Chapter 17: Chapter 17

"It's exactly nine,"Jackie said, looking at his wrist watch.

"They will be here,"Jon stated by placing his right arm over Jackie's shoulder.

"Do not start admiring before I do,"Bray shouted from the doorway waiting for Beca to arrive. He leaned forward and backwards impatiently .

Jackie’s eyes were glued to the staircase when Amy and Anna were walking downstairs.

"You look gorgeous,"Jon commented as Amy stood in front of them.

"I told you right,"Anna whispered into Amy's left ear which made her blush.

Jon kept on staring at Amy which made her feel awkward.

'Stop looking at me like that. I don't know how to react,"Amy interrupted by waving in the air.

"Ufffggg,"Bray sighed as Beca got out of the taxi. He moved away from the wall and stood straight with a grin on his face.

Jon nudged Jackie before he took a step forward towards Amy. He moved his arm around Amy's waist and walked ahead.

Jackie kept on looking at Anna without a single blink. She stepped forward and smiled slightly at Jackie which made him blink.

"You look.....,"he paused by looking at her lowering her gaze.

He raised an eyebrow and walked towards her. Standing in front of Anna he paused.

"You look sophisticated, "he whispered by looking at her.

"How do I look?,"he smirked."I always had to ask you."

She looked up at him and smiled.

"Charming,"she replied as he took another step forward.

"Don't look deep into her Bray,"Jon interrupted "she cannot bear your glance,"he teased while walking through the doorway with Amy.

"Alright, "he took his sight away from Beca and looked at Jon who was chuckling. "It's funny,"he said in a frustrated tone and looked back at Beca who was smiling.

Jon and Amy stood in front of the queue.

He had his left palm hidden in his tuxedo pocket and his right arm was around Amy's waist. Both were pushed against each other with a closeness without a gap in between .

Bray and Beca were standing behind them by holding their hands.

Jackie and Anna were standing next to each other with a distance in between.

They handed over the tickets to the muscular guy who was standing at the entrance. As they entered the three brothers separated with their pairs without a word.

Jon and Amy moved closer to each other where Jon's right arm was around her waist and they were moving according to the rhythm slowly to the melodious tune.

Bray and Becca were sitting in front of the bar table talking to each other.

"I thought you wont show up,"Bray said, taking a bite of his cupcake by looking at it without glancing at her.

"Why would I regret?,"Beca replied by looking at her glass which had juice in it.

Bray immediately turned towards her by chewing the last bit of the cake in his mouth. A blush rised up on her cheeks when she realised that Bray was looking at her. She didn't glance away from the glass as a slight smile appeared on her glamorous face. Bray moved closer to her face where his lips were some inches away from her skin.

"Shall we dance,"he asked gently which sent goosebumps through her skin.

She nodded without a word , a hot blush rised over her bare neck as she had worn an off sleeve dress. Her prom frock was black in colour with white pearls over the cups. Her shoulders were bare as it was an off shoulder dress which was landing just above her knee. Displaying her shining skimming legs. Her hair was braided nearty and it was falling over her right shoulder.

Jackie winked at Anna as she placed her palm over his shoulder because she took more effort to do it as he was tall. He chuckled when an irritating smile passed through her lips.

"You should have tried heels,"he chuckled as he moved his arm around her waist.

"I did,"Anna stated by raising her eyebrows and looking up at him.

"May be a high heel,"he winked at her as she moved closer to him.

His lips curved when Anna moved closer by holding his shoulders. Both moved slowly according to the rhythm which was played. Anna didn't take a glance at Jackie as she began to dance. She was just looking around except for Jackie who was looking deep into her.

Jackie moved closer where Anna could inhale his scent. She instantly looked up at him and looked into his brown eyes. He bent his head where his forehead touched Anna's fair skin. She got chills down her spine as Jackie moved even closer where there was an inch away from their lips.

He pulled me closer where the little distance between us vanished. I looked up at him when my body was on his,he was examining every single part on my face which made me feel awkward. I tried to

remove my eyes away from his but his charming once were capturing mine. I dragged my sight downwards as he moved his face closer to mine. I could feel his hot breaths on my skin which made me shiver. I didn't look at his eyes while he moved his face closer to mine where his skin touched mine. I looked up at him immediately but......

"Jackie,"a woman's voice interrupted and we jerked apart instantly.
