Chapter 91: She's on the loose again!

" You will never understand Aiden " she yelled at him before stomping off.

" Look….. before he could finish she was already out of sight.

She walked into the hall furiously and someone suddenly pulled her roughly to a secluded spot.

" Chris you " she mumbled as she stared at his face.

Chris chuckled bitterly " wow Chloe I see you are together with Aiden now, I wish you the best " he said and started walking away.

" Chris, Chris,Chris " she kept calling him but he didn't even bother to turn back.

Back at the party, Isabella was just done dancing with Jason and while she was having a glass of wine, Olivia approached her with an unsettled look on her face.

" Bella, I can't find Liam, " she said sadly.

" What do you mean you can't find him, I left the both of you together when I went to the rooftop " she said.

" Yeah when we heard what was going on over there, the both of us also went to the rooftop and I was carried away and didn't notice that he had left " Olivia said as a frown appeared on her face.

" That's strange, he didn't even bother to say goodbye before leaving " Isabella said as she drank from her glass.

" I tried calling but he isn't picking up " Olivia muttered.

" Let me try, " Isabella said as she brought out her phone from her purse.

It rang for some seconds before it got connected " hey Liam, where are you? " Isabella demanded as she looked around the hall hoping to find him.

" Something urgent came up and I had to leave the party without saying goodbye " he said casually.

" Oh stay safe then and see you around " Isabella said nonchalantly.

" By the way, I hope this happiness lasts and see you around soon " he said with a light chuckle and hung up.

" Weird " Isabella murmured.

" What did he say? " Olivia asked.

" He said something came up and he had to leave earlier, " Isabella said.

" He picked your call but didn't pick mine " Olivia pouted sadly.

" Olivia I want you to tell me the truth, do you like Liam romantically " Isabella asked with her brows raised up slightly.

Olivia's gaze flickered " why are you saying this " she said in a low tone.

" Tell me " Isabella urged and she nodded.

Isabella palmed her lips " oh my Gosh it's going to be super awesome if you two can get together you know " she said, quivering all over with excitement.

" Calm down Bella, I think liam likes someone else " olivia said

" Why do you assume that? " Isabella asked.

" One time I caught him writing something and I was shocked when I realised he was actually writing him a love poem to a girl, " Olivia said.

" Well what if you are the girl and he's just shy to confess his feelings to you huh" Isabella waggled her brows at her.

" That might also be true Liam doesn't have ladies around him except you and I and he's fully aware that you are already taken " Olivia analysed.

Isabella snapped her fingers " that's right, so I think you should try and confess your feelings to him it might help " she said happily.

" Bella I don't think that's a good idea, what if he turns me down " Olivia said shyly.

" You will never know until you give it a try, " she said.

" You are right, I guess I should, " Olivia said.

LATE HOURS OF THE DAY

Isabella sat down in the mirror, wiping her makeup off.

" Won't you come to bed? " Jason asked.

" Do you have a mission? " Isabella answered with a question as she got up from the dressing mirror.

She walked over to the bed and laid down, Jason leaned over and kissed her cheeks.

Just then his cell phone began to ring and it was from an unknown number.

" Hello we are calling from the station, sir something bad has just happened, our colleagues were on their way to song street with Ms. Emma suddenly they all fell asleep and by the time they woke up Emma was missing " someone reported over the phone.

" What! " Jason exclaimed and turned to Isabella.

" Sir, our men are doing their best and they are currently looking all over for her, we wanted to inform you in case she tries to attack your wife, " a cop said.

" Thank you for the information, " Jason said after remaining silent for some time.

" We will do our best to track her location " he said and hung up.

" Jason what's wrong " Isabella tapped him from behind, she had sensed something was amiss awhile ago from Jason's expression.

" Emma breaked out of jail " Jason decided not to hide anything from Isabella this time.

" Huh! " Isabella was stupefied.

" Jeez, what should we do? " Isabella said worriedly as she pressed her lips together.

" Relax, don't panic. Let's go back to bed" Jason pulled her into his embrace.

" How can I sleep? " She murmured.

" Shhh, close your eyes like a good girl, leave everything to me okay " he stroked her hair and she nodded.

After she finally fell asleep, Jason gently got out of bed and went to make a call at the balcony.

" Find out how Emma escaped from jail " was the one word he said before hanging up.

The following morning, At Globex

Alexander walked into the bedroom and found Emily in deep thoughts.

" Millie, " he called out to her softly and she instantly jolted out of her thoughts.

" What's wrong with you? " He asked, concerned.

" You just told me a while ago that Emma is on the loose, I feel really bad for Isabella. She really deserves to be happy, I know she must be sad right now, " Emily said.

" Don't worry Jason wouldn't let anything bad happen to her, besides the police are everywhere and very soon Emma will be caught there's no how she can stay hidden for too long " Alexander said as he hugged her

" Why aren't you packing for the trip? It's tomorrow, do you remember? " Alexander said.

" I don't want to go anymore, I won't have fun and I know I will get more worried about Isabella " she said on the verge of crying.

" Bella won't be happy if you don't go on this trip, if she sees you this way, where will she get the strength to stay strong right now, we just need to support her as her friends " Alexander said to her gently.

Emily nodded as she wiped her tears " you are right, I would like to get some stuff for the trip, I want you to come with me and I would like to check on Isabella too " she added.

" Sure, Millie, " Alexander said.

Harrison's Manor

Isabella opened the door, and smiled warmly at Emily and Alexander " hey peeps, what brings you by " she said casually.

Emily stared at Isabella then at Alexander this was not how she had pictured the moment.

" Bella are you alright? " She couldn't help but ask.

" Of course I am, come on sit " she gestured with her hand.

" I'm glad you are fine, I have been worried about you, " Emily said.

" Where's Jason? " Alexander asked.

" His at the garden " Isabella said and Alexander nodded and went out.

" Everything is fine Millie, Emma won't be able to harm me this time, so how are you planning on your trips to Maldives " Isabella asked seemingly interested.

" That's one of the reasons I came over, we will be leaving tomorrow. I want you to stay strong for me " Emily sighs.

" I will Millie, that's why we are best friends cause we are both strong " Isabella said and they hugged each other.

" Make sure you have fun and send me pictures too, " Isabella laughed.

Back At The Garden

" So you mean Emma didn't do this alone, there's someone backing her up " Alexander said surprisingly.

Jason nodded " yeah, I have analysed the situation and there are 0.00 percent chances that Emma escaped by herself " he said.

" Did you tell Bella about this? " Alexander asked.

Jason shook his head " I didn't or else she might get even more worried " he said and Alexander nodded.

" Enjoy your trip to Maldives, once everything settles down let's all do something fun, " Jason said.
