Sitting in front of these poles was an old man with white hair and beard and on his forehead was a mark similar to the words written on the pillars.

"Hahaha, Silas, have you and your friends forgotten what you did to my family before you were put in here. You guys slaughtered my family and used their souls as commodity to trade with the devils. You used my family to buy Taboo Knowledge then transformed yourselves into powerful Dark Mages.

Aegis ignored him as the bugs started to bite him then shrivelled up and died. The wrinkles around Aegis’s face faded away and his hair turned grey and was no longer pure white.

On this altar, there was a corpse of a creature around 1.5 meters long and its wings were laced with ash like powder. This creature closely resembled a moth, even down to the tongue, everything was the same.

The ten figures were women wearing black dresses now tatters, their faces were dirty but their scent was that of flowers and pleasant to take a whiff of. Their bodies were covered in tattoos and only their faces remained unblemished. They wore black lip gloss and eyebrow pencil, and all ten women were stunning beauty that one could rarely see.

Their eyes were blank though as they chanted the same words over and over again.

All of them said the said words before their lives ended. Carved around the altar were Runes which all lit up and started to absorb the blood of the women.

[Now, for the final ingredient...] sounded the voice as twenty green bugs landed on top of the moth carcass and started to inject lifespan into it. Above the moth, something much darker appeared, it didn’t have a form and was like a ball of smoke that disappeared into the moth’s corpse. By this time, all the Runes had lit up and the bugs turned to dust.

The light from the Runes was then absorbed into the moth’s corpse, then dimmed and disappeared. The moth corpse twitched but didn’t awaken, whilst dead, it transformed into the figure of a beautiful teenage girl who was seventeen or eighteen years of age. Only then did the moth girl slowly open her eyes which were golden and dreamy.

The darkness around her coalesced to form a black gown that adorned her perfect body without the slightest flaw. A figure then appeared and knelt in front of the woman with a fanatic expression.

[Amelia greets Miss Orphis, welcome to the Nirlrem World.] said the kneeling woman who was a mature beauty.

"Amelia...you follow your name quite well.
