The next day Celeste woke up in the morning a bit late. She couldn’t sleep properly last night because of the previous night's event. She hurriedly got up from the bed and noticed Liam was already up but wasn’t present in the room. Thinking he was downstairs she hurriedly went to the washroom to freshen up.

She brushed her teeth, took a warm shower and then got changed into a pair of thick maroon sweater and white leggings. She didn’t blow dry her hair instead left it to air dry. As it was Saturday Tracy wasn’t going to come. Celeste told Tracy not to come on weekends as she would be home and could manage everything on her own. She urged her to take care of her sick husband properly.

When Celeste reached downstairs, she found Liam sitting in the living room and reading the newspaper while drinking his coffee. He was wearing a pair of sweatpants and a Navy blue sweater, looking very handsome and charming. She stood there for a while and admired him. Her heart always skipped a few beats whenever he was in front of her. She was already smitten by him. She sighed and slowly made her way towards him and greeted him in her sweet voice.

"Good morning. I'm sorry, I overslept. You might be hungry. Let me cook something first. Do you want to eat anything special?" She kept blabbering on her own making Liam look up at her with a raised brow.

He was quite amused by her talkative nature. In the few span of months he had quite figured her out. She talked a lot when she was nervous. She was obedient yet sometimes became quite stubborn. Most of all she was very clumsy. She would trip herself over nothing. Sometimes She would drop things if people talked to her from behind and got scared of sudden loud voices. Liam got out of his thoughts when he realised Celeste was looking at him with a confused expression. He cleared his throat before greeting her back.

"Morning. Anything is fine by me." He replied indifferently. Celeste nodded.

"Okay. Then I am going to make some sandwiches, Salads and smoothies. We should eat healthy." Celeste said enthusiastically, to which Liam just nodded. After giving Liam one of her sweetest smiles, Celeste moved towards the kitchen to make some breakfasts for them. She started taking out the required ingredients one by one before proceeding to cook. She started to make some Chicken sandwiches, Chicken cashew nut salad and avocado smoothie.

When she finished making the breakfast she moved the dishes to the dining room where Liam was already sitting. She served the dishes one by one. Liam also helped her by serving the dishes on their plates. Celeste took a seat opposite to him.

"How is it? Do you like it?" Celeste asked when Liam started eating. Liam looked up from his food and nodded.

"It's good." He replied casually.

"Really? Thanks. I will try to learn more different dishes." Celeste said happily before starting to eat her food. She was eating her food quietly while stealing some glances from Liam when all of sudden she remembered something. She slapped her forehead before looking up at Liam who was already looking at her with a frown. How could she forget something so important.

"Do you want to say something? " Liam asked, noticing her hesitant expression. Celeste smiled sheepishly and nodded. Liam looked at her and raised one of his eyebrows, gesturing for her to continue.

"Actually Mom had called yesterday. She asked for us to stay in the Mansion for the weekends. I'm sorry, I forgot to inform you before." She informed him with a guilty expression. But she was a bit shocked noticing Liam's nonchalance expression. As if he already knew.

"Hmm. I know she called me too. Get ready by 11. I have a video conference to attend then we will leave." Liam said to her before sipping his smoothie and getting up from his seat as he had already finished his breakfast. Celeste nodded happily and tried to get up from her seat in excitement when she hit the table and as a result spilled her smoothie. She hurriedly grabbed some napkins and tried to clean the table. She mentally face palmed herself for being so clumsy. Liam looked at her from the dining hall's entrance and shook his head in a knowing gesture before leaving. By the time Celeste looked up Liam was already gone so she sighed in relief. Thanks to God that he wasn’t here to see her embarrassing herself.

"Stupid Celeste! Why do you have to be so clumsy and embarrass yourself all the time?" She loudly scolded herself while cleaning the dining table.

Celeste packed a few of her and Liam's things for the weekend. She was really excited to meet her mother in law after almost a month. She was such a sweet soul. In those few months they had bonded really well. Clarissa gave her all the love she could ever ask from. She made her realise what mother's love was. They talked over the phone almost everyday. Andrew was loving too. They both made her feel loved and welcomed in their family. Her brother in law Rafael was also a kind and sweet person. But she couldn’t say the same about Amy, his wife. Celeste was sure, for some unknown reason Amy hated her. She always kept finding ways to insult her but Celeste kept ignoring her and her crude remarks. She didn’t want any problems in the family for her. She was fortunate enough to have a family after so long so she didn’t want to lose them.

Celeste mentally decided to stay as far away as possible from Amy while getting ready. She changed into a beautiful Cinnamon colour dress which reached till her knees, a black thick coat and a pair of boots as it was still cold outside. She left her hair open and took the luggage downstairs where Liam was already waiting for her. She smiled at him as she reached near him while he looked at her for a brief moment and nodded before taking the luggage from her.

"Let's go." He said while holding her right hand while pulling her with him. Celeste kept looking at their entwined hands as she quietly followed him with a silly smile on her face.
