Chapter 16 : so sweet

“ Let me go “ she said glaring at him with hatred in her eyes.

Caleb was stunned “ Isabella who is he ? He asked looking angry.

She glared at him codly ” you have lost that right to ask me this question, let me remind you Incase you have forgotten is over between us. I owe you know explanation.“

” Bella I love you, please give me another chance. let's get back together like how we used to. I will treat you better and i will do whatever you want . I promise you will never be lonely. “

She chuckled ” you better stop spouting nonsense, go move on with your life cause I Isabella  Andrew is engaged. My engagement party is in some few days and that guy was my fiance. Are you trying to ruin my life just because we aren't together ? Anyways you better stay away from me. have made things clear with you now.“

“ Isabella I..I  pls Bella I can't move on without you in my life you are the only one I think about ” Caleb stuttered he felt helpless.

He couldn't watch the only girl he ever loved, become someone else fiancee and wife.

“ Enough “ she raised her hand. ” I don't wanna listen just get out of my house now “ she said then left.

She went upstairs to her room, she was on the Verge of crying ” how will she explain herself to Jason ? “ she thought now. He must be thinking that what Emma said the other day about her was true.

She went to the bathroom she spent almost half an hour brushing her teeth. She felt like a dog bit her lip.

Immediately she came out of the bathroom, at that moment Chloe came in ” wow so cute who brought this ? “

” Isabella what's wrong? “ Chloe noticed that something was wrong with her.

Isabella told Chloe everything that happened while she was away. Chloe was shocked.

” Oh my, this is so bad. you mean your ex kissed you in front of jason?

Isabella nodded with tears in her eyes.“  Jason was very mad at me.

Chloe I don't know what to do. ” She said.

Chloe was wondering why Isabella was sounding as if it was a big deal.

“ calm down, Just go apologise to him tomorrow, now his in a bad mood he might get angrier seeing you. ” Chloe said.

“ I can't wait till tomorrow am feeling anxious ” Isabella said glancing at the clock on her bedside table.

She thought for a sec. She called Alaxender miles ” hey is Jason with you over there ? “ she asked.

” Nope why are you asking, it's everything okay ? “ Alex asked

” Yeah ” she said then  quickly hanged  up.

“ I will go to his house now ,if mom ask help me inform her okay ?

“ Sure take care “ Chloe said

The chaffeur took her straight to the Harrison's Manor. When she got there she nervously came in. She saw Jason's mom Mrs Harrison  watching TV while eating fruits.

” hi aunty “ she said

”Oh my ,Bella what are you doing here ” Mrs Harrison said

“ I came to speak to Jason “ she said with a akward smile ” is he up ? She asked.

“ Yeah, I hope everything is alright between the two of you “ she asked.

” Sure ” she said while nodding.

“ Come have some fruits “ Mrs Harrison said.

Isabella was in no mood to eat fruits she was feeling nervous. She quickly refused ” am okay aunty “ she said.

She went straight up  to Jason's room,she stood outside for awhile she was thinking of how she should explain herself to him. She took a deep breathe.  She knocked then came in , she was stunned the light was switched off, she could percive the strong smell of alcohol and smoke it was obvious that Jason was drinking and smoking since she came back to New York she had understand some of his habits anytime he's in a bad mood he always drink and smoke. She could see him sitting on his desk thanks to the bed side lamp that was on but slightly dimmed.

Everywhere recked of smoke and alcohol, she was scared to approach him. she pressed her lips together and summoned some courage, she walked up to him .

“uhm hey Jason  “ she said coquestishly. She didn't dare to touch him.

He glanced at her for awhile and he kept smoking. Isabella was worried for some reason. She knew that he wouldn't call of the engagement after all everyone must ask him the reason he did so. But still she was nervous of the whole thing.

” Come on, Jason “ she said softly

He abruptly stood up ” who was that guy “ he said in a bossy manner.

Isabella was supprised by his reaction he sounded extremely angry.

” My ex ” she said with a soft voice.

“ Bella you made a fool out of me today, I was waiting for you outside and you were busy having fun with him .“ he said.

” You misunderstood the situation I was about to go see you when he grabbed me and kissed me on the lip she said“  sounding wronged.

” so you are now an object that anyone can grab and use huh? “ Jason said sacarstically.

” I….I w.. was “  she tried to explain.

Jason interupted her ” shut up “ he said emphasizing on each word.

she quickly obeyed his orders .

” How dare he kiss you. Jason said then he moved closer to her Isabella retracted her steps till her back was touching the wall , she stared at Jason's handsome face for awhile. Jason grabbed her slim waist and pulled her closer to him , ” I have to erase the taste of his lip “ he said.

Before Isabella could react he had already taken action.

He lowered his head and pressed his lips on hers, she didn't dare to push him away she was already scared of this side of him. she wrapped her arms around his neck and reciprocated the kiss. while he kept  kissing  her he used his tongue and invaded her mouth having a taste of her soft, juicy lips. Their tongues intertwine together Isabella brain was buzzing she felt a little dizzy by the alcohol in his tongue. The kiss lasted till they both felt breathless. He let go of her lips slowly. He whispered softly with his thin lips touching her ear ” so sweet  ”  he said in a seductive voice that could make girls go crazy. Isabella face was bright red her heart was thumping wildly to the extent she could even hear it.

Isabella was so embarrassed to look at his handsome face.

” what did we just do ? Was the question in her head.

Before she could finally come back to her senses. He continued kissing her till her brain went blank she felt her body go weak by his kisses. His hand started moving restlessly on her back. He slide his hand into her shirt he was about to undo her bra when his mom barged in.

At that moment they both came back to their Senses, Isabella felt like strangling herself. Even Mrs Harrison had a surprise look on her face. Isabella was feeling very embarrassed she swallowed how will aunty Maya start looking at me now, after all Isabella has always been an innocent girl in everyone's eyes.

Mrs Harrison acted like she didn't see anything “ Bella your mom just called she ask you to come home immediately ” she said.

“ oh yeah I was about to leave , bye ” she quickly tried to slip away.

Jason held her hand and glanced at her “ I  will drop you off ” he said.

“ no no need ” she stuttered. My chaffeur is already outside “ she said and quickned her pace.

After she left Mrs Harrison glanced at her son and sigh ” so what were you both about to do before I came in “ she said

She continued ” son , you both should  take it slowly, don't get Isabella pregnant now after all you two are still young.“ she said.

Jason was embarrassed, he didn't want to listen to this topic from his mother so he quickly chased her out and locked the door.

Mrs Harrison sigh ” kids of nowadays always energetic.“ she shook her head as she walked to her bedroom.

When Isabella got home, her cheeks were still rosy, her lip was a little swollen from the intense kiss. When she walked into her room she was stunned Chloe was lying on her bed.

” why are you still here ? She asked.

Chloe wanted to ask how everything went, but mere looking at Isabella she had grasp everything.

Chloe looked at Bella with a confused expression “ Bella when will you wake up ? ” she said.

Isabella was very confused “ wake up from what ? She asked.

” I mean, aren't you taking this Jason thing too far. What you both have for each other is what ? if I may ask. What type of relationship do you both share. Friends with benefits?. Don't even say to me that you both have started feeling something for each other and don't you forget that Jason is still Emma's boyfriend or is he two timing now don't you get it ? You should stop developing feelings for him cause in the end you might get hurt by him , you never know what his thinking. He might still love Emma not you. Cause if he does love you he could have broken up with Emma for you.

After Chloe said all of this things Isabella felt like a fool. Chloe was right anyway, she knew that she had started feeling something towards him , but what about him ? Is he feeling the same or was he just using her to satisfy his needs.

Chloe continued “ I can tell that you both shared a very intense kiss mere looking at you. Don't even dare deny it ” she said with her hands on her waist.

Isabella remained silent. It was as if Chloe had brought her back from fantasy to reality.
