Khushi's P.O.V.

Though I noticed, that Arhaan was behaving somewhat odd whenever Rifan was mentioned but I didn't really get that he was thinking of some sort of relationship between us.

But when today, he spoke up like that, I just blurted my mind out before I could realize that and all he just kept silent.

When I realised that I was uttering words like that, I just kept my head down and kept waiting for a slap or some rude words as I thought myself in front of my family again.

But to my utter surprise Arhaan spoke up with a little bit of smile, "Do you originally talk this much?”

When I looked up at him being all confused, he uttered, “I mean I never knew you can talk like this straight, Khushi.”

I wasn't getting whether he was criticizing me or what. After keeping silent for some moment, he again spoke up, “Anyways, I am sorry."

I was being totally clueless.

I mean why would he be sorry!

He uttered then as if he heard me, "Because I was thinking of you that way. As you spoke up otherwise about our relationship in front of him at our first meeting, I thought you two have some kind of.. Anyways, I am sorry for thinking such of you."

I just nodded at him with a little bit of smile and uttered, “It's okay.”

He turned to leave only to get stopped and turned to me again as he spoke up, "And one more thing. I didn't get stopped that day because I didn't want to admit of our relationship or I didn't like it rather I wanted to know whether you would speak out the truth. Besides I like it or not, it's true that we are married to each other. It's not like by ignoring the matter will make that relationship vanish in thin air. Right?"

I just nodded at that. He then turned to leave but got stopped again and uttered, "It's also not like I don't like Rifan but still you won't go to college with him but me only. You get that?"

I gave him a confused look and at that he got startled and left the room immediately.

I kept thinking what's actually the matter with him.

Arhaan's P.O.V.

Hearing Khushi, I got relieved strangely. Before I leave, to my utter surprise, I spoke up all those and when Khushi gave me a confused look, I just left immediately.

Getting downstairs, I found Vai and Api in the living room.

I spoke up getting near vai, "Vai, let's go."

Nodding at me, Vai spoke up, "What about Khushi? Isn't she going to College today?"

Remembering Khushi's earlier word, I didn't know why but a little bit of smile crept on my lips as I uttered, "No. She has no class today."

Api spoke up then with a mischievous expression, "Vai, what's the matter? You are smiling suspiciously."

Vai stood up at once nodding at me as I uttered, "Nothing Api. And vai, let's go. We will be late otherwise."

When we both turned to leave, Api spoke up more like ordering us, "Both of you, come home early today."

Hearing her, we didn't utter anything rather after glancing at each other nodded at her and left.

Muhib’s P.O.V.

Arhaan was really looking happy for some unknown reason. Giving it a thought and taking a guess, I ended up asking him, “Did you by any chance talk to Khushi?”

He smilingly replied, “Yes, vai. They have no relationship between them.”

I was being totally clueless what he was talking about and asked him again, “Between whom?”

I didn't even think that he was talking about them but getting me wrong, he uttered in an obvious tone, “Rifan and Khushi. There is nothing going on between them."

I couldn't help smiling at him and uttered, “That's great. But Arhaan, I was asking about your plan, yaar. Did you talk to her?”

May be he got at this point that what he was talking all about and trying to cover that up, he pull out a serious expression on his face as he uttered, “Yes. But she didn't even let me complete my word. Rather started taking their side and defending them. I just don't understand why she has to be so nice when they"

Interrupting Arhaan, I spoke up, “So now you think, that she is a nice girl?” only to get him stopped.

When he tried to utter something else, I spoke up in between, “Arhaan, being the way she is, there is no single possible way she will be happy seeing her so called family suffering, don't you also think so? So will you call your plan a success even if Khushi isn't happy?”

Giving me a confused look, Arhaan uttered, “What do you mean vai? Should we just let them go like that?”

I spoke up while shaking my head, “I didn't mean that but you tell me something. What do you actually want to do? Getting revenge or get Khushi her happiness?”

Arhaan spoke up without bothering to think for a moment, “Obviously get Khushi her happiness but vai..”

Then I spoke up what actually was going on in my mind, “Then what about leaving the past all behind and from now letting her start afresh and have a peaceful life filled with love and all happiness ahead? Don't you think, she deserves it?”

Arhaan kept silent at that and when I was about to say something again, my phone rang off. It was from office as I was going to attend a meeting early in the morning.

Answering the call, I spoke up, “I am on my way. You all get ready.” and then cutting the call, I turned to Arhaan and spoke up again, “Arhaan, I need to get to office urgently. I have a meeting. And you.. I really want you to give it a serious thought, yaar.”

When Arhaan nodded at that, I uttered again, “See you later at home.”

Saying this, I got in my car and forwarded towards office...

Arhaan's P.O.V.

Hearing vai, I totally got silent. While thinking of Khushi, I forwarded towards office.

After passing a busy day in office, I left for home late in the afternoon. Thinking of two crazy chocolate lovers, I bought some on the way.

Entering home, I saw api was talking to someone on phone whereas Khushi was teaching Esha in the living room.

When I uttered quite loudly, “I am home.", Esha closed the book as she uttered excitedly, “Aunty, no more today." and ran to me.

Giving me a smiling look, api again concentrated on her phone call.

I thought Khushi would also give me a smile but no. She gave me a normal glance and then started arranging Esha's things.

My mind snapped at that, “No, she smiled.” only to get me utter under my breath, “That was only out of formality.”

Only to get stopped as my mind snapped again, “What else do you want then?”

I got all startled when Esha uttered holding my hand, “Mama?” as I was lost somewhere else. Getting myself together, I turned to her and forwarded the chocolate packet to her.

It didn't take her much of time to understand what was it with the look on my face then.

She glanced at api for once and then took the packet. Then she ran to Khushi and both of them excitedly forwarded upstairs.

I sat in the living room and kept waiting for Api to finish her call. Hearing her, I understood, she was discussing things with the event organiser for the party.

When Api was done with her phone call, she got near me and looking around, she uttered, “Where did these two go?"

I uttered, “Upstairs." and Api sat beside me and spoke up smilingly, “The party of tomorrow will be the first party of Khushi with us. It will be fun.”

I nodded at that and Api spoke up again, “No need to go to office tomorrow. Stay at home.”

Though I wasn't sure whether I would be able as I was supposed to have a meeting, I nodded at her and she forwarded towards the entrance as Vai announced his presence.

Right then my phone rang off. Seeing the caller ID, I answered the call smilingly and uttered, “Hey, Abeer. What's up?” and forwarded towards my room.

Getting me confused, Abeer spoke up, “Arhaan, I am totally stuck. I am not being able to think straight. What should I do?"

When I asked him, “What is it, Abeer? What happened?”

“Arhaan, I am at the college gate. Waiting for her. She will be out in half an hour. I have something to talk to her. But whenever she passes me, I just get dumbed. What should I do?"

Hearing Abeer, I couldn't help uttering, “You will be at college gate waiting for a girl for this long. Like seriously, Abeer? Are you out of your mind or something?"

Getting me all irritated, he answered like always, “Of course, I am out of my mind. It's so dark and scary there." only to make me utter, “What the!”

And then he again spoke up, “Actually I wanted to talk to Api. But the line was busy. That's why I ended up calling you. Anyways, where is Vabi(Sister-in -law)?"

I uttered in confusion, “Whose vabi?" only to get him utter, “Whose vabi! I am talking about your wife, Arhaan. I need some suggestions. There is no way for me to get some from you, so would you mind if I talk to her?"

Keeping silent for a moment, I spoke up, “Have you really gone mad or what! You want to talk to Khushi about something like this ridiculous though it will be your first time talking to her? Don't you think it will be odd for both of you?”

Abeer spoke up in an obvious tone, “No. And not everyone is like you, Arhaan. Anyways, I really need some suggestions right now. So will you please let me talk to Khushi Vabi as you are not giving me any suggestions as expected?"

Hearing him, I turned to Khushi who was at the poolside with Esha. Suddenly something came to my mind and giving it a thought, I forwarded towards Khushi as I uttered to Abeer, “Okay. Wait a moment.”

Getting near her, I forwarded my phone towards her. Glancing at the phone for once, Khushi kept looking at me confusingly.

When I uttered casually, “It's my friend, Abeer. He wants to talk to you.”, she uttered in lower tone, “But Arhaan, I” only to get stopped as we got to hear Abeer as he uttered, “Vabi, please. I need a help.”

Khushi again gave me an all confused look. I uttered smilingly then, “Talk to him. You will know it."

Khushi took the phone and uttered, “Hello..”

I didn't leave from there rather took a seat beside Esha and kept looking at Khushi every minute.

I was pretty sure what Abeer will tell her. All I wanted to know how Khushi will response or react on Abeer’s crazy act.....
