The first song ended, and just before they played the second song the door opened again. The sound of heels stepping echoed and filled the room. All eyes were on the entrance. It amazed everyone at Ruby, who entered wearing white. The dress she wore was not that fancy but quite elegant, with a simple yet luminous necklace and bracelet.

It amazed everyone at her beauty, which radiated as if there was a light surrounding her. Alex, who had been waiting for a long time, approached Ruby without hesitation. He who also looked like a handsome prince smiled at Ruby and stretched out his hand.

“Will you dance with me?” asked Alex while on his knees, which shocked everyone.

Ruby who didn’t think about anything accepted Alex’s invitation and took his hand. Alex was very happy and it was clear from the way he smiled and looked at Ruby. They also stepped into the middle of the dance hall. The music started again, and they danced to the beat. Naturally, the spotlight on Alex and Ruby made them the main characters in the prom, this time like princes and princesses.

“Come to the gym, I’m waiting for you.”

The message gave Natty a goal. She turned around and walked towards the gym room. At the moment, she could not expect a sweet or lovely encounter. It was because it still filled her heart with anger and jealousy. Even though Natty knew she couldn’t blame Gale even so, she was mad at Gale for accepting the invitation and dancing with other people.

Natty stood for a long time at the door, she was already holding the doorknob, but she was hesitant to open it. Until finally, she sighed and opened the door. All the anger left in her heart vanished as soon as she saw all the things Gale had prepared that.

Candles lined up form a a pathway to where Gale is standing. And colorful flower petals that also decorate the aisle. She couldn’t help smiling. The way Gale prepared all of this very touched her. Especially Gale who stood holding a bouquet of red roses.

With a big smile, Natty walks on the flowery pathway that Gale has planned and then receives a bouquet of flowers from Gale. Gale then starts tune to a song from her cellphone then stretches out her hand and Natty takes her hand. Gale smiles and grabs Natty’s waist and leads her into a dance. Natty was so happy that she chuckled.

“When did you prepare all this?” asked Natty.

“Since yesterday, I wanted to make tonight special for us too.” Said Gale.

“Actually I was anxious when I saw you leave the party. I’m afraid you’re mad at me. But just now I really had no other choice. I only love you alone. “ Gale’s words made Natty hug her.

“I know too, but I somehow couldn’t contain my anger. But never mind, now I just want to make wonderful memories tonight. “ Natty said as she tightened her hug.

“ Okay.” Replied Gale also hugged Natty tightly.

Like Natty and Gale, who enjoyed their company and created good memories. Alex is still worked out to create happy memories with Ruby.

After this last song finished he was determined to express his feelings.The music finished and Alex had intended to tell his feelings. Even the lights have shone on them the way they want. He held Ruby’s hands. While adjusting his wild beating heartbeat. He sighed and was ready to tell his feelings. But when he was about to speak, Ruby let go of his hand, making Alex very surprised.

“Sorry, but right now ... dance with Helena first.” Ruby said, which made Alex couldn’t believe what he heard.

Ruby grabbed Helena and pushed her in front of Alex. Then she went outside without even looking back. Alex can only be silent in disbelief at what happened. Drake, who could not let his friend get dumped, ran after Ruby to get an explanation.

The music comes back on and the people dance again, pretending that nothing happened. Helena, confused and unable to see Alex’s expression, ventured forward and touched Alex’s shoulder. She just wanted to cheer up but Alex still held it then brushed Helena’s hand roughly as if he was venting all his anger on Helena.

“I told you not to touch me!” snapped Alex.

“Why can she and I can’t? What does she have that I don’t have? Aren’t you aware either?! She left you and doesn’t care the slightest bit about you, only me! I am the one who always cares for you and loves you. Me and not her. So, why is she? Why does it have to be her and not me ?. ” replied Helena, releasing all the things held in her heart. Her eyes were red, sore, and shed tears.

But Alex still couldn’t accept the fact that Ruby left behind him. He hasn’t even said anything yet. It’s painful for Alex to think Ruby has rejected him. It was so hard to believe that he kept shaking his head, saying no and no. He refused to admit that Ruby left behind him.
