Mikaeel's pov

" Where are you going? What's wrong with you? Did that girl say anything to you again?" Ammi was continuously asking me questions with teary eyes.

Ignoring her completely I continued what I was doing. I was packing my stuff because I am done here. Everything around me was just feeling toxic to me so I decided to leave. Let's just leave everyone in peace.

" I am going to Canada at aunt Shafina's home," I replied after finishing my work.

My parents asked in unison," Suddenly Canada!! But, why?"

" Because I am done with everyone. My presence is making everyone sick so let me leave everyone. Let everyone live in peace," I snapped at them so angrily that both of them were dumbfounded by my behaviour.

After blinking her eyes for a few minutes, my mother said sounding furious," I am sure that girl has said something to you. Why don't you just give her what she wants? Divorce. Moreover, what will you gain by staying with her? She can't even conceive. Just a useless woman!!"

I couldn't hear her talking rubbish about Aurin and yelled at her," How will you feel if someone says something like that about your daughter? Definitely, you will be on fire, right? For Allah's sake just keep your mouth close for some time and let me breathe."

I was going to wear my coat when my father caught my attention by clearing his throat. I looked at him with questioning eyes and found him already looking at me with scrutinizing eyes.

" That's not a wise decision, Mikaeel. You gave up way too early. You should try harder to gain Aurin's trust," He suggested and I just lost the little bit of patience that was left inside me.

I screamed at the top of my lungs," I did every single thing to prove my innocence. I know that by telling lies and keeping secrets I did wrong. But, I never cheated on her. I begged in front of her, showed her the whole truth and I even held her legs but still, I am a cheater in her eyes. What more does she want me to do, Abbu? I don't know. If someone took advantage of my generosity then was it my fault? If someone doesn't want to look through the whole truth then how can I force them to?"

" I don't know what more I should do to sort out everything. Every single woman who came into my life just messed up everything. It took a lot of effort for me to change but seems like I just changed myself unnecessarily," I finished shouting while my father just heard silently.

I will just step outside when my father held my wrist and stopped me from leaving. I looked at him with questioning eyes.

" Before blaming other people you should think about your fault as well," He told me and I just jerked away his hands.

I replied angrily," Did I refuse to accept my mistakes? I didn't. Abbu, I am a human. Not any angel who has no flaws. Yes, I was the only person to be blamed because I thought to help others."

Then, I just left my home where my family members continued calling me from behind. My mother cried for me, my brothers tried to convince me and my father tried to make me understand but I didn't hear any one of them.

Looking outside through the car window I was thinking about Aurin's behaviour. What was the point of beating Simon like an animal? Ultimately, we are back in square one.

Why does she think that she was the only person who was hurt by all these? How could she ignore the pain and desperation in my eyes? After knowing that someone framed me, shouldn't she at least show some sympathy for me? How could she just ignore the truth?

I am just tired of begging for forgiveness and trying to prove my innocence. I thought to file a case against that bastard doctor who did this fucking procedure and that bitch Maryam. But, what's the point of doing all these. Will these proofs be enough for Aurin to realize that I wasn't at fault? Perhaps, she will again think that I am doing drama. Does she really think I am in the state to act?

Let her live her life. Out of anger, I told her that I won't divorce her but truth to be told I am just giving her some time to think properly. She just got to know the truth. Let her think for some time and decide. I know she will rethink about divorce when she will get to know that I left for Canada. If she doesn't contact me within 3 weeks I will fulfil her wish. I will sign the divorce papers. If she has even a single ounce of love inside her heart for me, she will surely try to look through the truth.

In my life, two women came and I loved them truly. The first one dumped me and did the most horrible things to me. And, the next one, in her eyes I have no value. Indeed, I didn't love Aurin from the very first but when I opened my heart to her I swear those emotions were real.

After one week

Mikaeel was sitting in a cafe with his cousin. His cousin thought to give him a tour of Canada to lighten up his mood because all day he would just play games on the phone or watch tv. His family members tried to contact him but he blacklisted everyone. And, Aurin. She isn't even bothered to know where he is. Alive or not. That definitely hurt him but he kept quiet.

Mikaeel's cousin went to grab two cups of coffee while he took out his phone. He opened the lock screen and after seeing the wallpaper his whole face clouded with sudden darkness. It was a picture of Aurin & his. They took this photo on their honeymoon.

He was lost in his thoughts when he heard Maryam's voice from behind. He heard her talking to someone else. Without wasting another second he looked behind and found that she was sitting one table next to him. She was talking to a man who would be in his 40s.

" I am glad that you came here to meet me. You are absolutely gorgeous," The man said and Maryam blushed.

She answered looking down," Thanks for inviting me."

Mikaeel's eyes blazed with fire after seeing Maryam smiling. After destroying his peaceful life she is smiling here! After snatching the peaceful slumber of his life, she is laughing!! How dare she!! Clenching his jaw tightly, Mikaeel banged his hands on the table that caught Maryam's attention.

A stunned expression appeared on Maryam's face after seeing Mikaeel. She shared an uncomfortable look with Mikaeel. She thought to ignore him but his death glare was just making her more uncomfortable. Suddenly, she noticed that he wasn't there anymore and took a relaxed breath. Since she was sweating and needed to take her medicine, she excused herself.

" Excuse me," She said to the man and forwarded her legs to the restroom.

Cleaning her face with water she looked behind and found Mikaeel standing there. A gasp left her mouth after seeing him.

" Seems like you have gotten a new dick to get pregnant again," Mikaeel taunted but Maryam ignored him.

She tried to leave but Mikaeel grabbed one of her wrists. Throwing her on a nearby wall he caged her between the wall and himself. A yelp left Maryam's mouth because of the impact.

" Why did you make me a pawn in your game, Maryam? What was my fault?" Mikaeel shouted at her.

She was silent when he continued," How could you use me like that? Do you have any idea what I am facing because of you? If you were so desperate to become a mother then why didn't you tell your husband? Was it really necessary for you to destroy my marriage life like that?"

Maryam still didn't answer. She just closed her eyes like she swallowed his words.

" You framed me to take revenge, right? I rejected you and that's why you decided to break me like that!! How could you Maryam? You even involved an innocent soul in your disgusting game. You told Aurin that your daughter was the result of our affair!! How low you could step!!" Mikaeel yelled at Maryam's face who was still closing her eyes

Mikaeel shouted again," You know what I curse you. I wish you never find happiness. The crime you have committed I wish you suffer all your life for that. You made me suffer even though I never wronged you. Let the Almighty do justice. You have escaped the law but you can never escape the punishment of Almighty."

" Leave me, Mikaeel. Let me go," Maryam let out with glossy eyes.

Gritting his teeth he jerked her away from him. She was going to fall on the floor when that man Maryam was talking to before saved her from falling.

" Are you ok?" The man asked her with concern while she only nodded her head.

Leaving her, the man grabbed Mikaeel's collar and was ready to punch him, Maryam requested loudly," Please, don't hurt him."

That man stopped in his track to see Maryam nodding her head. He left Mikaeel's collar and forwarded his legs to leave this place with Maryam.

" I will never forgive you for whatever you did to me and mark my words, you can never be happy after destroying someone's happiness," Mikaeel shouted from behind and stopping in her track Maryam looked at the man with glossy eyes.
