Chapter 96: Chapter 96

Even though they all know Sarah is doing weird things nowadays but this is the weirdest thing they have encountered. How can she play a four-player board game alone that too excitedly?

"Sarah, what are you doing?" Carol asked with bulging big eyes.

Now only Sarah lifts her head and saw all four standing in her room together. Sarah sways her hand excitedly, calling them towards her.

"Hey, carol, all of you come and see I am playing Parcheesi."

"Alone?" Ronald asked in confusion, furrowed his eyebrows.

"Yes, like this I never lose," Sarah said proudly.

All smiled at seeing her antics. It turned out that because of her mood wings she doesn't want to lose and venting her anger playing Parcheesi alone and now she is happy because she has won.

"Sarah, we are sorry. We all teased you and annoyed you."

Jack being the elder initiate the apology and the rest all followed him.

"It's alright, brother Jack and everybody, I am not upset anymore. Even I am difficult to be convinced, I already avenged you people." Sarah said in a chirpy tone.

She was not looking the same Sarah of a few minutes from any side who was gloomy, silent, and annoyed, but now thrilled just after a few minutes like nothing happened before.

"How?" Stella come up from her shock first and asked first to know how did she avenge.

"See Stella, these blue pawns are Carol's paws, yellow pawns are Ronald's pawns, the green one is yours and the red one is mine and these are winners too." Sarah suddenly behaves like she won a gold medal.

"But where is mine?" Jack raised his eyebrows and asked.

"Being a couple you and Stella are together, in one team," Sarah said carelessly and collected the pawns as she has already won and the game is over.

All laughed again, and Stefan entered the room. He stood at the door by leaning on it and folding hands, seeing his crazy family and their leader is his super crazy wife.

"See, didn't I tell you all that Sarah's anger is like a water bubble, it burst in a minute and the next moment dissolve in calm water? Before you will apologize to her, she would forget the reason for her anger." Stefan said lightly.

"Stefan, your wife is defeating all of us in the Parcheesi game by cheating, isn't it unfair," Ronald once again teased Sarah.

Everybody wanted to stop him for not annoying Sarah again but it was already late.

"Excuse me, I am not cheating. You all lose by yourself. If you are so good dare you defeat me now, I am challenging you."

However, though Sarah was once again annoyed by Ronald, she didn't react angrily.

"Alright then, let's play one game. What say, guys?"

Carol suggested and the rest all agreed. The game has started and Sarah was the most excited among them. There were lots of ups and downs in the game but slowly everybody let Sarah win on purpose and let her be happy, but didn't let her come to know. This is their way to apologize to her.

The game was just over and Amy walked into the room with cheesecake for Sarah. Sarah excitedly grabbed the plate from Amy and started gulping it without breaking.

"Stella and Sarah, listen to me carefully. Today you both have to decorate the big Christmas tree in the living hall of the palace. You both have to use your own pieces of stuff and do without anybody's help."

"This is our family tradition that daughter-in-law of the family decorates Christmas tree for the family, till last year it was Stella alone who used to do but from this year she has Sarah, right Stella?"

Amy looked at Stella and she nodded her head.

"Stefan and Jack, you both have to give a dress for your wife, which they will wear the next day at the Christmas Church visit."

After some time, both Stella and Sarah stood at either side of the big Christmas at the right corner of the living hall opposite to the entrance door. They both have their own big packets of pieces of stuff to decorate the Christmas tree.

"Sarah, don't bother yourself too much just hanged few decorations rest I will complete it, that's ok to complete the ritual. You should not stand for long."

Sarah moved in her heart, seeing Stella's consideration for her.

"It's alright Stella I am just 10 weeks pregnant; a bit of work will not be stressful. Also, my doctor also said that I can do light physical work which will not pressure my belly."

"You know what if I will do physical activities my husband will be the happiest one?" Sarah giggled and Stella enjoys her fullest.

"Alright, do as per your wish, just let me know if you need any help of mine, and yes don't climb the stairs to decorate upper parts, do only at the part which is at your reach, did you hear me?" Stella instructs and Sarah nods her head.

Then Sarah and Stella started decorating the big Christmas tree, even though the daughter-in-law of the family has to do, sometimes later Ronald and Carol too joined them for fun.

Stella has done with her work and Sarah was still doing it slowly and calmly.

"Sarah, my work has been done; do you need any help of mine?"

"No, Stella, I will manage. You take rest for some time." Even though Sarah was getting tired, she refuses to take help.

'It's almost done, just a little more.' Sarah encouraged herself and continued her work.

After some time, everybody gathered in front of a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and praise the work of Sarah and Stella to encourage them.

As per their family ritual, Stefan and Jack gifted the dresses to their wife. Jack gifted a black-colored gown whereas Stefan brought a sea blue shimmering full-sleeved curvy gown for Sarah with a real fur stole.

After the ruination of Stefan and Sarah and the six-month anniversary party they don't want to party on Christmas eve.

So, they have a family party in the hall of Walter's palace.

This is almost Christmas eve Julia asked everybody to get ready.

"Alright, everybody gets ready fast for the party. Stella and Sarah, you both have to wear the dresses given by your husband, got it?"

All nod and moved towards their room. After some time, all gathered in the hall being ready except for Sarah.

"Stefan, where is Sarah?" Amy asked.

"Mom, she is coming in some time actually she was a bit tired that's why taking a rest before getting ready. Wait, I will bring her down."

Stefan said and started climbing the stairs. But in the mid of the stairs, he saw Sarah is coming down, being ready in the beautiful gown, looking breathtakingly awesome beautiful. Stefan was looking at her without blinking, eyes standing on half climbed stairs.

Sarah noticed his constant gaze and red clouds appeared on her cheeks, become red. She was about to reach him but suddenly from another side of the stairs towards the exit door a girl came ran towards Stefan. She stood between Sarah and Stefan, and the next moment she hugged Stefan.
