Chapter 14  : unexpected kiss

She hit him on his chest with her small hands  “ put me done ” she said while sobbing.

“ Jason am still angry with you, you let me down you believed Emma over me. What do you take me for huh? You think am a doll with no emotions, you hurt my feelings last night and now you are treating me nice I don't get it. She said in one breath.

Jason was so surprised by her reaction he didn't know that he had hurt her deeply.

She meant alot to him after all she's his childhood friend.

He let her down and pulled her into his embrace, he hugged her tightly he whispered softly in her ear “ am sorry Bella.

Isabella  pushed him away. She chuckled codly ” you think a simple sorry could change everything that happened last night.

I was hurt by your words , I know Emma is your girlfriend but still I felt  bad cause my childhood friend didn't believe me. And do you know what it means ? She asked.

He knew she wasn't going to say anything good but still he went ahead and asked “ what does it mean?

” It means you think that am a lier and you don't trust me ”  she said with a choking voice.

Jason felt like he was given a slap to his face. He never wanted to see her cry like this.

“ Isabella calm down, am sorry with the way I acted with you last night, I also regretted it alot, I kept calling you last night but you didn't pick up I felt extremely sorry. I promise I won't do it again.”

“ Yesterday I thought about it and realized that you are not that type of person and you wouldn't loose your cool for know reason. Don't worry I will take care of Charlotte and her friends who tried to attack you, I will make sure they pay “ he said nonchalantly.

” What about Emma? ” Isabella asked.

Jason sigh and remained silent for a while “ Emma is not that kind …….

She quickly interupted him ” I get it, Emma is a saint in the whole incident and I Isabella is a lier right? I understand.

“ Infact do whatever you want, I don't care just get out of my room ” she said without sparing him a glance.

“ Isabella please forgive me , I won't do anything to hurt you ever again. You can punish me anyway you want okay ? “ Jason said.

” Oh really ” Isabella chuckled sacarstically.

“ Yeah “ he replied looking deeply sorry.

” Okay. Then get out now “ she said pointing to the direction of her door.

” come on Isabella am deeply sorry, I won't do it again “ Jason begged.

” okay Jason have forgiven you, can you please leave my room am tired of this fake rela…….“

Before she could continue Jason pressed his lips on hers, Isabella was shocked she moaned trying to flinch but he held her tighter, she was about to push him harder when Jason used his tongue to invade her small mouth, their tongues intertwine together before you knew it Isabella's brain went blank she even forgot to push him.

The kiss lasted for some minutes before he let go.

Isabella was so angry that her face turned red. ” What is the meaning of this “ she yelled at him.

Jason looked around before he replied, just now my mom was peeking at us and you were about to let out the truth so I kissed you to shut you up ” he said.

Isabella laughed “ so this the only method you could use right ” she said angrily.

“ do you think am a fool or am that silly ” Isabella said.

Before he could speak she went out and banged the door.

Jason sigh “ everything is getting even more complicated, I need to find out exactly what happened last night ” he thought.

“ I don't even know how that thought came into my head. Why did I kiss her? He thought to himself.

When Isabella went back downstairs they were all looking at her in a suggestive manner, Bella knew that Jason's mom had told everyone about what she saw.

Isabella wore an embarrassed look she felt like looking for a hole to crawl into.

Mrs Harrison clicked her tongue “ woah youngsters …. I had no idea.

Isabella felt like strangling Jason who was standing behind her.

Chloe was looking at Isabella with a confused look.

Isabella sat next to chloe. Before she could even speak.

Mrs Andrew said to everyone ” since you are all here I have an announcement to make, as we all know Jason and Isabella's engagement party  is in the next three days, I have decided that after the engagement Isabella will be leaving with her in-laws “ she said.

Isabella eyes was wide open she thought she was dreaming ” what ? “

Why mom ? Are you tired of me? ” she asked looking puzzled.

Her mom quickly said “ no dear how will I ever get tired of my precious baby , it's just that I and Mrs Harrison thought about it and decided that you two should leave together so that you could cultivate some deep feelings for each other ” Mrs Andrew said.

Isabella was dumbfounded ” mom we are happy and in love, right Jason ? “ she looked at him with a akward smile.

Jason was intimidated by the look she gave him “ yes yes we are in love. ”  He added quickly.

“ But Mrs Harrison saw you two arguing back upstairs, I think you guys need to leave together to grow some mutual understanding. ”  Mrs Andrew said.

Isabella felt like bitting her tongue off,  she felt that it was all her fault, she shouldn't have yelled but what can she do when her emotions got the better of her and it's this bastard Jason's fault.

” how could you make this decision without confiding in us, after all we are the ones that will be leaving together you didn't ask if we were okay with it. Mom you are too much.

Isabella said and ran upstairs.

Chloe quickly stood up and said to the elders “ I will go speak to her. ”

They nodded “ Yes dear go explain things to your cousin.”
