With a startled cry from Mukuro, we materialized inside the Spirit villa.
Her expression was a complicated mix of emotions, but after a bit of gentle persuasion, she finally agreed to stay. A short while later, she emerged from the guest room, shyly wearing the clothes I had prepared for her.
She wore gleaming purple high heels and white stockings that barely concealed the soft, pinkish skin of her long, slender legs. The form-fitting outfit did little to hide her slim, yet curvy, figure. The fabric strained against the curve of her ample chest, revealing a deep, tantalizing cleavage.
I couldn't take my eyes off her.
As her chest rose and fell with each heavy breath, I felt a familiar stirring and had to swallow hard.
The 2D version was one thing, but the 3D, real-life version… Mukuro is definitely a cut above the rest.
"Are… are you done looking?"
My intense stare was clearly making her uncomfortable.
"These clothes you picked out… they feel a little strange," she mumbled, an embarrassed blush coloring her cheeks. "It's a weird combination."
I crossed my arms and grinned. "Muku, you're so beautiful, I could look at you forever."
She had a figure that was, frankly, better than any of the other girls'. It was her height that gave her the edge. Those curves, combined with those long, alluring legs, created a visual impact that was simply staggering.
"Come on," I said, taking her hand. "Let's go."
Besides my own selfish reasons, I had another purpose for bringing her here. I wanted to help her finally overcome the shadows of her past. I knew that beneath her standoffish exterior, she was an incredibly sensitive and fragile girl.
I spent the entire afternoon showing Mukuro around, and on our way back, I deliberately took a scenic detour.
As we passed a street corner, I casually glanced to the side, making sure she would see them—her adoptive parents, and her sister, Asahi Hoshimiya.
Her eyes went wide with disbelief, her body trembling slightly. The moment recognition set in, she panicked, trying to pull me away. The memories of the past came flooding back, and she was terrified.
I held her hand tighter, trying to soothe her frantic heart. Thıs text ıs hosted at 𝕟𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕝~𝕗𝕚𝕣𝕖~𝕟𝕖𝕥
"They seem to be looking for someone," I said, feigning innocence. "Let's go see what's going on."
We waited until they had turned a corner, then I led her to where they had been standing. I pulled a missing person flyer off a nearby wall and handed it to her.
It had her picture on it.
She took the flyer with a trembling hand. The moment she saw her own face, she froze, her lip caught between her teeth as the memories washed over her like a tidal wave. I saw her emotions begin to spiral, the very air around her starting to distort. A spacequake was imminent.
"Muku," I said, my voice a calm, steady anchor.
The trembling in her body gradually subsided. She turned to me, her eyes shimmering with unshed tears.
"Kyoya," she whispered, her voice full of helpless vulnerability.
I wrapped my arms around her.
I said gently. "Let's go see them, okay? They're your family. No matter what happens, I'll be right here with you. I'll protect you and love you for the rest of my life. I'll be your family."
She stared at me, her eyes red-rimmed, and then, with a sudden burst of intense emotion, she stood on her tiptoes and pressed her lips against mine.
I was taken by surprise. I hadn't expected her to be so bold as to kiss me in the middle of the street. But it was a pleasant surprise. I wrapped my arms around her slim waist and eagerly returned the kiss.
I could feel her heart hammering against her chest and could smell the sweet, unique fragrance of her skin. They say heroes are helpless against a beautiful woman. They weren't kidding.
After a long moment, we finally pulled apart.
Mukuro buried her face in my chest, completely mortified, her breath coming in ragged gasps. Her fair skin was flushed a delicate pink from head to toe.
'What have I done!?' she was surely thinking. 'I can't believe I was so impulsive… He must think I'm a terrible girl now!'
I gently squeezed her soft, slender waist. "Muku, look at me."
She flinched but obediently lifted her head, her bright, shining eyes meeting mine.
"Let's go see them, okay?"
She hesitated for a moment, then, with a surge of newfound courage, she nodded and let me lead her to the Hoshimiya residence.
Her parents and sister had already had their memories restored. That, of course, was my doing.
This entire "chance encounter" had been carefully orchestrated.
A beautiful, elegant woman opened the door. The moment she saw Mukuro, her face lit up with joyous disbelief. She rushed out and grabbed Mukuro's hands.
"Muku, is it really you? You're finally back! I'm so sorry… it was all my fault… I'm so, so sorry…"
Mukuro stared at her sister. Her face was streaked with tears, but she was still as beautiful as ever.
"Asahi…" she whispered, the familiar name feeling strange on her tongue after so long.
Hearing it, Asahi Hoshimiya's body shook. She pulled Mukuro into a tight hug, fresh tears streaming down her face.
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, it was all my fault. Can you forgive me?"
Mukuro's own eyes grew misty. She raised her arms and hugged her sister back, clinging to one of the most important people in her life.
I stood back, giving the sisters their moment.
A short while later, Mukuro introduced me to Asahi.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Asahi-san," I said with a smile, extending my hand.
Asahi tucked a stray strand of hair behind her ear and took my hand, a gentle smile on her face. "Please forgive my appearance. Thank you for bringing my sister back. May I call you Kyoya?"
She led us inside, and Mukuro pulled me to her old room. It smelled just as she remembered. Nothing had changed. The room was spotless, it had clearly been well-cared for.
"Is that it?" I asked, a playful smirk on my face as my eyes roamed over her body. "I went to all this trouble for you. Don't you think I deserve a little reward?"
Seeing the hungry look in my eyes, Mukuro blushed, stood on her tiptoes, and gave me a quick, light peck on the lips.
"Is… is that enough?"
"Hmph. Not even close," I murmured.
I pulled her onto my lap, my arms wrapping around her intoxicatingly soft waist. "It's not enough until I'm satisfied."
That evening, after saying our goodbyes, Mukuro and I left the Hoshimiya house.
As we walked home, she turned to me, her face glowing with happiness. "Kyoya, from now on, I'll be living with you, okay?"
"You're my future wife. Of course you'll be living with me."
