Sandra couldn't sleep, she got up from her bed and started pacing around the house, and that was when she remembered Edward again.

"Why is he suddenly no longer interested in getting her back? She asked herself , then she decided to call him. He picked on the first ring, as though he was waiting for her to call.

"Hey Sandra, how are you doing? He sounded happy to hear from her.

"You haven't called me, is there a reason you refused calling me? because I thought we are in this together? Your wife is gradually taking over my man, and you are doing nothing about it? She asked, furious, from her voice, one could tell just how furious she is.

"I know you are angry, and you want Craig, but he was never yours, even if I have to say so myself, and my wife, you say? She is no longer my wife, I think I need to love her enough to let her go". Sandra haven't heard him speak so nicely, that she started to think that she must have something on him.

"What is she threatening you with? She suddenly asked, that even Edward freaked out a little, he stuttered, but was quick to recover, because a lot went through his mind, thinking Samantha must have told her something.

"She doesn't have anything on me, you have seen what they did to me, they took my company in one day, I just want to focus on my career, fighting a man as big as the Apple is a lot for someone like me to handle, I need to mind myself, and since he wants my wife and she wants him too, then I have no choice than to let her go". He says in a sober tone, but somehow, Sandra was finding it hard to believe all he was saying.

"But if there is a way to solve the problem, and have her back to you, will you want to take the risk? She asked, hoping to hear him ask her what he needs to do, but he shocked her by speaking in the negative.

"I would have wanted her back, if only there was a little proof that she wants me too, but obviously she doesn't want me, so why will I want her, just let her be". Sandra saw that it was useless speaking with him, so she ended the call.

Edward also couldn't sleep, he hasn't been able to sleep well, especially since he knows now that Samantha knows about him and Joan, and he wouldn't want Joe to learn of it, he believes, it is best, he stays away from her, and let her just be, than being close to her, or fighting to have her, if she have known so much about him for so long and kept quiet, maybe she is still going to be willing to stay quiet, that is if he doesn't bother her. He closed his eyes and tried going back to sleep, but he only ended up dreaming about him and Joan years ago.

His dreams took him back to when he started his romance with Joan. He was scared that she was only going to like her from afar, but she came on to him real hard that he couldn't resist.

"Hey Eddy, I know you like me, spending so much time with the kids, is already making you act like a kid, you should know that I also like you, as a matter of fact, that is why I came, now that Your friend isn't home, I want us to have the best time together". She says and bites the side of her lips seductively.

"What are you saying Joan? He tries to pretend, but she moves closer to him and pushes him on the bed.

I also know your wife isn't home, her pregnancy is taking a a toll on her, she is in the hospital, so why don't we take this time, to have the best. We are both in a relationship we are not very happy about. You don't really love Samantha, and I also, don't really like Joe, I am just with him, because I am trying to get away from someone, I will leave him as soon as I can, but I will not spend my entire life, hiding, I will have as much fun as possible". She says and jumps on him, and that was the begining of his problems, because that day, he couldn't resist her, he had her that day, and ever since then, she started coming often and on to him, and the worst of it was that, most times, Joe would send her to his house for one thing or the other, and they will have to take advantage of that to have fun again.

One time when Joe would have caught them in the act, he came over to the house with her, and while Samantha was preparing their meal, and Joe was watching a football match, Joan and Edward snuck out to a more secluded place to have a quickie, they had just finished, and have started arranging their wears, so as not to look so rough when suddenly Joe opened the door and at that instant, Joan started crying, while Edward kept consoling her.

"Don't worry I will talk to him". Was all he could say, that Joe looked shocked, apparently, that day, they have had issue about her having a baby, and she was telling him that she wasn't ready fir a baby yet, and that she still wants to have some time to enjoy herself, before welcoming a baby into her life.

"What is going on? He asked, but she didn't answer, She cried and ran out of the room, leaving Edward to answer the question he knows nothing about.

Why is she crying Ed? He asked him, getting closer to him.

"She was telling me something about what happened between you too, and she says you have been giving her attitude since then, she haven't really explained to me, she was just crying, I was telling her I will speak to you, before you walked in". He lies, and was even surprised how freely the lie was coming out of him.

"So she is going to tell the world about our little conversation this morning? He asked, too blond to notice that Edward still has an erection.

I was just telling her that it is time we have a child of our own, and she is telling me she isn't ready, I mean why will she say that, I am ready to be a father, she should be ready to be a mother too". He says and looking at how sweaty and nervous Edward looks, he taps his shoulder and laughed at him.

Is that why you look like you have just been struck by lightning? Don't worry about her, she will come around". He says and then added.

I am going to finish the food, your wife is a really lovely cook". He says and went back to the living room, while Edward stayed back a Little, to make sure that he was more relaxed, before going back to join him, as soon as he walked back in, Joan turned to look at him, then winked at him, before going back to her food.

At that instant, Edward could swear that if he doesn't stop with the way he was going, he was going to get himself into a big trouble.

With that thought in mind, he woke up from his dream, only to open his eyes, to a brand new day.
