“For you, Ms. Akishara Shane Pershey Santiago Marqueza Adejar, briefly explain forgiveness and forgetting,” was the host's meaningful question to Pershey. She did not expect the question to be asked.

She looked at the audiences and thought of an answer. She also searched for the answer because of the experiences she had had that refreshed her mind.

She was handed the microphone.

He took a deep breath.

“My dear young people, in order to forget, we need to forgive first. They are very close to each other. When we forgive, we will be free from pain that leads to forgetting which allows us to restart our lives. Forgetting doesn't require reconnection. Remember that to forgive is to forget. That's all, thank you. ”

She took a deep breath and smiled broadly.

“Thankyou for that wonderful answer, Ms. Adejar. ”

She received a round of applause from the audiences that widened her smile even more. She finally survived the question. She can breathe properly.

Outside the covered court, Iries and Fricks were there. Leighden passed by, so Iries called her.

"Leighden!"

Leighden just turned to her. As before, her face could not be painted again.

"Are you okay?" she asked.

"Are you fighting with Draek?" Fricks asked. "Do you have a love quarrel?"

"Nothing," she replied languidly.

"Then what was that before?" Iries asked. “Are you still jealous? Are you avoiding Draek? ”

"I'm not jealous," she reasoned but her face showed that she was jealous. "Why should I be jealous?"

"Why? Do you have anything to make you jealous? ”

"No ... then I'm not jealous, Iries."

“Wait a minute. Who are you jealous of? ” Fricks asked. Leighden just looked at her and didn't say a word.

“Let’s go? Announcement of the winner, ” she said instead of answering Fricks' question. They didn't object anymore because they also wanted to know who won. They also hope Pershey wins.

They are back inside.

"Please step forward our top 5 candidates."

Background music plays while the host waits for the right opportunity to say who are in the top 5 lists.

"Our top 5 is ..." he paused to make the viewers excited. The background music makes the chest beat even faster. “Our top 5 is Miss University de Valle!”

They applauded. As the host said, Miss University de Valle stepped forward.

"Now, let's call our top 4," said another host. Background music resumed playing. “Our top 4 is Miss University of Heart!”

The candidate reacted the same way when she was called. Full of fun and joy she stepped forward.

"Now, let's move to our top 3. Please, step forward Miss Ferry Academy!"

She was very happy because she was included in the top 5 while Pershey was fighting the nervousness she was feeling. She cheers her up. She is confident she will be in the top 5.

“Here we go. Let us welcome our top 2 candidate. Please step forward candidate from ... ”

Everyone's chest was throbbing as they waited for the host to make the announcement.

"... candidate from University de Forde!"

Everyone shouted in delight with a vicious round of applause.

Since the host did not mention which of the three candidates from the University de Forde he was referring to, they were confused as to who.

Sansa whispered between Pershey and Aliha. "That can't be me."

She is confident that she is not that because she wants herself to be the Miss International Queen of Universities at the present time.

“Oh, I forgot, sorry. Please step forward miss candidate number 18, Sansa Shen Samson! ”

Sansa’s supporters were overjoyed as she was extremely shocked when her name was mentioned. She could not believe what had happened.

"Sansa Shen Samson, please step forward."

She had no choice but to do that. Against her will, she accepted that she was only in the top 2.

"Congrats," the candidate next to her greeted her but she just smiled at her.

“Now, our first runner up is ... Ms. Athina Atienza! ”

There was no hiding joy to draw on her face. She felt so happy while Sansa frowned and couldn't believe it.

Pershey, on the other hand, is, in fact, still hopeful. She still did not despair. She knew there was still a chance for her to be included. If she was not in the top 5, she might be named Miss International Queen.

“Let us call our Miss International Queen ...”

Their chests throbbed steadily. Candidates will hold hands.

“Our Miss International Queen is Miss University de Forde!”

A deafening scream once again enveloped the covered court. It has not yet been mentioned who the host is referring to but the screams of the spectators are no longer deafening.

“Step forward, Ms. Akishara Shane Pershey Santiago Marqueza Adejar! ”

Pershey almost blushed in shock. She covered her mouth and her eyes were wide open and her tears were forming with joy.

She stepped forward. They were thrilled because Pershey won. Many greeted her but Sansa just rolled her eyes at her.

She's waving while smiling.

“Congratulations! ”

She felt so happy while looking and smiling at the audiences. She can't stop smiling while waving her hand slowly.

She was given bouquet of flowers and the crown is now on her head.  This is her first time of joining pageant and won as a Miss International University Queen.

She received greetings from the other candidates and she smiled in response to.them. She cam now breath because she's the new beauty queen of all Universities.

Her family and friends are happy for her victory. They knew that Pershey will won and she really won. They believed to her ability and they knew she has the confidence of being a beauty queen. Pershey didn't disappoint them.

“We are so proud of you, Sweetheart,” said her Mommy Sheriane.

“I'm so happy,” she said while she can't take her smile off her lips.

“You did it, you won,” said her Daddy and he kissed her on her forehead.
