Khushi's P.O.V.

I woke up today after having a nightmare where I confessed my feelings to Arhaan and his reaction was the same of my imagination as last night.

Waking up, I thought of seeing him beside me at least but no. He was on the couch. Giving my thought a break, I got down from bed and put a comforter on him.

Standing by his side, I kept staring at him and got thinking then, "Is it because he was angry on me or he just didn't want to be with me!"

While thinking I got afraid what if he really doesn't want to be with me! What will I do? Then I have to leave this place. This place has become my home in these few days. But...

I kept looking at Arhaan's peacefully sleeping face and at last uttered under my breath, "You have done more than enough for me. But I didn't do anything except troubling you. So now if it's something, I can do for you, I will do Arhaan. I will leave."

With teary eyes, I forwarded towards the washroom and getting freshen up, I made my ablution.

I said my prayer and after that prayed to Allah for fulfilling Arhaan's wishes.

Then glancing at Arhaan once again, I left the room and got out of the mansion. Standing by the flower garden, I started thinking what to do now.

I was so lost in my thought that I didn't get to know when Muhib Vai came and stood by me.

I got all startled when he spoke up, "Khushi?"

I turned to him and he spoke up again, "What are you doing here alone, sweetie?"

I spoke up with a little bit of smile, "Nothing Vai. Just thinking of some random stuffs."

Vai spoke up then, "I am going for jogging. Wanna join?"

I kept staring at vai for some moments and then nodded at him.Vai got uttering then, "Okay. Go and get ready."

Nodding at vai, I entered the house. I got into my room and got ready. Arhaan was still sleeping. Getting downstairs, I found Api in the kitchen.

After telling her, I got out of the house. Seeing me, Vai spoke up, "Let's go now."

On our way back, Vai got uttering, "Khushi, you are like a sister to me just like Areesha is to Arhaan. You know you can share anything to me. If something is bothering you, just tell me. I will try to help you by all means I can."

Hearing the all concerned voice of vai, a smile crept on my lips as I uttered, "I know Vai. But I am doing all right now and I will tell you if something happens like that."

Vai kept staring at me for some moments and then got uttering, "You sure?"

I nodded at vai and entered the Mansion with him. Seeing us, Api spoke up, "Go. Get freshen up first."

Nodding at api, I forwarded towards my room.

After breakfast, I forwarded towards my college with Arhaan.

On the way to my college I kept staring at Arhaan but when Arhaan turned to me, I looked away immediately.

Arriving at the college, I was about to get down but got stopped as Arhaan uttered my name. I was pretty confused hearing Arhaan when he talked like that.

In the class some guy kept looking at me every few minutes. I looked around to find Rifan but didn't get the sight of him.

When I was almost done, I texted Arhaan. After completing my class when I was leaving, that guy followed me as he kept talking on random stuffs about the classes and teachers.

I answered him shortly and when I caught the sight of Arhaan, I took faster steps towards him. Then we forwarded towards the orphanage.

I was about to enter the orphanage but got stopped seeing kaki and forwarded towards her direction.

Getting near her, I uttered in confusion, "Kaki, what are you doing here at this time?"

At first she also got shocked seeing me and then uttered, "Khushi? How are you dear?"

"Alhamdulillah. I am fine Kaki. You tell me?" saying this, I kept waiting for kaki to answer but when she kept all silent, I spoke up again, "What are you doing here? You normally used to stay in the house this time."

Getting me surprised, Kaki spoke up, "I don't work there anymore."

I didn't ask the reason as I already knew it. I tried to convince her to take her to my new house but she didn't agree.

Then I looked at the orphanage and told her about staying here and helping Sadiya aunty with the management of it.

And took her inside the orphanage with me. Arhaan was still waiting for me at the entrance and got inside with us.

After completing the work there, Arhaan dropped me at home and left saying, "I have some work to do now."

Arhaan's P.O.V.

Leaving Khushi at home, I forwarded towards office.

Finally when I was done with my work, it was late in the evening. Without leaving, I got thinking what to tell Khushi exactly when my phone rang off. It was Mahin.

I answered the call only to get shocked hearing him as he uttered, "Arhaan, I am afraid the guy, Preety is talking about is no other than our Abeer."

I just uttered, "What?" being all shocked.

Mahin spoke up then, "Actually, I met Preety today before her college started. She told me that guy would surely wait for her at the time when her college time would finish.

So I thought of sorting it out by today and came to meet him. And here Abeer is there with her. And the expression on Preety's face tells he is that guy. I am going all crazy, Arhaan. What to do now?"

Hearing him, I uttered in annoyance, "Mahin, stop him before I go and kill him. What is he doing to make a girl this uncomfortable?"

Mahin uttered then, "Okay okay. You relax. I am handling it."

Cutting off the line, I stayed still for some moments and then forwarded towards home.

Entering home, I found everyone was in the living room. Khushi was with Esha and Vai, Api and uncle were gossiping.

Getting freshen up, I also got downstairs and sat with them in the living room.

After sometime, Khushi forwarded towards the kitchen following api to prepare the dinner.

After dinner, I sat in the living room with Vai as usual. After making Esha fall asleep, Api also got downstairs. When I got up to go to my room, Khushi also got there.

Then we four kept gossiping till late as the next day was a weekly holiday. When finally we got back to our room, it was already past midnight.

Khushi forwarded towards the washroom and I kept walking in the room.

Getting back, she uttered, "You wanted to talk about something?"

I nodded at that and she uttered, "What is it?"

I kept staring at her for some moments and then uttered, "Khushi, you remember I told you that I don't believe in love relationship?"

When she nodded at that and I uttered again, "But the matter isn't the same now."

She gave me a confused look. I was about to speak up again but got stopped as Khushi's phone rang off.

Both of us looked at each other and then glancing at the clock, Khushi got uttering, "Who would call me this time!"

I got uttering then, "check it." Khushi got the phone and uttering, "It's Preety", she answered the call.

Answering the call, her expression got changed immediately as she uttered, "Preety, what happened? Why are you crying?"

Saying this, Khushi forwarded towards the poolside and I uttered under my breath, "If it's about any foul act of Abeer again, then I will just" as I called Abeer but his phone was switched off.

After sometime Khushi got into the room and uttered, "Preety is in hospital."

Getting all shocked, I spoke up, "What! Why? What happened to Preety?"

Khushi answered immediately, "Preety is okay but the guy who was following her for the past few days is in ICU."

I just managed to utter, "What?" and Khushi spoke up again, "When Preety was returning from a birthday party, some guys tried to assault her and then that guy saved Preety. But while fighting with them, he got seriously injured."

When Khushi kept saying all this, my eyes got widen as I uttered being all worried, "Abeer!"

Khushi gave me a confused look only to get me utter sadly, "That guy is Abeer."

She uttered shockingly, "What?" but without bothering that, I called Mahin.

He answered the call immediately but before he could say something, I got uttering, "Mahin, what's all this?"

Mahin got uttering with a concerned tone, "I don't know, Arhaan. What is going on! You don't know how rudely I have talked to that idiot today. Now if something happens to him, I will never be able to forgive myself."

I got uttering then, "Nothing will happen to him, Mahin. You just relax."

Mahin tried to utter something again, "Arhaan, I" but interrupting him, I spoke up, "Mahin, just relax and have faith. Nothing will happen to him and I will be there as soon as possible."

Cutting off the line, I called our travelling agency and told him to get booked the earliest ticket for London.

I was about to cut off the line but got stopped as Khushi got uttering, "I want to go with you. I have my visa and passport for London."

Nodding at her, I spoke up again, "Book two tickets." and cut off the line.

Khushi's P.O.V.

Getting a call from Preety, I got near the poolside. But before I could say something, I could feel she was crying.

I uttered being all tensed, "Preety, what happened? Why are you crying?"

Preety got uttering between her sobbing, "It's all my fault, Khushi. I shouldn't have gone to her birthday party. Then this wouldn't have happened."

Being all confused, uttered, "Preety, Preety. Just relax, okay? Tell me exactly what happened? And where are you now?"

Preety spoke up then, "I am in a hospital Khushi."

I uttered being all worried, "Why? Are you okay? What happened to you?"

Preety explained the matter to me and I spoke up, "It's not your fault, Preety. Don't blame yourself. And he will be okay. Don't worry."

After talking to her for few more minutes, I cut off the line and got back to the room.

When I told all this to Arhaan, he uttered something which got me shocked more.

When I asked to go with him, he just nodded. Arhaan was waiting impatiently for the call of his travel agency being all worried.

After about half an hour, Arhaan's phone rang off. He immediately answered the call.

Cutting of the call, he turned to me and spoke up, "Flight is after 2 hours. If you want, you can get some sleep. I will wake you up when it's time to leave."

I shook my head and Arhaan also got silent. He just walked towards the poolside and kept walking by that.

From the expression on his face, it was clear how much Abeer Vai meant to him.

Though it was getting almost dawn but sleep was far away from our eyes.

After almost one hour, I could hear the Fazar Azan. Making ablution, I said my prayer and prayed to Allah for Abeer Vai's recovery.

When I was done, Arhaan spoke up, "Get ready. We need to leave. Api and Vai must be awaken now. I am going to inform them."

Saying this, Arhaan left the room and I got ready. I was taking some necessary things when Arhaan entered the room. Api and Vai also followed him in with all worried faces.

Taking leave from them, we forwarded towards the airport and soon we left for London.

But little did I know what was waiting for us there....
