Fate is really siding on me. It looks like destiny is in favor of me. My hard work for following that old witch is paid off. Now I know who is the worthless mother of Federico's child. My very intelligent brain thought that Federico's mother knows who's the mother of his grandson and I was absolutely right.

Now I know who she is I will do my best to get rid of her. I am now impatiently waiting outside her hospital room. When will their drama end? I need the perfect timing to kill that bitch and I will only be able to do so if they left her alone there.

After an hour, I saw my future mother-in-law and the bitch's friend go outside together with Federico's son. Now two down one more to go. My luck just got any better when I saw her mother go outside. I immediately enter her room.

"Good afternoon." I greeted her as I secretly locked the door of her room here in the hospital.

"Good afternoon nurse." She smiled.

Yes, I did wear a nurse uniform as a disguise. Of course, I'm not that stupid to just barge in her room.

" I guess you don't know me so let me introduce myself," I said as I take the syringe to inject it into her.

"I'm sorry, what's that?" She asked.

"I am the one and only love of the man whom you're trying to lure. I'm here to warn you in case you don't know I can kill you as well as you're family with just one snap." I said as I walk towards her with the syringe in my right hand. I saw fear in her eyes.

"I don't know what you're talking about." She said.

"Federico Altagracia, he's mine and no one can take him away from me. You, itchy gold digger is getting in my way. I changed my mind I will just kill you right here right now since you are getting on my nerves" I shouted.

"No please." She begged. I was about to inject the syringe when a knock stopped me from doing so.

"Sh*t!" I looked at her and signed not to make noise. She nodded her head.

I went to the door but I did not open it. I just take a peek to see who's knocking and there the bitch's mother is outside with a worried face. I walked back towards the slut's bed. I can see disappointment mixed with fear in her eyes.

"You are such a lucky wh*r*." I said and squeeze her face.

"What do you want from me? I will do anything just don't hurt my family." She said pleading.

"Since I'm a very good and kind lady. I will spare you and your family but if you do something stupid, I will not hesitate to kill you all mercilessly." I said.

"Yes, I swear. I will do anything I have a word of honor." She assured me.

I laughed while letting go of her face violently. "Well, it's very simple. I want you to tell Federico that you knew from the start that you are the mother of his child. I want you to let him believe that you are a gold digger and you are just after his money. You are using your own son for your own benefit." I said.

I saw her shaking her head while crying.

"What does that shaking of your head mean? You don't want to do it" I shouted. Once again I saw terror in her face which makes me satisfied and proud of myself.

"Y-yes. I will do it " She hopelessly said.

"Wait there's more. I also want you to ask my mother-in-law not to tell Federico about your identity." I said and saw her questioned look.

"B-but, wh-why?" She asked to stutter. I laughed out loud at her reaction such a cowardly little prick.

"I didn't know you're dumb and stupid. Seems Federico changed his taste to women. How could he like a no-brainer like you? Simple, it's because I want you to tell him yourself. I want you to tell him about your identity and of course, you will add that you are nothing but a gold digger and opportunist on your son's birthday. You will tell him that all you care about is his wealth and that you don't care about your son." I explained.

"But that is not true. I love Rick more than my life." She complained which makes me pissed.

"Of course you will not tell him the truth, you idiot. You will tell him all those lies do he will loathe you and he will come back to me. You will do that, in exchange of your family's lives. Or you want your family dead." I threatened her.

Once again she got affected by my threats.

"Okay, I understand. I will do it. I will ask Mrs. Altagracia and everyone not to tell Federico yet." She said. I was annoyed that he called my man by his first name so I quickly slapped her hard.

"First name basis huh. You have no right to call him that. You call him boss or Sir you understand." I shout at her face and slap her again on her other cheek which earns a painful moan from her. She just nod while touching both of her cheeks and cried.

I went to the door to open the two people who are outside knocking non-stop with worried faces. I ready my fake smile and open the door. I saw the relief on their faces. It was the how's a mother and best friend. As soon as I opened the door her mother hurriedly ram to her daughter while her best friend looked at me suspiciously.

"What took you so long to open the door and why is it locked in the first place?" She confronted.

"Good afternoon. I'm really sorry it took me a while to open the door. I did not notice it was locked and I went to the comfort room to pee." I explained. She raised her right eyebrow at me and looked at me suspiciously from head to toe. I really want to take out her eyes. I hate the way she looks at me.

"I'm sorry mom, Kimmy it's hard for me to get up here and open the door for you so I just waited for the nurse to finish and let her open the door." The bitch covers me up. Good dog hahaha she really is scared of me. I give her an evil smile.

"It's an okay baby. We are just worried about what is happening inside because it is locked and no one is answering ." Her mother said.

"It's unusual Emi, and it's strange." Her friend looks at me again like I'm some kind of a criminal. I want to cut off her tongue.

"Excuse me, sorry to interrupt but I need to go and continue my rounds," I said before I could do something to this slut friend of my b*t*h rival. Aside from that, I need to get out of here before my future mother-in-law comes back and recognizes me.

"Okay, dear. Thank you" Her mother said and smiled at me. I want to laugh at her innocence.

" Get well soon, Miss Palma. Goodbye." I said and waved goodbye while giving her a warning look.

"G-goodbye." She stuttered again and gulped.

Her friend did not say a word so I just ignore her and hurriedly went outside. I hope everything goes well with my plan. Federico's son will have his birthday two months from now. I still have to wait for that big day so whole waiting I will not stop courting Federico and make him fall in love with me again. Just wait my love, you will be back in my arms again. You and I are destined for each other. No other woman belongs to you but for me.
