Ashley's plan backfires again not only Sarah has been saved, but she also has to confess her mistake, now she was once again become the target of not only Julia's anger but also the entire family looks down on her.

Ashley was lying on the bed on her stomach and shedding tears, cursing her fate, which is always one step behind Sarah's luck.

"Why does all this happen to me always, why am I not getting any happiness, but Sarah always got what I always yearn? Even after my so many efforts, why am I not even getting anybody's attention, let alone love? Why always Sarah and Stefan are hindrances in my life."

Ashley blabber to herself and continued crying vigorously.

After shedding tears for so long and cried her heart out, Ashley consoled herself and started thinking what to do. She once again thought about her grandmother who always helps her with every problem, but was in a dilemma to call her or not.

The last time when she called her grandmother she was responded rudely and even her father warned her not to talk to anybody in the smith family.

Ashley opened the contacts, clicked on her grandmother's number, and stare at it for a few minutes before making the decision to call.

She clicked on Marie's number, but she was so unsure that before even it got connected she slide the red button and disconnect the call.

After playing with the red and green button for some time, she finally called Marie and kept the phone near her ear.

Marie frowned seeing Ashley's call, no matter how much she loves her granddaughter she can't forget Ashley tried to kill somebody, what's more Sebastian warned her to stay away from Ashley otherwise he will sever his ties from her.

Call ring for a whole one minute and it ended on its own, but Marie didn't dare to receive Ashley's call. She doesn't want to split apart from her son.

Ashley didn't get disheartened and called Marie again, after few rings Marie couldn't ignore her loving granddaughter anymore and received her call.

"Hello, who is this?"

Even though Marie picks the call, she wasn't soft with Ashley and didn't forgive her sin in her heart. Ashley realized that her grandmother is still mad at her just by her one line.

"Hello, grandmother, it's me, Ashley," Ashley said meekly.

"Why did you call me now?"

Tears brimmed in Ashley's eyes by Marie's rude response, but today she wants to pacify her anyhow.

What's more, Ashley knows well how to make anybody an emotional fool.

"Grandmother, please don't talk to me so rudely, it pains me. Grandmother, I can't bear your anger, please forgive me."

Ashley filled tears in her eyes, made her voice hoarse, and sniff a few times while pursuing her grandmother. She needs Marie's help to deal with Sarah.

Ashley's emotional apology, hoarse voice, and breakdown restrain Marie to say something else rude to her, but she also didn't say anything to encourage her.

Ashley gulped saliva and continued in a hoarse voice, "Grandmother, you know me well, how am I? I promise I never wanted to do this, but I was so mad in Ronald's love that when it turned into my possessiveness I didn't realize."

"Grandmother, I was on the verge to die without Ronald and it was my last resort, sorry grandmother I was so helpless........"

Ashley was kept on trying his emotional blackmailing, but as she was about to say her deeds even if it is in apology but Marie once again got angry and don't want to listen to it.

"Enough Ashley, now when you have already got him then stop bothering us. Your exploits already broke my family, you made me embarrassed in front of Smith's family. My Sebastian is heartbroken because of you he and Laura have never-ending conflicts between them, and now she is not ready to forget the past."

Marie bursts out in anger, she loves Sebastian and Ashley equally, but for her own marriage Ashley broke Sebastian's marriage and it's not the matter to let go off and forgive her.

"Grandmother, please believe me I am really sorry for my deeds, I am guilty at the bottom of my heart and repenting. Please let it go."

Ashley once again pleaded beseechingly, but couldn't able to move Marie.

"Why did you call me now? Come to the point." Marie didn't Ashley any face, even after her pleading.

"Grandmother, everything is getting shattered in my life. I am not understanding what to do now, how to make it perfect for me....." Ashley sounded so miserable, she couldn't even able to complete her words and started crying vigorously.

Marie's heart ached to listen to Ashley's vigorous cry and her miserable plead softened Marie's heart.

Now she can't ignore the voice of her loving granddaughter anymore.

"Ash, my dear, don't cry tell me what has happened?"

Ashley's eyes brimmed after listening to her grandmother's soft voice, which proved she has been forgiven.

Then she told her whatever has happened in Walter's palace since the day she and Ashley stepped in this palace till now. Ashley didn't hide anything, even her mistakes, what she has done and how she was scolded by everybody.

After saying everything, she once again burst into tears, making herself more pitiful in front of Marie.

Even though Marie pitied Ashley but she can't ignore the stupidity of her granddaughter.

"Are you the biggest idiot of this world? Who told you to always after Sarah for your stupid revenge, just leave her alone? Now when she is already married to Stefan and moved on, then rest assured she will not cross your path anymore."

"Your propriety should be your husband and your family. Focus on only one thing that how should you rule Ronald and his family members' heart." Marie politely made her understand.

"But Grandmother, I was jealous of Sarah she is getting everything, love, attention, care of husband and family. I couldn't see it anymore and designed the trap for her."

Even though she was unreasonable but for her grandmother she was pitiful, she has to help her granddaughter. Marie thought for a little and the next moment her love for her granddaughter made everything faded.

"Forget everything whatever you have done in the past and look ahead for the future and stop doing your foolish acts from now on."

Even if Marie wouldn't say Ashley has not dared to do anything, at least for the time being.

"Alright grandmother I will not do anything, but how will I live without Ronald, he is so mad at me?" Ashley was once again hoarse.

"Why Ronald is mad at you, did he already come to know about your exploits?"

Marie asked in concern but it shivered Ashley, she can't even imagine being exposed in front of Ronald,

'No, this can't be happening, but it's true that he is upset, then is it because he came to know that I sow discord between him and Sarah, or is he came to know that I tried to kill Sarah?'
