Chapter 69: Chapter 69
"Because I am in the middle of a conversation." I rolled my eyes and faced him, "and now that your name is clear, I am not gonna ask you if you have forgiven me or not." I stated, looking stubbornly in her eyes.
"Did you kill her?" He questioned, bending a little and moving dramatically in slow motion.
"What, who?" I stepped back, he must be drinking a lot lately.
"Giselle!" he smiled, leaning back. I smiled at him and shook my head, I was never so happy and free in my life before.
"Guys, what happened?" I saw Dina and Sid running our way, waving their hands and approaching us.
"Nothing!" I shrugged my shoulders and walked their way. We went to the cafe to grab something to eat and honestly speaking, it was the best day of my life. Wait! The day wasn't over yet.
I finally decided to read Tucker's text when I was on my way back home with Uncle Ben.
Tucker: You know what? It is not over yet.
Tucker: You can't just use me and walk away like that.
Tucker: What is it, Steven d**** that you want?
Tucker: Is that why you are so confident about breaking up with me?
Tucker: He is not winning from me.
Tucker: B**** pick up my call.
Tucker: don't forget you have to come back to the same home and spend a night where I stay too.
Tucker: You and Steven in the library, you are such a wh****.
I gasped, my heart started beating loudly. It wasn't because I was guilty of doing whatever I did today, but his aggression scared me. Now I was heading back home where not my ex but a bully was waiting for me. I walked inside the house with Uncle Ben and witnessed Lauren and Tucker in the kitchen. They looked our way and then shared a glance, the pissed look on Lauren's face was enough to tell me that he had told her about everything and might have added some details from his pocket as well.
"Giselle can you please help me in the kitchen." Lauren, showing a fake smile, called for me. I lowered my head and dropped my bag on the nearby couch, joined her in the kitchen.
"Make sure she washes her hands, don't know where they have been today," Tucker muttered with a scoff and walked out of the kitchen because Uncle Ben could see us from the lounge. Tucker picked up my bag and dropped it down, taking the couch to rest.
I ignored his dirty little actions, he was just proving me right for leaving him.
"I am disappointed in you," Lauren babbled, chopping the vegetables for salad, her moves were rough, showing me that she was actually very mad at me.
"So am I," I uttered in my mouth and that might have shocked her as she quickly dropped the knife on the plate and turned around to watch my face in anger.
"Really? I gave you my son so that you can take care of you, I thought you were a good choice for him, but you are here, touching boys under the table." She cried a muffled yell and pointed her finger in my face, showing disgust. I was obviously shocked at her statement, one of Tucker's friends might have seen us.
"Firstly, your son needs some serious teaching to learn manners, and secondly, Tucker and I are no longer together in case he hasn't told you. So now whatever I do is none of your or his concerns." I was annoyed at their constant bragging about how grateful I should be off them for letting me live with them.
They can send me to The Lock's Orphanage if they want to, and it might be a good idea too now that everyone has gotten parents just to send them money, which is nice because basically we all got names and parents to help us with everything and we don't have to live with them or answer them.
"You are so rude, what do you mean by that? Are you telling me that I didn't teach my son any manners?" That was her, she saw she was losing a debate so she began yelling, so loud that Tucker and Uncle Ben entered the kitchen.
"What is going on?" Ben asked, looking at her and then at me, I was embarrassed, I was not the type to shout and yell, to create a drama but she was.
"She is being rude to me," Lauren complained and Tucker narrowed his eyes, if Uncle Ben wasn't there, I bet he had hit me. The anger in his eyes was chilling.
"Giselle you go to your room," Uncle Ben patted my back in concern, "and you stop this." He turned to his wife and gritted his teeth.
"Why? Why would she stop?" Tucker, who had told me that he was afraid of Uncle Ben, came forward and glared into his father's eyes.
"Is this how you talk to your father?" Uncle Ben raised his voice, but Tucker never stepped back, he glared right in his father's eyes and stepped forward, almost threatening him.
"You need to teach him manners." Uncle Ben commented, taking a step back and grabbing my hand, he exit the kitchen with me and told me to go to my room and rest.
I ran upstairs and locked my room, breathing profusely of the horror I just faced. It nearly felt hard to live here anymore. What about Tucker being afraid of his father, he didn't look afraid at all. It was also strange how Lauren didn't ask her son to step back, she was kind of happy to see a son threatening his father.
Me: Dina!!!
I had to talk to someone and since I don't have Steven's number only his Facebook, I went to Dina. Also, it would have been weird to call Steven and tell him about my breakup, he would think I want his attention now.
Dina: Girl we were just talking about you.
Me: We were?
Dina: I, Steven and Sid are walking on the road like zombies lol
They were so lucky, always doing what pleased them, without thinking much about what others will think about them.
Me: Listen, I wanna tell you something but don't tell anyone.
Dina: You okay? you sound upset.
Me: Scared, look Tucker and I broke up last night.
Dina: Whoa, you should have told us, that called for a celebration.
Me: Dina :/
Dina: No I mean seriously we were just talking about how happy you were today.
Me: fine we will celebrate but dammit Aunt Lauren and Tucker went full crazy on me today.
Dina: What? tell me what happened.
In the next few minutes, I told her everything that happened and she wasn't surprised that these two were acting like bullies now but she was very scared and concerned for me.
I didn't leave my room for the next two hours, but then I felt rats doing voodoo in my stomach. I had to make a quick visit to the kitchen before they succeed in eating the organs inside me.
I peeked outside and found it safe to sneak into the kitchen. There was a strange vibe in the house, like negative energy surrounding us.
I entered the kitchen and quickly started making myself a sandwich.
"How dare you accuse my mother of being ignorant." I jumped at the voice behind me. I turned around and it was Tucker standing in the door of the kitchen. My heart skipped a beat, but it was no time to focus on that, so I quickly grabbed my phone and tried to unlock the screen but before that, he rushed and grabbed my hand tightly, making my cell phone squeezed in my grip, he used his other hand to grab my neck and force me back on the wall. I hit my head slightly on the wall as he forced his body to be completely touched against mine. My body started shivering instead of fighting back for a moment, I was completely surprised.
"Uncle Ben!" a scream left my lips in haste, I wasn't going to let him bully me. I couldn't move because his grip was pretty strong and he had his knee pulled a little up and placed on my stomach. There was a weird kind of pain in my stomach, but things got worse when his grip over my neck tightened.
"Un--cle Ben!" I gasped and he laughed at my face.
"He is not home sweetheart." he smirked, "you wanted to break up with me, fine, I am not fond of you either, but you can't leave without paying a price." his smirk grew wider, he removed his hand from my neck and held my other hand that I was using to push him off me. He adjusted himself between my legs, making it hard for me to move my body. He was huge and for a petite girl like me, I couldn't fight him off me.
My head had stopped working at this point, I was nearly gonna pass out and was only keeping myself awake to keep fighting him off me. My eyes fell behind him and I saw Lauren standing with her arms folded.
"Aunt Lauren!" I plead to her, tears had begun to leave my eyes at this point.
"Mom, what should I do now?" he asked, there was evilness in his voice.
"Do it quick," she ordered, tilting her face and staring at me with no remorse, no guilt. My eyes jumped out in shock and I gulped, how could she?
