The moment Abeer cut the call after informing everything that happened today with him to Luca he heard Khushi knocking the door. He immediately hide the mobile under the blanket and went towards the door to open it.

"It seems you are in deep slumber already that it took you so much time to open the door.", Khushi taunted and made her move herself towards her cupboard looking for something.

"Yeah... I was.. So?", Abeer questioned back in the same tone she was using before.

"Hmm.. Nothing..", Khushi spoke and started searching something.

After searching for five minutes in the cupboard when she did not find her thing finally she decided to look for that in her whole bedroom area.

She started searching here and there that did not go unnotice by Abeer. And he started panicking seeing her action as the way she was moving towards her he would get caught anytime soon.

"Umm.. Are you searching for anything?", Abeer asked.

"Yeah.", Khushi responded.

"I don't know that she has so much attitude. I mean she could tell me what's she searching but no she has to show how rude she is in reality!", Abeer whispered slowly.

"Excuse me? Whom are you calling rude? May I know?", Khushi asked arching her eyebrows.

"Ahh! I was just curious to know what was that? That led you so much irritated. Oh did you heard it rude? ", Abeer asked trying to make an excuse to escape himself.

"Umm.. I can't tell you that. Now leave.. I am searching something really important.", Khushi said in a little loud tone without looking at Abeer.

"Atleast tell me the name. May be I can help you finding that thing?", Abeer tried once more from his side.

"I have already told you that I could not tell you then why are you wasting my time Mr. Stranger? Don't you have anything else to do? Just leave me alone for sometime. ", Khushi growled in anger.

"Excuse me? What do you think of yourself? Don't you know how to talk to someone? And why are you behaving like this after we came back from the shopping? I thought you're really calm girl but no I was so wrong about you. You are such a rude girl with whom no one wants to talk really. ", Abeer roared making Khushi's eye moistened.

Khushi left the place without uttering anything in response.

" Huhh! Such an attitude. I did not ask her to transfer her whole property on my name. I just asked her a simple question so that I would also help her in searching that thing. But no matter how pure your intentions were this madam would always find something bad in it. ", Abeer spoke and slammed the door in anger.

The moment he sat down on the bed taking out the mobile and putting it in his pocket after switching it off, Khushi's mobile started vibrating with notifications flashing on her screen on the side table.

Abeer thought to call her to inform her about her mobile ringing but the moment he shouted his name Khus... he stopped himself in between.

"No..No... I can't call her now. Not after our this fight that happened few minutes ago.", Abeer warned himself.

Abeer took her mobile to check if it's something urgent so that he would inform her about that later on. He got surprised to see that there were 10 messages and 2 missed calls from Christian, her best friend.

" What's so urgent that led him call her and message her so instantly?", Abeer asked himself in his mind.

"Should I open his messages and check it? No.. No... I can't do this.. It is not a good habit after all.", Abeer thought himself in his heart.

"Why not? I am no Saint who has to think about right and wrong before doing anything. I am a mafia who did not think twice before killing his enemies. And it not I am killing someone. It's just a small message.",Abeer's heart replied that forced Abeer to open Christian's messages.

The message read like this -

" Hey! Khushi I know it's your date and like every other time you have forgotten that where have you put your menstrual pads and searching for it here and there so let me remind you that last time you put it in your small box that was kept on the glass table in your bedroom.

And as it's Christmas today don't dare to think yourself as all alone. I'm on my way and like always we will watch some movie on television by eating popcorns and yes I have already purchased your favourite cheesecake and strawberry ice cream so thank me later for this. By the way your mood swings so much during your menstrual cycle days so please feel pity on that Mr. Stranger and try to control yourself. ( wink emoticon)

Reading the whole message from Christian made Abeer realised  actually what blunder he did a few moments ago. He shouted on Khushi who was searching for her period pads and that's why she can't tell him the answer when he was asking him about that continously. And that's why her mood swings so much and in return he did not try to tolerate a bit much of it despite of shouting on her and making her cry during this time.

"How could a girl tell about this to a stranger like me? Obviously, she did not feel comfortable around myself to open up that much with me. It's not her fault after all she always called me Mr. Stranger. I am just a stranger for her nothing else.",Abeer realised and put her mobile back to its pervious position where it was lying.

But Christian knew so much, Infact this minute detail about her did not go unnoticed by him.

"And here I was planning to make her Christmas special. When she has her best friend on his way to make her happy, with whom she feel so much comfortable that she would tell everything about her. Why would she share anything to me? Why would she became comfortable with me? who was just a stranger for her.",Abeer spoke feeling hurted.

But when do we feel hurt? When we start expecting something from someone and that went wrong. So did Abeer actually start expecting something from Khushi? Or it was just his simple anger towards her which will get calm down slowly.
