The magistrate question had everyone staring at Alvin expecting results.

" What proof? He asked

" Do you have proof of her infidelity? He asked again

" I do' his lawyer brought the photos out and handed them to him then distributed them to the jury.

" Mrs. Reagan, who is this man? Kate looked at the photo and sneered wondering how he got his hands on it.

"I have evidence to prove his infidelity and sexual assault towards me too"

" Kate!, Don't push it. I didn't do anything that husband and wife don't do. You belonged to me" He snapped at her words. To him, he merely touched his wife.

" The hell I did Alvin" she retorted deadpanned.

" I'll allow it on our next hearing in five months. I'll advise you two to settle your differences. Marriage comes with challenges only a few can withstand. Divorce isn't the answer" these were the magistrate's last words then he left as the case was adjourned till further notice.

" Did you just say I sexually harassed you?

" Yes I did," she said defensively as the two lawyers sat back and watched their bickering.

" You are my wife and I can touch you whenever I want. I bought you remember? That statement didn't sit too well with her as she stepped his way.

" Where's the proof? I don't remember selling myself to you. You have Cynthia. Why are you so conceited towards me?

" Oh, you didn't know. The proof is the purpose we're in a court of law at the moment. without divorce papers. I don't remember engaging in a court marriage with you. You'll come begging else I'm not signing that piece of shit even with a gun pointed to my head" she gritted her teeth and sneered.

" You'll be surprised to know what I have installed for you"

" I can't wait to see it and to think you accompanied David to the Mafia world have you gone nuts? She laughed hysterically.

" It has been your prayers. Congratulations Alvin because I'm crazy for my son. You finally broke me and I'll not stop until he's avenged" Alvin scrunched his face in guilt. He could tell she wasn't joking.

Did she want his downfall because of Simon?

" I didn't kill our son Kate' he retorted.

" Not literally but you did it. My son is six feet under because of your carelessness. You switched my pills, Alvin. You wanted me to get pregnant only for you to kill him? I thought you loved him though you didn't love me. Dante was right, I shouldn't have told you the truth. I could have saved him. I should have left before everything but know this, I'm not done with you yet. I don't care what David is doing to you but I can assure you, I'm going to help him in every way possible to bring you down. I assume you're experiencing the results of my visit" Alvin clenched and unclenched his fist locking his gaze with her.

A part of him was weeping from her bitterness. He couldn't help but question himself.

What have I done?

" Kate, I will never hurt Simon. It was coincidental. It was an accident"

" Like I care. There are lots of things to do as your so-called wife like visiting the rest mafias. I'll pay to see the look on your faces when you realize you're powerless. It's Worth dying for though it's a work in progress" she revealed putting her goggles on then walked out of the courtroom while Eden trailed after her proudly.

Alvin plopped to the chair dialing a number.

" Have you found the truck drivers?

" Not really but you were right. They weren't our boys. It's Wilson's boys. I knew something went wrong that day. My boys couldn't have made such mistakes" the anonymous receiver spoke in relief.

" I want them found. Find them" he was cut off by his other ringing phone.

" Colt?

" The mine has been found and guess what, it's under custom. What do we do? You know what this means right?

" I'll be right there" Alvin replied running a hand through his hair. With his goldmine disclosed, other properties will be confiscated until it's resolved.

And the mafias was out of the picture, there was hardly a way out but how did David know about his secret goldmine?

All hope wasn't lost although he had thirty percent of their support. They weren't as powerful but they were reliable thus he called for an international meeting including the decamped mafia lords. It was an emergency.

The confiscation of his seaports, airports, subway stations, and corporations will affect them. After all, David was a newbie to the game.

His renovated ports were nothing compared to his.

Within a few days, they acknowledged his call.

In a huge desk: big enough to contain multitudes had three hundred persons surrounding it awaiting Alvin's presence and of course as a mafia lord David Wilson was invited.

But he wasn't expecting the other person to be attending while wearing an evil smile seemingly amused by his response.

She was his wife after all and the majority of them were with David with her as a dictator.

You can see why she's smiling and to think she has plans for him had her excited. She couldn't wait to announce the solution that will blow his mind away.

A man as proud as Alvin would not concede to her opinion.
