I looked at my mum thinking of tickling her but that won't be so active.

"Mother common, enough with the negativity. Have you ever thought what if I can? Besides remember you promised me you were going to tell me the biggest secret when I turned eighteen." She replies me.

"True but Your not eighteen years at least... not until tomorrow haha!" I said using that as an excuse.

I wasn't getting anywhere with this back and forth argument so I had to try the reverse psychology on her.

"Mother if you don't tell me this Big secret then... Then I won't tell you mine." She says and my heart skips a beat.

"You have a secret? Oh my goodness, you found out on your own already?" I replied her surprised.

"Yes! I did find out and if you don't tell me you your big secret... I wouldn't tell you what I found out." She replies.

She's trying to be smart!

How hilarious.

"Oh please, you can keep the secret to Your self, I'm just glad you found out on your own that your a hybrid just like your father. Although I would like to know Who told you that?" I asked.

"What?!" She replies me shocked.

I asked, I couldn't believe it.

Did she just said what I think she said?

Then she responded with an innocent look over her face.

"What?" She asked with her eyes concentration unstable.

Just to be sure she knew what she was saying to me I had to repeat what she said.

"I'm a hybrid like dad?" I asked and she nods and affirmative.

"Yeap phew feels good to finally Get that of my chest." She replies.

"But child, you are not just a hybrid lora, you have powers that are only given to witches with the purest of hearts in one thousand years, and it means..." She says pausing in her words.

"The beast!" She says to me.

"Mum what do you mean?" I asked.

"No! You're too young for that kind of Destiny! You are not even yet trained on how to use your powers." She says with her body shaking already.

"Mum, calm down, what's the matter?" I asked her in return.

"It's coming!... The beast." She says as she holds me to herself.

I was totally Freaking out... Damn!

I couldn't believe what she just said is she for real right or not?

So many thoughts were running through my already muddled up mind that if I try to think of a logical explanation I might explode. So I thought I'd ask her.

"What exactly do you mean by hybrid? And please tell me if this is some kind of prank from one of your TV shows." I asked her in return as I stood up to pase the room trying to find any hidden camera around.

"Calm down honey, a hybrid is one who is a wolf and a vampire and a witch." She explains in details.

"A werewolf to be persisted that is you and your father had Both the ability from the two worlds but you have three worlds of this creatures in you and because of this powers the universe have made you a lightning witch." She explains further and my lips flipped open in shock.

This was what I had been dreading my whole life for.

The reason why it was so hard to blend in at my all human school no matter how hard I tried... They always made me feel like an out cast.

Saying all sorts of nasty things to me and had to move halfwly across the world just so I could start a fresh life without fear of being awkward.

It was still hard to believe but I had to ask her more about myself.

"If I am a hybrid and a lighting witch, then what are you mum?" I asked.

"Darling, sit down, its time I told you how you came to be and why I think all this are happening all of a sudden." She says as I took a seat.

"Vampires and werewolves never really Liked each other. Some say it was becuse of their perfectly sculptured ego, some said it was a straight out food fight, while in other cases it was Love or the war for power."

I couldn't believe my mother was finally coming out to me.

All my life... I've always wanted to be more of a Luna Werewolf, a really strong one.

Then she continues.

"I could still remember it like it was yesterday." She says to me.

"My dad... Well, that's If he really was my dad will tell me bedtime stories about werewolves and I'd end up going to sleep and waking up in a dream world as a werewolf and it felt wonderful and some other night I would dream that I killed a monster in my dreams."

"And my dad will adore me for it."

But one day, I really used my powers to fight a werewolf cause he called me a weak, good for nothing witch and I was so angry that my powers exploded." She says to me staring at me.

He wasn't afraid... Not until I my so called daddy asked me to kill him.

Because he was a werewolf and I was nothing else than a witch.

I wanted to follow his orders but then I just couldn't when we both figured out that the universe had mated us.

Love made me weak that day, even so I knew how dangerous I could be.

Before he held me and we both disappeared back home.

"I was totally lost and confused with little understanding as what exactly is going on. I stuttered as I ask.

"Hoping to know the whole story of love from my old looking father." She says to me and then continues.

"Love... I thought love was a beautiful thing?" I asked him in return.

"Oh it is Honey... It can be misunderstood and misused dangerously some times... Mostly by people who willed its powers. But that's not the Point." He says.

"Point is."

"It all started centuries ago, the moon was in all its glory and well you dad's mother Gwen was a werewolf set to get married to her mate but she could not when she knew her heart belongs to a certain vampire called Dagro who also found his zing and was set to get married the night of the same full moon."

"As faith will have it, this two followed there heart and ran off to somewhere private and created your father for some reason best known to them."

"They loved what they created and choose to run away with it... Rasing their chilld all be a competition of sorts, a sense of pride of who you are."

"Take the rivalry between both creatures for example – they go against each other because they think they are the best and the main reason by why they hated themselves this much was because of the prophecy of the three witches" she says smiling.

"The three witches prophesied that a lightning witch will be born after a thousand years and if she picks a side, the remaining worlds of all other creatures will all be destroyed and lost forever by the beast of the Earth which only her will be able to defeat." She says to me and I stood shocked.
