"Ashely has the same blood type as Sarah." Laura's words swept the rug out from under everybody's feet, but Stefan's face turned dark and he rejects her harshly.

"No, Laura mom, I can't let that bloody woman help my Sarah who is responsible for my Sarah's critical condition." Stefan not only rejected Laura harshly, but a murderous look appeared on his face as if Ashley will come in front of him before he will twist her neck with one hand.

"Stefan, are you crazy, is this the time are you thinking about rivalry? Right now, nothing is more important than Sarah's health."

Julia gained her temper, seeing Stefan's harsh rejection and stubborn behavior, and scold her.

"Mom, Stefan is not wrong. Ashely is the biggest enemy of Sarah; we shouldn't take her help and do you think even if we will beg her, will she donate her blood to save Ashley? hell no."

Ronald interrupts Julia, who was getting irritable because of anxiety and Stefan's denial to take Ashley's help. He supported Stefan because he was reasonable.

"No, he will not help Sarah, even if she will be doomed," Stefan said and started calling another number to look for help.

"Shut up both of you, if we will withdraw the complaint against her and set her free, then in return favor of our leniency she has to help us."

Julia doesn't want to think anything else than Sarah and her baby's safety and Amy has the same thought but rest all know being practical Ashley will never help Sarah and even she will be beyond happy that her final attack has been successful. She has not been imprisoned for no reason.

"I think elder sister is right." Amy supported Julia.

"Mr. Walter, please make a decision fast, Mrs. Walter's condition is deteriorating fast, we are out of time." The nurse saw their family's arguments and remind the life-threatening situation politely.

"It is decided then, Andrew, call the police officer in chief and asked them to talk to Ashley." Julia impatiently ordered and looked at Andrew.

However, before anybody could do anything Stefan interrupted them irritatingly. "Big uncle doesn't do anything and big aunt tries to understand Ashley has a big stomach, she will demand more, perhaps be she will ask Ronald to accept her first in return to save Sarah. Her only obsession is Ronald, she will even die but she will not let Ronald go."

Everybody has frozen in their places, even though Sarah's life is important, but they can't ruin Ronald's life by forcing him to live with a woman like Ashley.

"Alright, if this will be her demand, then I am agreed. I can do anything to save Sarah."

Ronald decided to sacrifice himself for Sarah and Stefan, after all, they both also have helped a lot and because of him, Ashley is after them with murderous intention.

Ronald's sudden decision shocked everybody, Stefan disconnects his call and moved towards Ronald.

"Are you crazy, do you want to bring that Ashley back into everybody's life wouldn't it be life-threatening for Sarah?"

"No, it will not. I have decided I moved to New York with Ashley forever, she will be away from everybody and all of your life will be peaceful." Ronald said decisively.

Everybody was stunned and Julia's heart shrinks with Ronald's decision.

"Ronald, how could......"

"Ronald you don't need to sacrifice your life for anything, Ashley will not set free from the police detention, she will be punished for her crimes."

Julia's words were interrupted by a third person's voice. They all turned around and found Sebastian there.

Sebastian after that approached Laura. "Laura, Sarah, and Ashley have my blood how could you not notify me at such critical condition of our daughter. I will donate my blood to my daughter."

'Sebastian, how could you? You have a vitamin deficiency.' Laura wanted to say but refrain from herself to say anything.

"Thank you so much, Mr. Miller, we are grateful to you."

When everybody was stunned Julia came forward and said with obliged expressions, accepting his help for Sarah.

"That's alright, she is my daughter too."

Sebastian said and moved towards the nurse, who got the solution to their problem. The nurse escorts him towards the operation room.

All thanked to the angels for Sebastian's arrival in the nick of time and saved Sarah. They could see his goodwill too, who didn't seek the opportunity to release Ashley from the jail, even not supporting her.

Amy was constantly chanting something for Sarah's healthy recovery when her gaze fell on Stefan, who standing in the corner and silently shedding tears.

Stefan is once again accounting himself for Sarah's condition, he thought it was his fault he couldn't protect Sarah well.

Amy pointed a finger towards the lonely standing figure of Stefan and family members moved towards him. Ronald put his hand on his shoulder, making him turn around.

Stefan saw all family members in front of him with pitiful expressions in their eyes. Stefan couldn't hold his emotions anymore, he immediately hugged Ronald and started crying vigorously. Ronald didn't say anything, just caressed his back, making to console him. After sometimes Stefan calmed a little and broke the hug.

Julia put a hand on Stefan's shoulder and said, "Stefan has faith in god. Sarah is a fighter; she will be absolutely fine soon. Your destiny can't be so cruel to you."

"Yes Stefan, have faith in God, Sarah will be alright," Amy said.

Stefan chuckles inwardly ironically, he was atheist since Valerie died now his family is asking him to have faith in god. Alright, if his faith, his prayers to God can make Sarah well, he will do that too. He can do anything for god.

Tears once again brimmed in Stefan's eyes. "Mom, she is already weak and pregnant as well, now she lost so much blood, how will she survive? If something will happen to her, then I too will die without her, she is my only life, she is my only life."

Stefan's eyes were wet and he couldn't see anything clearly when the operation room's light went off.

"Stefan, the light went off, the operation is over, let's go to the doctor," Daniel said.

Everybody hurriedly moved towards the door of the operation room behind Stefan and waited for the doctor to come out. As she came out, Stefan blocked her path and showered with his questions.

"Doctor, how is my wife is fine, and my baby?" Stefan's voice was hoarse.

"Mr. Stefan, even though we have done the operation, but Mrs. Sarah's condition is still critical. She was already mentally stressed when she has this accident and she has injured her head, then she has lost so much of her blood, that's why her condition is critical and the next 24 hours are dangerous for her, otherwise, it could be life-threatening to her."
