Rani CBI investigation assignment

Rani CBI, performing well in her duties. She is carrying out all the assignments. She is getting all the information from London that Dr. VijjuMayya is doing at London. She is getting all the documentary evidences, information through intelligence agencies. Rani CBI is submitting all the document evidences, information related to business to the CBI Court from time to time. Dr. VijjuMayya accredited persons information is being submitted to the CBI Court, regularly. The court also issued 'Red Corner Notice' stating that he should surrender CBI Court forthwith. Lest, he will be issued non-bailable warrant. Even if he does not surrender stipulated time, the CBI Court planning to issue 'Shoot at Sight' orders on Dr. VijjuMayya. CBI Court is very serious on him. The court also issued notices to all the business people connected to Dr. VijjuMayya's businesses. Even bank official also served with notices by the CBI Court, to report as per date mentioned in the notices. All these are financial civil and criminal cases which takes much longer time in CBI Courts. As per arbitration of an institution, people who are involved in these cases are jailed after the Court Judgement. All the money, properties of defaulters sureties are confiscated by the Court to enable remit sale of property realization proceeds to Bank and adjust towards outstanding loans. Even people are jailed for many years if their involvement is proved. Sometimes courts may not decide fast in such civil and financial money laundering cases. All these things will take its own time. In the meantime, many offenders move in this world as they like. Until cases are proved offenders and defaulters are free to move as per certain section of civil procedural code of the Constitution.

Rani CBI knew well about all these things. But, Rani CBI is very much update in her professional line. She is monitoring, making follow-up, doing inter-act, and establishing good communication, doing liaison work all times in Dr. VijjuMayya case. Whatever it may be, Rani CBI, want to bring this case to a certain level, what she thought. Still, Rani CBI, is firm in her approach and want to recover all the money from Dr. VijjuMayya and his sureties. However, Rani CBI, has to work within the frame-work of CBI Court.

Also, Rani, CBI, has to work with the preview of her limitations and delegation of powers. She has to work as per CBI Chief's orders. Moreover, no harm to be done to Dr. VijjuMayya, his family members, his officials and accredited people and also to sureties. No harm to be done to arrested officials. Full security and escort to be provided. Careful handling is to be taken care of. No life threats from outside elements. CBI has to take every aspect of safety of people involved in various cases, while dealing cases. Rani, CBI, is taking care of all these issues and aspects. She is ascertaining full length information on Dr. VijjuMayya and his business associates.

Dr. VijjuMayya over Intelligence:

Dr. VijjuMayya is very intelligent. He took entire care of his family too. He and his family hold British citizenship. He earlier has dual citizenship. But, in those days our government took it lightly all these aspects. People were involved in many business deals. Many small type cases Courts used to handle. The gravity of financial frauds and money laundering cases were very low and limited. But, as the days rolled, the gravity cases have increased and countless if cases registered in various Courts. People became more intelligent. Loan giving limits highly increased. The technology developed fast. Global business increased. Economy increased. Business turnover increased. People are opting for more business loans. Nobody is investigating 100% in their business. Only 10-15 % investment is being made. Other amounts people are opting loans from Banks and through shares and debentures. If business flourishes, people flourish and grow. If business goes red then people suffer loss.

Dr. VijjuMayya, has filed a writ petition in London Court. He stated that he will permanently live in London only and that he applied for Insolvent petition (IP) India Supreme Court that he went into business loss. He stated that his debts to Indian Banks be treated as bad and doubtful debts. He stated that he cannot pay any more. He also stated in his writ petition that his loans be written off and he is Helpless in repayment of loans. He also stated that he paid more taxes to India Government than his loans. All his loans were recovered through taxes only and that the taxes in India are very high.

Dr. VijjuMayya Argument:

He stated that, Banks can sell his properties to recover his bank loans. For this he has no objection and for this he can give a press statement in this aspect. He reiterated that he cannot repay any bank loans and RBI to waive-off his bank loans, as one time opportunity. He also stated that RBI itself is printing crores of rupees every year and his loan debts are very small to India Government and RBI.

All these things, Dr. VijjuMayya has started in his writ petition in Supreme Court of India as well as in London Court petition. He stated that Law if Land Rules are different in India and London. The treatment meted out to financial fraud cases and money laundering cases are different from India an London. Indian Rules and Legality system is different, and London legal Constitution is different. A person cannot face two legal constitutional cases in a case like civil and financial cases.

Dr. VijjuMayya had a sigh of relief about his statements given through media. He thought that there is no danger of any deportation to India as the case in London Court is live. These things have been told to Dr. VijjuMayya by London Barristers. British Barristers also told that these types of financial cases can't be decided by London Court so early and it takes many years to these types of cases. The past cases like this financial aspects took even 10-15 years’ time. Even he gets a negative Judgement in his case, he always has an opportunity to appeal to higher Court and thereafter can go in for Review Petition at London. This is the confidence of him.

Barristers of Dr. VijjuMayya told that there are several thousand cases pending in British Courts and such cases are not decided early, as these cases are civil cases. For this reason, on Dr. VijjuMayya has engaged an eminent Barrister by paying huge fee. He was also told by Barristers not to worry anything and that he will be at London only, till the Judgment is delivered by London Court. Dr. VijjuMayya policy is that he will not refund any loans to any bank, but he will spend more amounts towards Lawyers fee and for business work-out. He further said that he will go for World Bank loan for his new Projects.

The mind set of Dr.VijjuMayya is clear and evident from his statements. He is a perfect business magnet. He said that he is even ready to take loans from Lord Liberal. People are getting doubts like this. He has born in Earth, as a cursing man from his last birth. He deceived crores of amount to India. He is not an ordinary person. What a brain. His brain will be purchased even by other advanced countries for research purposes, when he dies.

Everyday his news is read in newspapers. His news is flashed in all TV channels. Rani, CBI, and Squad members unable to judge the mind set and thinking if Dr. VijjuMayya. Rani, CBI, estimated his potentials. People are unable to understand whether he is a lucky man or unlucky person.

In London Court, the case is being postponed regularly. He is enjoying the life at London. No tension feeling at all. No worry at all. He looks to be the happiest person on Earth. It looks that he never bothers himself. He is always a great stylish man, as it looks from his behavioral attitudes.
