Gabby came back home and saw Triffany at home working on something on her computer. "Hi Triffany." Gabby called out happily and came over to her.

"Gabby, you're back." Triffany closed her laptop and smiled.

Gabby sat down on the chair across Triffany's. "I went to my grandparents home."

"That's, no wonder I didn't see you at home this morning and last night. How was your trip?"

"Awesome." Gabby adjusted on her sit. "My grandmother want you and Carlos to come over one of these days, she's willing to prepare her awesome traditional dish for you. You'd love it."

Triffany smiled. "Grandmas do make delicious meals." Her eyes became distant as she remembered her grandmother.

"What about your grandparents?" Gabby asked, seeing Triffany's expression.

"They died before I turned six."

"I'm so sorry, well, you'd go with me see my grandparents next time." Gabby flashed her a smile.

"Yeah." Triffany nods.

"How was your interview yesterday?" Gabby asked curiously.

"I got the job." Triffany bites down her lower lips to suppress the joy.

"Congratulations!" Gabby made a little dance of joy. "We need to celebrate this." Gabby said standing up.

"It's okay, I'm too happy already." Triffany look at Gabby, damn this girl knows how to get happy for someone's success, it makes Triffany happy too.

Gabby looked at her. "I don't agree with you at all." Gabby checked her wrist watch. "It's around lunch time." She looked up at Triffany. "Go get dressed, we're going out."

"Huh!" Triffany looked at her in surprise, she thought the party Gabby refer to.was only drinking small champagne at home.

"To celebrate, let's eat lunch out." Gabby helped Triffany up from her chair. "Come on, I love congratulations and parties and they both go well together."

Triffany saw there was no way she can win if she protests. She went upstairs into her room and opened her closet wondering what she would wear.

Gabby dialled Carlos number downstairs and he answered after the third ring. "Hi brother."

"Gabby."

"I'm back." She announced.

"Okay welcome back."

"Are you busy at work?" She asked him.

"No, what's wrong?"

"Let's eat lunch, or do you have plans?" She asked as she walked over to s chair, praying he have a free schedule.

"I think I do."

"Cancel it." Gabby said without hesitation. "Meet me at Rosey vila restaurant, I've reserved a table for lunch."

"What's so special about today's lunch?" Carlos was surprised, Gabby have never told him to cancel a schedule before.

"I don't like waiting you know, be there in thirty minutes." She said avoiding the question, knowing that if she tells him the reason he might decide not to show up.

She ended the call before he could say something else. Carlos smiled down to his phone. "She's too bossy." He smiled and pressed the intercom as Felicia came in.

"Sir." She looked up at him.

"Cancel my afternoon schedule." Carlos told her as he puts away some documents and stand up from his chair.

"Okay sir."

"Tell Shane to prepare to leave too." He told her and picked up his jacket and phone.

"Okay sir."

"You may leave now." He dismissed her and she left.

Triffany came downstairs, dressed with a pink floral dress. "Gabby I'm set."

Gabby stared at her for a while and then smiled. "You're pretty but, follow me." Gabby got up and lead the way to her room with Triffany behind.

"You should apply some make, have a seat please." Gabby pointed at a seat next to her dresser mirror.

Triffany looked up at Gabby in surprise. "We are going out to eat, what's so special?"

"It's a congratulation party." Gabby reminded her with a smile, so it's special." This was only a lunch for them both Triffany was still puzzled as she sat down.

Gabby began to make her up, putting some eyeliner and a pink lipstick, she rolled Triffany's hair and made it curl, pulling it down at her shoulders and back.

She turned Triffany around and a satisfied smile filled her lips."Wow! You're so pretty." She hugged herself. "I'm really in love."

Triffany laughs, Gabby is a real joy giver. "Thank you Gabby."

"You're welcome." Gabby adjusted her dress and picked up her bag. "Let's go." They both head out, they entered Gabby's car and drove to the restaurant.

When they both enter and sit down, Triffany who have been admiring the place looked at Gabby. "Gabby this place is so luxurious."

Gabby smiled. "This is an amazing place." A waiter came over and hands them the menu.

Triffany smiled and opened the menu and was surprised by the amount of each meal, she closed it and leans close to the table. "Gabby." She whispered and Gabby looked up. "It's too expensive here, let's go somewhere else."

Gabby flashed her a smile. "It's on me today, just order."

Triffany looked up at the waiter. "Please get me the cheapest meal." She hands him her menu.

Gabby closed hers and hand over to the waiter. "We will have the usual."

"Okwy miss." The waiter left.

Triffany turned her head to look at Gabby. "What is the usual?"

"You will see." Gabby smiled. This left Triffany wondering how often Gabby eats in such a place.

Carlos enters and was surprised to see Triffany there too. "Hi Gabby." He looked at Triffany. "Why is she here?"

"Why is he here?" Triffany asked looking at her.

"I thought this is a sister-brother lunch." He looked at Gabby.

"Carlos, please have a seat." Gabby told him pointing at the seat next to Triffany.

Carlos sat down and Triffany looked at Gabby. "You said we're the only ones coming here."

"It's a congratulatory lunch party, your husband should be present and Carlos you should congratulate her too." Gabby said smiling.

Carlos and Triffany stare at each other for a while. "This is a pain." Carlos muttered.

"Absolutely, I've loss my appetite." Triffany raised the corner of her lips with a knitted brow.

Gabby sniggered. "We are outside please." She would love to watch their drama but they were out in public. "People are watching." She reminded Carlos.

Carlos knew his sister was right so he didn't stress. "Have you place an order?"

"Yes." Gabby nods as the waiter came out with many delicious meal as he set them, Triffany's eyes widened as she lo6at all the meal.

"Enjoy your meal." The waiter told them when he was done.

"Get us your finest wine." Carlos told him and the waiter came back, pouring the wine into three glasses before leaving them again.

"Let's eat." Gabby smiled, picking up her cutlery.

"Gabby they look so expensive." Triffany told her as Carlos looked at her and scoff. "What?" She furrowed her brow. "Did you just scoff?"

"Can you just eat and stop acting like someone who have never been to a high class restaurant before." He sipped his wine.

"Triffany looked down. "Actually it's my first time here." Carlo paused and look at her. "And you shouldn't be so rude."

"Yes Carlos." Gabby agreed with Triffany. "Triffany don't mind his rudeness, he's always this rude." Carlos rolled his eyes at them and continue his meal.

Triffany tasted it and looked up with glint in her eyes. "It's really delicious."

"Gabby puts the I told you so expression. "Tell me, why you didn't go to work today?"

"I'm going to be off, for a week, I was sent a file to edit for the week, I will hand it over when I resume." Triffany explained.

Gabby smiled. "That's good." Gabby looked at Carlos and Triffany who were still throwing few glances at each other, to her they look so cute.

She was happy to have them both out here eating, if she keep creating some time for them together this way then perhaps Carlos feeling for his wife will change.

She will be glad if they don't actually pretend to love each other in public but love each other for real as couples do. She smiled and continue her meal
