threw punches. He punched, kicked, and punched the thugs mercilessly. The three of them wanted to fight back and take turns ganging up on each other but suddenly many residents arrived at the place. Their fight attracted the attention of people who happened to be passing by.

Without a signal, the three of them fled and ran away. "Huh, what cowards!" Said the residents who came to see the behavior of the three recurring thugs.

"Are you okay?" asked the man who helped Danas as he reached out his hand to pull Danas, who was cowering on the ground in fear.

"I-I'm fine, thank you." Danas accepted the hand and tried to stand up. Both of her legs were still weak from trembling. Danas saw her helper's face, and so did the other person. They stared at each other for a long time.

"You... Have we met?" Danas commented while biting his lip. Why did she always run into this guy?

"Yes. We've met. I'm Jagad. You?" The man asked. His intense gaze plunged into the depths of Danas' eyes.

"Danas. I'm Danas."

Jagad's smile grew when he finally learned the name of the woman who had caught his attention from the moment they met. The two remained silent and watched each other until they realized that Christina was still unconscious.

"Christina! Oh God, she's still unconscious," said Danas. She immediately approached Christina and tried to revive her. "Chris, wake up Chris!"

Christina's face looked deathly pale and her eyes were tightly closed. She fainted from fear and the impact on her head. Danas was confused after his efforts to resuscitate Christina were unsuccessful.

"Let's take her to the hospital," Jagad said. "I'm afraid she's got something else going on, not just fainting."

"Do you know the fastest way there?" asked Danas worriedly. They were in the middle of a village where the road was narrow, and no public transportation passed by. How to get Christina there?

"I just happened to be going to the hospital," Jagad replied calmly. Danas didn't know that Jagad was a doctor. Instead, he was on his way to the hospital and was in such a hurry that he passed through the deserted street.

"I know, come with me."

Jagad then asked a passerby to help him.

After being examined by a doctor and given a comfortable room, Christina finally came to her senses. She was confused when she realized she was in a hospital room. "Wh-where am I, ma'am?" she asked Danas.

"I'm okay, Chris. I'm still alive. There's this Doctor Jagad who helped me earlier," Danas said while introducing Jagad to Christina.

Christina was relieved to see that Danas was safe and not fine. Danas and Jagad quickly got along even though they hadn't known each other for long. The two of them were chatting, like two friends who hadn't seen each other for a long time.

Some doctors who saw Jagad chatting closely with a woman made them suspicious that Danas was the lover of the handsome doctor. All the residents of the hospital also knew, if Jagad never got close to anyone even the nurses. Although everyone knew that the man was so friendly and kind.

"Shhh, who's the woman talking to Doctor Jagad? They look very familiar," whispered a duty nurse to her friend. She had been observing Jagad and Melvin's behavior.

"I've no idea. They both look so close, could that girl be Dr. Jagad's girlfriend?" Another nurse responded. The other nurses and medical staff joined in the gossip. They were curious about the change in Jagad's attitude.

Jagad was known to be cold and definitely single, he didn't have a girlfriend and was only busy with work. He has never seen a woman close to him.

Now gossip is circulating that Jagad has a girlfriend. When Jagad was about to leave to take medical records at the laboratory, several nurses intercepted him and immediately asked. "Mr. Jagad, is that your girlfriend?"

Jagad was shocked to be asked like that. His forehead frowned questioningly. "Girlfriend? No ah. I just met her," he replied flatly and hurriedly left them.

However, rumors were already circulating. It was said that Doctor Jagad had a beautiful girlfriend but still tried to deny it.

Davina who came to deliver breakfast for her brother heard the gossip, making her confused. She knew the gossip from a nurse. "Ms. Davina, it's true that Doctor Jagad already has a candidate, right?"

"Eh, a couple? What Couple?" she asked confused.

"A girlfriend. There was a beautiful woman here earlier and she had a nice chat with Doctor Jagad. They seem to be quite close."

"Hmm, I'll ask her myself," Davinya said as she walked away.

When she was in Jagad's room, Davina immediately asked him. "Jagad, everyone says you already have a girlfriend. Who is she, why haven't you introduced her to me?"

Jagad explained who Danas was. "She's the woman I helped this morning. On a deserted street, she almost became a victim of harassment by village thugs. So when I saw her, I helped her. That's all," Jagad said with a flat face.

"Oh so that's it, but I'm still curious about who she is. If my brother can be interested first, she must be a good woman," Davina said with a smile.
