Chapter 51: Chapter 51

"Woah, that just makes sense. I knew you wouldn't disappoint me." She said and he grinned.

Both held eyes and their breaths hitched. Quinnel's smile fell as his twinkled while he held gaze with his crush while Navaeh bit her lower lip tempting Quinnel unintentionally.

Her phone pinged again and they looked at it on the clothes.

"You should probably get that." He said and she nodded her head vigorously lying on the bed again.

"Quin?" She called and turned her head to see he wasn't in the bedroom anymore.

"Yeah?" He replied from outside her room.

"It's about you. They said what color are you wearing tomorrow?"

"What are you wearing?" He asked and she looked down at the clothes.

"Umm, maybe a white shirt and black pants or something." She replied with a shrug.

"Great." He replied and he came into view. Well, his face did.

"Tell them that's what we're wearing." He replied and his face went away so Navaeh didn't see the blush on his face and he didn't see the subtle smile on hers.

She replied the chat and switched off her phone. Quinnel and her packed her bags and she thankfully remembered to take her toothbrush, hairbrush and finally her shoes and all other necessary stuffs without realizing she had actually forgotten something.

"I'll pick you up tomorrow." He said and she nodded her.

"Kay. Good night."

"Night."

And for the first time, Quinnel left her home through the front door. It wasn't even the way he came in.

Morning soon came and the siblings had gotten up earlier than ever. They made pancakes since it wasn't that hard and wasn't time consuming.

Quinnel honked and she turned to her sisters.

"Okay, what are the three rules again?"

"One, Don't frustrate Mrs Ashford." Aerin started squeezing the bottle of syrup unto her pancakes.

"Two, Be obedient children. Still the same context as the first rule if you ask me." Aelin said with a shrug and I rolled my eyes.

"Three, definitely follow the first two rules." They said together.

"Good. Uhh, I love you guys and I'll definitely miss you." She said and they rolled their eyes.

"I'll call you every night okay?"

They nodded their head and she dropped a kiss on their forehead each before she walked to the door.

"Have fun!"

"I will. You guys too! Love you."

"Love you too."

She paused and closed the door gently behind her with a huff. She was dressed in white shirt that had 'Hey, baby!' written on the front and black pants.

She wore white sneakers to match and had a green headphone around her bare neck. She had pulled her hair into a messy bun and was only held in place with a pencil all in her rush to be ready before Quinnel arrived. Her lips was sparkling with simple lip gloss that she has applied.

She pulled at her bag strap and walked to Quinnel who had opened the boot for her to dump her bags in.

He was dressed in a plain white round neck shirt and black trousers. He wore a pair of black sneakers to match and he had a transparent glasses on his face making him look hotter than he already was.

"Your coach is the cruelest man ever!" She yelled and dropped the bag into the boot rather harshly.

"I mean, it's just a trip! Why make us wake up by 6 and we're leaving by 7?! Who in hell does that?" She asked and she pulled the seat belt to straddle her body.

"Well, my coach does it. Let's just hope he doesn't make us practice before we leave." Quinnel said and their laughs filled the car.

"Morning." He greeted driving out of his parking space.

"Morning." She greeted in a sleepy voice.

"Still feeling sleepy?" He asked and she nodded with a yawn.

"You can sleep. I'll wake you when we get to school." He said and she nodded.

"Thanks." She greeted and snapped her eyes close leaning into the chair as the car got on the main road.

Quinnel stopped in front of Starbucks and parked his car. He walked out of the car and went into the cafe to get coffee for him and Navaeh.

"Welcome to Starbucks Coffee. What can I get you on this fine morning?" The young girl of about 23 years asked.

"Uhh, a cup of Expresso with whipped cream and another cup of black coffee to go please. For the Expresso, two sugar, two creams same as the black coffee."

"Coming right up sir." She said and punched in the order. It soon came up as it was in the morning and they had just opened.

"And for being our first customer, we would like to give you this sweet." She said and gave him a pink colored caramel.

"Uhh, how much do you sell one of this?" He asked and she blinked.

"We don't actually. It's a gift." She replied courteously.

"No, my- girlfriend really likes this stuff so I wanted to surprise her."

"Oh your girlfriend? Is she owner of the second cup for coffee?" She asked with a smile.

"Yes."

"Oh, she earns one as well." She said with a smile and took another pink colored caramel pushing it to him.

"Wow. Thank you." He said.

"Have a nice day!"

"Oh I will."

Once he got to the car and saw Navaeh was still sleeping peacefully, he smiled and kept the caramel in his bag. Then, he continued driving placing her coffee in the coffee holder between them where it would continue being warm while he sipped on his slowly.

They reached the school and Quinnel saw their classmates already standing there. He looked at the time in front of him to see 6:28am. It was way too early!

"Heaven?" He called tapping her lightly.

"Hm?"

"We reached school."

"School?" She questioned and yawned again before she remembered where she was.

"Oh, that was fast." She said looking at their classmates. Some were talking and laughing obviously excited for the trip, they all were, while others were looking for a place to just sit and sleep to their heart content.

She turned her head and her eyes landed on the Starbucks coffee cup in his hand.

"You got Starbucks?" She asked.

He got Starbucks for himself?! Who exactly was this guy?

"There's yours." Quinnel said understanding the look morphed on her face.

"Oh, you got mine too." She said happily as she pulled it out taking a sip.

"Oh, it's still warm and it's exactly the coffee I like. How did you know?" She asked with a smile.

"I have my ways."

He might have had the twins help.

"Come on." He said opening the door.

"Hold on, what about your car?" She asked eyeing him.

"Mum will come over and pick it when we're gone." He replied with a shrug.

She nodded her head and unbuckled her seat belt stepping out of the car as well.

They walked to the open boot and pulled out their bags before making their way to their classmates.

"Neve!"

"Quin!"

They heard from behind them and everyone turned to them. Their eyes not missing one thing. They were wearing matching clothes!

Immediately, people started whispering amongst themselves discussing the issue that didn't, in any way, concern them.

Ashley was dressed in pink top and white pants while Zaire dressed in a blue top and white pants. The same words were written on it and someone would have seen the tops were a pair.

It was like a message. Whoever didn't know Ashley and Zaire were siblings, they should now.

All while the four of them chatted, they didn't notice two eyes trained on them alone.

One eyes was filled with anger and malice while the other was filled with a tinge of jealousy but mostly regret.
