Chapter 65: Emma don't do anything stupid.

Emma's eyes flashed with a hint of emotion. She brought out a mirror from her bag and her hands reached for her face touching the bruises and scars  and tears shone in her eyes.

“ I used to have the most beautiful life that any girl would ever wish for. My parents always doted on me and Jason showered me with his love like there was nothing more important to him than I am. Everyone sees me as the luckiest girl in the whole world but ever since you came you have ruined my life gradually. You took Jason away from me and now my parents lock me up at home cause they are embarrassed to acknowledge me.

” Isabella, you ruined my life and today I must kill you. I don't care what the consequences might be but I must eliminate you out of my way “ she yelled and started hitting Isabella all over again.

Isabella scrunched up her face and managed to say ” if you do that Jason will never love you again “ she said and began to cough violently.

Emma chuckled codly ” Do you think I care about Jason anymore? The only thing I care about right now is revenge. I want you both to suffer and never be happy “ she spat out at her angrily.

” Do you have any last words for Jason? “ she said as her lips curved into a smirk.

” Well why don't I call him so he can watch the way I ruin your face with this thing in my hands “ she said with a smile.

” Emma stop all this Jason won't spare you if you dare lay your finger on me “ she said as her voice began to break.

” Oh you are beginning to get scared, the great Isabella is scared “ she said and burst into laughter.

” I am sure you miss Jason so much. I will let you have your last moment with him for sure. You can take it as a farewell gift from me to you “ she said pouting her lip.

She was about to give Jason a call but her phone began to ring before she could even dial his number.

She glanced at the caller ID and it was from an unknown number she left the room and went out to pick up the call.

” Emma, if you know what is good for you. You better let Isabella go if anything happens to her I will make your life a living hell “

” oh it's you. Who do you even think you are to give me orders? We could have worked together but your ego didn't let you. But you know what I have to express my gratitude to you for causing a rift between the both of them if Isabella didn't get angry with Jason. He wouldn't have drank till he ended up in the hospital and the foolish Isabella ran out of the house just to see him making my work much easier. Thank you Caleb goodbye.“ she said and hung up.

Back at the hospital

Alexander had spoken to the doctor and he helped them chase Mrs Harrison but Zoey refused to leave

Chris pulled Zoey to an isolated hallway. She gazed at him with a smile ” Chris when did you become so naughty huh “ she said caressing his cheeks.

She leaned in for a kiss and Chris placed his finger on her lips  stopping her from kissing him.

” Zoey, tell me where Emma is keeping Isabella “ he asked calmly.

Zoey furrowed her brows ” what are you talking about? Didn't you guys say she's writing a test? “ she asked.

Chris touched the bridge of his nose trying to remain calm ” am not in for your jokes just tell us quickly before something bad happens to her “ he said

” Chris I really don't know anything about it I swear “ she said.

Jason ran out of patience he marched over and pulled Zoey with him to the ward where everyone was waiting silently. Immediately they got in he let go of her arm.

” Brother, what are you doing? “ Zoey said, sounding wrong.

” shut up! Just tell me quickly before I lose my cool. Where is Emma right now “ he asked through gritted teeth.

” I don't know anything i promise “ she said with her voice breaking.

Jason yanked her hair so hard that her scalp became numb and tears began to slip out from her eyes ” it hurts let go of my hair “ she yelled at him.

Jason refused to let go instead he added more force. Chris couldn't watch any longer. He had spent almost two years with Zoey. He knew when she was lying and telling the truth.

He was quite surprised that Jason didn't even know his sister's character.

” Jason she's telling the truth “ Chris pulled her away from Jason.

She quickly hugged Chris and began to sob loudly.

” It's alright “ Chris patted her head gently.

Chloe looked away with her arms folded.

” What a drama queen! She muttered.

Liam who have been quiet since the whole drama began suddenly spoke

” Why don't we call the police to start searching for her, “ he suggested.

” I don't want to involve the police, it will only bring more danger to Isabella, “ Jason said.

” I think you all should go home. I will bring Isabella safely with me. I got a score to settle with Emma. “ he said.

” Jason you aren't even fully recovered I think we should all work together so we could look for clues more quickly “ Chloe said.

” I don't want to endanger your lives, just leave it all to me. I am the one who put Isabella in danger and it's my duty to go look for her “ he said sternly.

Liam scoffed loudly ” thank goodness you know it's all your fault. You have only been bringing pain to her, you don't even deserve her love “ he said with his hands jammed into his front pocket.

Alexander and Chris shot him a deadly glare in unison.

Sadness clouded his features as he nodded his head ” his right have not been able to keep her happy all this while but I will make everything right this time “ Jason said and headed out.

He got home and changed and he prepared himself. The first place his mind drifted to was Malcolm the computer genius.

Arriving at Malcolm's condominium he knocked and he opened up for him.

” What's wrong dude? “ Malcolm asked if he could see the somber look on Jason's face.

Jason plopped himself down on the couch and hastily explained things briefly to Malcolm.

” if only she could call. Then maybe I will be able to trace her location “ Malcolm said.

Jason was about to reply when an unknown number suddenly video called him. He glanced at Malcom before picking up and it was from Emma.

” Hey baby, “ she said with a smug grin on her face.

Jason glanced at her with disgust ” where is Isabella?“ he yelled at her.

Malcom signalled him to keep the conversation going so that in the meantime he could trace the location of where she was calling from.

” Chill, baby, she's here. Actually, I called you so you two can say your  Goodbyes to each other,“ she said and burst into laughter.

She turned the camera to Isabella. Jason's gaze turned tender immediately. she could also clearly see the pain in his eyes ” Bella you will be fine you have to trust me “ Jason said softly to her.

Before Isabella could speak she turned the camera back to her scary looking face. ” You have seen her, right?  why are you giving the poor thing false hope “ she said with a chuckle.

” Emma you better don't touch her, if you touch even a strand of her hair I will kill you with my hands. “ Jason said with the muscles in his jaw twitching.

Emma gave a mirthless laugh ” oh really? I shouldn't destroy her face “ she said, bringing the knife closer to Isabella's cheeks.

Isabella couldn't help but let out a  yelp as she shrank back in fear.

” Emma don't do anything stupid” Jason roared at her angrily.

“ I shouldn't but when you locked me up in jail you made sure I was kept with hardened criminals and I was beaten up into a pulp every single day. Thanks to you my face got ruined ” she said with a bitter laugh.

“ Isabella must go down with me on this one ” she said and hung up the call.

“ Emma…..” it was already late.

He turned to Malcolm.

Malcolm gave him a smile and gestured with a thumb.

Jason quickly walked over to Malcolm. He was stunned when he read the address from the laptop “ outskirts? ” he mumbled.

“ Thank you very much Malcom. Isabella and I will treat you to dinner once I get back ” he said and took his leave. He couldn't waste any much time; each moment was too precious to be wasted.
