Dr. VijjuMayya at London:
He engaged one reputed and an eminent Barrister (Lawyer) to deal the case to turn into his favor. Dr. VijjuMayya and his entire family members have British citizenship to stay at London mostly. This citizenship is a full time stay at London. Also, whatever Barriers wanted regarding projected I'm his writ petition, Dr. VijjuMayya submitted as proof of documents. He also reiterated that at London and other places at Britain, he has so many business deals, property and shares in various business houses. Moreover, he also pointed out that he studied and completed his education at London and also did his Business degrees from London School of Business Management. He told in his writ petition that he married to a girl who belongs to London and lived. His children also studied at London. So, he told the London Court through his Barrister that there is no point in going back to India and his business counterparts at India will look after his business in India. All the proof of identities Dr. VijjuMayya produced at the London Court. He also urged the Court that no damage or harm to be made to him or to his family and there is no need to deport him to India, as sought by India Government. His writ petition is in the highest Judiciary Court. Dr. VijjuMayya has with an ingenious vision, has filed his petition through his accredited and eminent Barrister.
These things are unaware to Rani. CBI or to our government. But, Dr. VijjuMayya is the most intelligent person. He has forethought. He has good tactics and business mind. He can get along with any big business magnets. He can get business shares with any business as partnership. He has the capacity to invest money in millions in any business of his liking.
Our CBI Officials Rani, and our Government underestimated Dr. VijjuMayya's deals and businesses. Whatever it may be, our Indian Banks have extended very big loans to Dr. VijjuMayya running into millions of dollars and rupees. He was one of the highest recipients of Bank Loans in India. Still Dr. VijjuMayya says, he needs more loans from Banks and other financial institutions to expand and diversify his business to enter into global trade and businesses. He is also ready to take World Bank loans for his new Projects and ready to start his new ventures globally.
Having known all the information by Rani, AIG, CBI, she astonished, surprised and became aghast to know Dr. VijjuMayya's zeal in his business ethics. Rani Devi wrote a song and sang privately. This song lyrics are as follows:

Dr. VijjuMayya, the most intelligent guy.
Dr. VijjuMayya is a big business magnet. He creates all fake documents for availing big loans for his business purpose. Most of these documents are fake documents. Bankers are unaware of original fake documents and cannot identify which is original and which is fake. He took government lands for 99 years lease. Converted these leased documents as own documents, constructed own buildings, as if land belongs to DrVijjuMayya. Use it avail big loans running into crores of amount. Total buildings he used to run his business offices. Used to convince bankers. Whenever Dr. VijjuMayya visits India used to acquire ornamental lands for lease, construct them and utilize for his business purpose. There are several banks extended loans to him.
No computerized system in those days. Every system was manual, and accounts used to write in registers manually. No telephone in those days expected. Only telex machines. Even the copies are made through ammonium printer machines. What is happening in one bank is not known to another bank. In fact, branch managers do not know anything in those days. DrVijjuMayya took advantage of these lapses and utilized the opportunity of availing big loans. He is a Big Shark.

As per banking system every officer is to be transferred every two years. If a bank officer gets promotion, he will be posted outside district or state. No bank staff is allowed to work in a same branch for long years.
