"I know I can't run for long as my body started giving up soon so I have to look for any other alternative as the goons were behind me already, but then my eyes landed on a black car on my way and I ran towards it to seek some help from the owner of the car.", Khushi talked to herself in her heart.

Khushi's eyes filled with fear as she sprinted towards the man's vehicle.

" Help.. Please help me.. I am in danger. "Khushi screamed, gaining the attention of the car owner.

As she drew closer, he could see that she was being pursued by a group of menacing goons, their dark intentions evident in their expressions.

Without a moment's hesitation, Khushi pleaded for help, her voice trembling with urgency.

In an instant, the man's demeanor transformed, fueled by a surge of adrenaline and a deep sense of compassion.

He swiftly unlocked the car doors, motioning for Khushi to seek refuge inside.

Without wasting another second Khushi jumped inside the car and the man started driving at full speed, leaving the goons behind them.

hushi was out of breath after a lot of physical effort. She looked behind from the window to see the goons and there was no one following her now.

Khushi's heart was overflowing with gratitude as she turned to the stranger who had bravely stepped in to save her from the clutches of the menacing goons.

"Thank you! Thank you so much! You saved me from those goons.", Khushi gasped.

"You're safe now. It was my pleasure. Are you alright?", The man asked with a reassuring smile on his face.

"Yes, thanks to you. I don't know what would have happened if you hadn't been there. I'm forever grateful.", Khushi said, catching her breath.

"Don't mention it. I couldn't stand by and do nothing when I saw you in trouble. Are you hurt? Do you need any help?", The man questioned looking at her.

"Yeah.. I am fine.", Khushi replied.

"If you don't mind, and feel comfortable then could you please share why those goons were behind you?", The man asked.

"Actually it's a very long story and right now I can only seek some help from you. If you could please drop me at the railway station I will be forever grateful to you, Sir.", Khushi said with pleading eyes.

"Sure.. But please don't tag me with Sir. My name is Andrew. You can call me by my name.", Andrew said.

"Okay thanks, Andrew.", Khushi said smilingly and took a sigh of relief that now she was out of danger.

"Here, have some water, you will feel good.", Andrew said, forwarding a water bottle towards her.

As Khushi was really thirsty she did not resist and gulped the whole water in one go and relaxed herself comfortably on the car's seat.

Looking outside from the window, she did not realize when she dozed off as she was really very tired after running and saving herself from the goons.

It was late in the evening when Khushi slowly opened her eyes to witness herself in a strange place instead of, railway station.

"Aahh!! Why is my head aching?", Khushi asked herself, holding her head.

"Where am I?"Khushi questioned, looking at her unaware surroundings.

"Good evening, Khushi. I hope you have a good sleep. Now it's time to have some fun." Andrew said, taking a puff from his cigar.

"As far as I remember, I did not tell you my name. Then how did you know it?", Khushi questioned, fear visible on her face.

"Not only your name, I know everything about you, dear. Don't stress yourself too much. Let's get ready, we have to leave in half an hour.", Andrew said, looking at his wrist watch.

"Who.. Who are you? What do you want?", Khushi stuttered, leaving the bed and standing on the floor.

"The famous business tycoon, Andrew Merchant, who bought you, today morning.", Andrew revealed, smirking.

Khushi felt like the earth got crumpled under her feet. She felt like someone threw a bomb on her.

"What?", Khushi's heart started pounding very fast when she got to know that she was caught in his trap very badly.

"Now you understood my whole plan, the goons who were following you were actually my men. I planned everything, when I got to know that you tried to escape from me.", Andrew informed, taking baby steps towards her.

Khushi gulped in fear when she realized that she had no ways to escape from him and she started taking backward steps slowly and slowly.

" Hello, who is this and how may I help you? ", Bella's sweet voice melted Liam's heart.

'`Hello?"Bella questioned again when she found that no one was speaking from the other side.

"Okay then I am going to cut the call.", Bella warned and that was when Liam replied.

"Hello, Bella. It's Liam this side. Sorry to disturb you at this time. I just want to ask if there is any news related to my boss.", Liam inquired.

"Oh! I am sorry but till now I have no news related to him as no one came till now. But I will let you know immediately when they will show up. So don't worry about that. I will call you myself.", Bella suggested, smilingly.

"Oh! Okay. Well, how are you?"Liam asked, finding an excuse to talk to her a little more when he realized that she was going to cut the call.

"I am fine. What about you?", Bella asked, tugging her few strands of hair behind her ear.

"I am good too. What are you doing?", Liam asked further to continue the conversation.

"Well it's late at night so I was thinking about sleeping and completing my eight hours of beauty sleep as I have to go to my job early next morning. And how much I know normal people usually prefer to sleep at night.", Bella mocked.

"Ye.. Yeah.. Yess.. Yess. You should sleep now. It's really late. You have to do your work also. Good night, have sweet dreams.", Liam wished hesitantly.

"Good night.",Bella greeted and cut the call to complete her beauty sleep, unaware of the truth that Liam was finding excuses to talk to her a little more.
