As the flight kept forwarding towards London, the memories with Abeer from childhood, started flashing in front of Arhaan's eyes only to get him sadder.

Arhaan, Abeer and Mahin grew up together and among them Abeer was always the one to be got scolded by them as he was the most mischievous.

Khushi was also sad thinking of Abeer and seeing the condition of Arhaan. It took almost 11 hours for them to reach London.

Though Arhaan was having headache because of jet lag but he thought of visiting Abeer first and spoke up, “Khushi, I will drop you to our place. You take rest. I will go to Abeer first.”

Hearing him, Khushi got uttering, “No. I will go with you to visit Abeer Vai.”

Arhaan didn’t bother to say anything rather called for a taxi and forwarded towards the hospital after talking to Mahin.

Abeer was still senseless when Arhaan reached there. Abeer’s parents were sitting there helplessly. Preety was also there sitting silently with an apologetic face.

Seeing Khushi, Preety ran to her and hugging her, she started crying. Khushi tried to console her saying, “It’s not your fault.”

But Preety kept saying, “No, Khushi. It’s all my fault. I shouldn’t have gone to the birthday party.”

Seeing her like that, Abeer’s Ammi spoke up, “It’s not your fault dear. Don’t blame yourself.”

Abeer got near Mahin who was sitting at a corner thinking of Abeer and trying to control his tears.

When he felt a touch on his shoulder, he looked up only to find Arhaan standing there.

Tears rolled down on his cheeks and getting up, he immediately hugged Arhaan and uttered, “Arhaan, what if Abeer can’t make it! What if”

Arhaan spoke up in between, “Mahin, have faith on Almighty. Nothing will happen to Abeer. Just have faith.”

Though Arhaan was consoling Mahin but deep in his heart, he himself was more afraid.

Taking doctor’s permission, Arhaan entered the room where Abeer was lying lifelessly. He kept staring at Abeer for a while and then he got uttering, “Everyone is crying out there, Abeer. Uncle and Aunty are in pain. How can you do this to them! Don’t test our patience, Abeer. Enough is enough. Stop this drama now and wake up.”

When there was no response, Arhaan sat near his bed and spoke up softly, “Abeer, Mahin and me stopped you, right? This time we ourselves will talk to Preety for you. You know she is here to meet you. Wake up, please...”

When the condition remained same, tears rolled down from Arhaan's eyes also that he was holding for long.

He kept sitting there for a while only to find Abeer moving his finger. He looked at his face but eyes were still closed. Arhaan kept calling his name but he didn’t respond also.

Arhaan rushed to call the doctor. After checking him, the doctor uttered, “He is out of danger now. Don’t worry. I have given some medicine in the saline. He is sleeping now.”

After thanking Almighty, Abeer’s parents thanked the doctor. Arhaan hugged Mahin being relieved. The situation was same for Mahin.

Arhaan and Mahin forcefully sent Abeer’s parents home to take some rest and four of them entered the room of Abeer after convincing the doctor somehow.

When four of them got seated, Preety apologised again, “I am sorry, Vai. All of these happened because of me.” only to get Arhaan and Mahin utter together, “Stop apologising. It wasn’t your fault.”

Abeer woke up when it was almost dawn. He tried to sit but got stopped feeling the pain at the right side of his stomach where he was stabbed.

Turning aside, he found Arhaan and Mahin were right beside him. They were sleeping putting their heads on his bed. A small smile crept on his lips.

Then he caught the sight of Khushi, sleeping on the sofa. He knew her face as Areesha sent her picture before.

Seeing Arhaan and Khushi in the hospital room, he got shocked.

Then he found Preety was also on the sofa only to get more shocked. Right then Arhaan opened his eyes. When he found Abeer was all awake, he uttered excitedly, “Abeer! You alright? Feeling pain anywhere? Should I call the doctor?”

Without answering him, Abeer kept staring at him only to get Arhaan utter his name again, "Abeer?"

Abeer’s P.O.V.

Waking up, I found Arhaan and Mahin were there right beside me. Khushi Vabi and Preety were on sofa.

I knew they were worried for me. I kept staring at them when Arhaan opened his eyes. He kept saying something but nothing was getting through my mind.

When he uttered my name for the second time, I came back to earth and uttered, “When did you get here, Arhaan?”

Hearing our talking, Mahin also woke up and seeing me, he uttered, “Thanks to Almighty that you are awaken. Otherwise I don’t know what I would have done!”

Hearing him, I smiled a little but the smile faded away when I saw Preety getting near me along with Khushi Vabi.

Preety was trying to avoid my gaze. Looking at her, I got uttering, “I didn’t reach there following you. I was just getting back home then.”

To my utter surprise, Preety spoke up, “I know. I am sorry. It’s all my fault.”

I replied immediately, “Don’t apologize. It wasn’t your fault. By the way what were you doing there alone at that time of night? Shouldn’t you be” at this point, I got stopped as I found Mahin and Arhaan giving me an irritated look.

Looking at Mahin, I again spoke up, “Mahin, I am telling the truth only. I didn’t follow her there.”

Nodding at me, he uttered sarcastically, “Yeah yeah. I know.” and left the cabin though I kept calling him, “Mahin, Mahin, listen yaar..”

Then I turned to Arhaan and was about to speak up but he got uttering before that, “He went to call the doctor. And you keep quiet for sometime.”

Without bothering his word, I turned to Khushi and spoke up, “Khushi Vabi, right?”

She nodded with a little bit of smile. I was about to say something again but the doctor entered and after examining me, he spoke up, “He is quite well now. But still he needs bed rest for at least one week.”

While shaking my head, I spoke up while giving the doctor a hopeful look, “Can’t I take rest at home for that one week?”

Without answering me, the doctor gave Mahin a questioning look. Mahin turned to Arhaan and Arhaan shook his head. Then Mahin spoke up, “No need doctor. He will stay here only.”

The doctor left saying, “Okay then. You take rest.” to me.

I gave them a pleading look but it didn’t work a bit.

Mahin spoke up then, “Arhaan, I think you guys should take rest for some time. Then come here. Till then I will be here and uncle and aunty will be here any time. So you should go now."

Then looking at Preety, he again spoke up, "And drop Preety home."

Taking leave from us, they left after a while.

Arhaan's P.O.V.

Dropping Preety at her home, we forwarded towards our place in London. Entering our apartment, I spoke up, "You get freshen up. I am ordering food. You must be hungry."

Shaking her head, Khushi spoke up, "No need. Getting freshen up, I will make something for us.”

Smiling a little bit, I spoke up, “Nothing is supposed to be at home now that you can make. So next time you do that. But we have to order now.”

Nodding at me, Khushi left to my directed room. Getting freshen up, we took our food and got rest for some time. Then we again forwarded towards the hospital.

When we entered the cabin, Abeer was talking to his mother whereas Mahin was sitting with Abeer’s father.

Seeing us, Abeer smiled a little. After sometime I spoke up, “Mahin, you should go home now. You also take some rest. I will be here. And drop uncle and aunty home.”

Aunty spoke up otherwise, “I will be here some more time, dear. But Mahin, you should go home now dear.”

Abeer also spoke up then, “Yes, send him home. Mahin, you just go home now. Why do you like hospital this much? Do you feel like home or something here!”

Making an irritated face, Mahin left taking leave from us.

After some time Preety entered the cabin along with Lavanya. Seeing Lavanya, making an irritated face, I got away from Abeer as she got there.

Getting near Abeer, Lavanya spoke up, “Sorry, Abeer. It’s my birthday party that I forcefully made Preety attend and all this happened.”

Preety also kept standing there with an apologetic face. Seeing their faces, Abeer spoke up, “Both of you stop it. Enough now. It wasn’t your fault.”

After talking to him for a while, Preety got Lavanya to Khushi who was sitting on the sofa and I got near Abeer again.

Preety said something to them and they kept looking at each other being surprised and then hugged each other.

Abeer and me kept looking at them confusingly. Seeing that, Khushi spoke up smilingly, “Lavanya is my childhood friend.”

Hearing that, Abeer smiled a little and turned to me only to get me more irritated.

Khushi’s P.O.V.

One person was supposed to be there with Abeer Vai. After managing doctor somehow, they made it two.

Then seeing the faces of Arhaan and Mahin Vai, I spoke up to Arhaan, “Arhaan, you stay here. I will be at Preety’s place.”

Arhaan tried to utter something but Preety got pleading then, “Vai, please?”

Arhaan turned to me for once and then spoke up, “Okay. Let’s go. I will drop you.”

Right then getting done with her phone call, Lavanya got near. Hearing Arhaan's last sentence, she spoke up, “I will drop them Arhaan. You don’t worry.”

I didn’t know why but Arhaan spoke up quite rudely, “No. Thank you. I will drop them.”

Lavanya spoke up, “Okay then. Drop me also.” only to get Arhaan worked up as he uttered, “You!”

Interrupting in between, Mahin Vai spoke up, “Arhaan, you stay with Abeer. I am dropping the three of them. These days roads are not safe here.”

When Arhaan nodded at him, Mahin Vai spoke up, “You three come with me.”

Taking leave from Abeer Vai, I turned to Arhaan who was still fuming in anger.

Being all clueless, I left the cabin. Getting out of the cabin, Mahin Vai got uttering, “You three walk towards the entrance, I am getting my car there. It's in the parking plot.”

We nodded at him and he forwarded towards the parking plot. Preety spoke then, “Lavanya, what’s the matter? Why were you two behaving like that? Do you know Arhaan Vai from earlier?”

To my utter surprise, Lavanya spoke up, “Of course. We were in the same college. I was junior to him though. And I love him.”

Hearing her last line, I just got paused there......
