Khushi’s P.O.V.

Api tried to convince me to stay longer so that Esha could meet me when wakes up being afraid of Arhaan’s glare, I didn’t utter anything rather looked at Arhaan only to find him staring at Esha sadly.

Then I turned to Areesha Api and she was giving me a pleading look. I nodded at her and she hugged me being happy.

Then she looked at Arhaan and me and the pleading look automatically turned to questioning one as she seemed to remember something and asked us, “How come you two are together here?”

I was pondering whether to say her the whole thing or not when we heard Esha's voice, “Mama?” and turned to her only to find Arhaan caressing her face as he spoke up, “How are you feeling sweetie now?”

Esha spoke up with a painful voice, “Mama, we didn't find her.”

We got near Esha and seeing me, she stopped being shocked and uttered, “Aunty!”

I got near her and spoke up, “How are you, Esha?”

Without answering me, Esha kept looking at me with a smiling face only to turn her face to the other side as she spoke up, “I won't talk to you. Why didn't you come back days!”

I called out her name while sitting by her side but she kept frowning but when I spoke up, “Okay then. I am leaving now.” , she turned to me and held my hand immediately as she uttered, “No.”

I kept talking to her for a while and api left the room saying, “I am bringing her something to eat. She needs to take medicine.”

I looked at Api and nodded at her as I spoke up, “Okay Api.” and then my eyes caught the sight of Arhaan who was looking at me making a irritated face as I kept talking to Esha.

Api came back after a while and sat beside Esha and started feeding her food as I got up from the bed.

Arhaan came towards me and extended his hand to me. Being confused, I looked at his hand only to find him directing me take the mobile of his hand.

When I spoke up, “It's not my phone.”, he let out a sigh in annoyance and uttered, “I know it's not your phone. It's my phone, damn it.” making me more confused.

Still being clueless, I uttered, “What will I do with your phone?”

“Call your home. Don't you think your family would be worried for you?” Arhaan spoke up normally but ignoring the matter, I uttered, “No need.” making him frown again but without bothering that, I got near Esha again.

After spending sometime with Esha and promising her that I would visit her every other day, I got back home.

As soon as I entered my house, Kaki came towards me and asked, “Where were you dear last night?”

While giving her a hopeful look, I spoke up, “Did Abbu and Vaia say something about me?”

This made aunty go silent for a moment and then she spoke up, “They went out of town Khushi yesterday because of meetings.”

I spoke up, “Oh, okay.”Saying this, I left for my room and my mind uttered, “What a fool! How could you wish to have them worried and looking for you!”

Getting in my room, I took my clothes and forwarded towards my washroom. I took a long shower while thinking about all the things happened to me since last day.

Then I got ready and giving all the thought a break, went downstairs for some coffee.

Seeing me, Kaki spoke up, “You need something, dear?”

With a little bit of smile, I spoke up, “Coffee kaki. And I will make it. You don't bother and continue your work.”

With a nod, kaki continued her work and hearing a sound, I looked towards the entrance only to find Abbu and Vaia entering the house with smiling faces while talking to each other. Anyone could easily tell that they were very much happy about something.

Without acknowledging my presence as always, they forwarded towards their respective rooms.

It was almost lunch time. Kaki finished her cooking in a rush and started setting the table and I helped her with it.

In the dinning table I just kept silently listening to their conversation as they started talking about the success of their out of the town meeting.

Then at some point vai suggested of throwing a success party. Hearing that I looked at Abbu. He seemed to give that idea a good thought. After sometime of thinking, Abbu also agreed to it.

I just kept wishing that they wouldn’t choose this house as the venue to hold that party as I didn’t like loud music or so much of gathering.

Interrupting my chain of thought, abbu declared the venue of the party which was nowhere other than this house and it would be the day after tomorrow.

Finishing my meal, I came to my room and went to my balcony. Sitting on the easy chair, I kept thinking about what to do in the party time. Generally I don't like to be in the party with so many of unknown people.

I also wouldn’t be able to go out at that time. So what else is left for me that I can do at that time...

Arhaan's P.O.V.

By the time Khushi left, Esha was almost fine. She was happily jumping around.

But I just couldn’t understand the girl Khushi. She stayed out of her house for the whole night and then she came to our house without bothering about her family.

Like a sensible person, I tried to give her my phone so that at least she could inform her family that she was okay but she didn’t. What was that she said? Oh, yes 'No need.'! What a joke.

She showed concern for Esha whom she knew for less than one month but not for her family. Strange!

My thought got interrupted as Api spoke up, “Arhaan, you didn't tell me. Where did you two meet? Did you really go to her and brought her here or she was already coming here at that time? Though I don't think, the first thing would be true.”

Before I could say anything, Muhib Vai entered the living room and spoke up, “Do you really need to ask this! Isn't it obvious? Arhaan going to her and bring her here with him is just out of every possible way.”

Hearing him, Api spoke up, “Anyways I am just happy that she came and my Princess became happy and quite well now.”

With a nod, I uttered then, “Yeah that matters most.” and Api started teasing me, “What! That she came?”

I replied immediately, “No. That my Princess is happy and well now.”

Api uttered again, “But that's quite because of her.”

Understanding possibly where could she take the discussion, I left to my room saying, “Whatever!”

Areesha’s P.O.V.

.

When Arhaan left the living room, Muhib spoke up again, “What are you referring Areesha?”

I turned to him and spoke up with a hopeful look that he would also agree with me, “You know, I was thinking of Arhaan and Khushi. Though Arhaan doesn't behave nicely with her and they don't seem to have a good understanding but I think they can make a good couple.”

Hearing me, Muhib just yelled at me, “Have you gone mad! Seeing how Arhaan behaves with her and talks about her, how in the world this came to your mind?”

Hearing him, I just uttered quite loudly, “I don't know but it just came, okay? And you? You yelled at me!”

Hearing me, Muhib spoke up, “No. When did I do that!” then he turned to Esha and spoke up, “Princess, let's go to our room. You need to take rest.” and went towards room taking Esha with him.

After One Day

Muhib came back from office earlier and seeing him, Areesha spoke up, “You are earlier today. Anything wrong? Are you sick?”

“No, dear. Actually there is a business party. We need to attend that. So I came earlier.” Muhib spoke up clearing her doubts.

Areesha replied confusingly, “But Khushi will come in the afternoon. I don't think Esha will agree to leave without meeting her.”

“Okay then. Let's go to the party in the evening when Khushi leaves and by that time Arhaan will also be home. Then we all can go together.” Muhib replied smilingly.

It was almost evening but Khushi didn’t come there. Esha was waiting to meet her impatiently. Arhaan also got angry at Khushi seeing that.

Muhib then convinced Esha and Arhaan to get ready for party. Arhaan wasn’t agreeing to go but Muhib made him agree by explaining him the importance and benefits of business parties in business...

At Party

Muhib and Arhaan were talking to other businessmen and Areesha was talking to their wives holding Esha in arms.

After sometime Arhaan went to Areesha to take Esha and spoke up, “Api?” only to get shocked to see the aunty of that house where he spent that night as she spoke up seeing Arhaan, “Arhaan, son you here? Oh, Areesha is your Api then.”

Arhaan nodded and making his fear come true, the aunty asked him again, “Where is your wife? Didn't she come to this party?”

Areesha was giving Arhaan a questioning look but at the mention of the word 'wife', she got more shocked and uttered, “Wife?”

The aunty spoke up in an obvious tone, “Yes, Khushi. Didn’t she come Arhaan?”

Before Arhaan could say anything, Esha spoke up smilingly, “Aunty!”

Hearing Esha, all of them turned to her directed way and the aunty uttered, “There she is.”
