—The Luna's mission

Anika gasp in the air when she opens her eyes. She immediately got up from the couch where she was sleeping. She cupped her forehead with her palm.

"What is that? A genie? I saw myself in my dream but she's was not me inside!" She said trying to recall her dream.

Anika POV (inside Ariana)

Maybe there was a sign inside my dream. That genie who appeared there was real and maybe he can help us to get back from our bodies.

I roamed my eyes around me and I saw the door was left clear. I quickly got up and find Karl.

I search for him inside his room and at the bathroom but he's not there. I began to suspect him. I'm afraid he would tell the King about me. I need to get away from here. I made my way out to his house. I ran as fast as I can. I don't know where I'm going but I need to stay alive or else I will stay here in this era forever.

As I got off to the road, I saw soldiers marching and they're coming into Karls's house. The worst part is I saw him with them. I feel betrayed and helpless.

"Why he did it? I trusted him!" I said as I went behind the tree to hide from them.

This place isn't safe for me. I had to find a person who can help me. Jarl was a traitor. I won't forget his face and if I meet him again, I will cut off his head.

Karl POV

I can't sleep tonight. My conscience was telling me to take her back to the King. I won't let her ruined my life. They will kill me once they found out that I let a slave stay in my house, sheltered her, and let her sleep.

"Here, she's sleeping when I went out but where the hell she go?" I told them.

The soldiers turned their heads to me and I think they were pissed and mad at me.

" I swear, she's here! Maybe she's near here somewhere! I'm not lying!" I protested towards them.

I'm sure, they will kill me because I lead them all the way here without the strange girl.

"Take him!" the head shoulder ordered them.

"No! Please I'm telling the truth!" I kept screaming as they dragging me out of my house.

Anika saw Karl going outside with the soldiers and she feels sorry for him at first but she can't blame him. Maybe he wants to use me as a bargain so that they will pay him money.

"I'm so sorry Karl but I want my life back!" Anika mumbled as she went inside the wilderness.

She had to find someone who can help her.

Anika was been wandering inside the jungle. It's almost five hours and she's already thirsty, tired, and sleepy.

She found a little house and she went inside to check if someone was staying there. It's quiet but there was a dim light inside like someone recently came here.

"Hello, anybody home?" I cried out but I only hear the echo of my voice.

I think there's no one here.

I walked barefooted and when I sat to check my feet, I feel sorry for them because there were cuts everywhere. It's painful and I need to disinfect it with clean water. If there are alcohol and betadine here, it's convenient for me but this place is not like in the modern era. I remember when I was a student, ancient, and people in the medieval era used herbal and cult to treat people with their wounds.

I scattered my vision and I found a bottle of water on the small table. I'm glad I found one. I found a clean cotton fabric on the shelf. I took it and started to clean my wounds. I don't know what I'm doing here and why my life turned out this way but I am here now. I need to stay brave like I am before. I became helpless here and useless. I won't let anyone takedown on me. I'm the Sangria Luna of my packs. I'm the leader and the ruler.

After finishing the final touch of dressing up my wounds, my eyelids became heavy like it's going to drop down anytime. My body feels tired and I became drowsy.

I had no idea when was the time I fell asleep.

Anika Pov

I smelled something like a scent of smoke. I cough while my eyes were still pressed together. It's a rough day for me so I'm a bit tired and my body was lazy to move.

"I'm back!" I heard a man's voice echoed inside this little house.

I was stunned and peeled my eyes open instantly. He's a genie, the same genie in my dream last night.

" Am I dreaming again? Will I meet the soul inside my body? Will she be here too?" I had many questions for him.

This is my only chance to regain my reign in the modern world as Anika Perez and not a slave like this who would try to steal my position.

"Look at the mirror! She's right there and staring at you too!" The genie pointed his index finger in the small mirror besides this little bed.

Ariana POV

" She was looking at me! She saw me!" I said.

I was happy to see her again and the genie. This is my only chance to find my husband and to check if my parents were still alive.

"Hi, do you see me? I feel like I was talking to myself" I told her while I'm trying to put the mirror closer to my face.

She took the mirror too and lean her face closer. She looks surprised that we can see each other through the mirror. It seems like we are talking to our reflection.

"Yes, I saw you fake! We better find a way to switch our souls!" Anika told her while glaring intensely towards her.

A genie then came over to interrupt them.

" Stop arguing my Luna's. You are inside my magical dreamy land. I called both of you because you have a mission to do if you want to go back to your eras!" The genie explained to them briefly.

Both of them stared at each other.

"Mission? What do you mean by that?" Ariana asked the genie.

He jumped gaily in front of them.

"Well, both of you, please listen to me carefully," he told them.

"I wish we can work it out!" Anika mumbled while her eyes keep looking herself at in the mirror.

Genie started their Mission

" For Ariana, you must help Anika find her parents, changed her behavior to be soft and kind, find Jerick, her ex-fiance, and tell him that she was not broken when he left her, find her mate, and lived happy and contented in life."

"For Anika, you must help Ariana find her real parents, tell her husband Arem about her secret identity that she was a werewolf, that she ran away because she's scared that he might bestow her as his wife, helped her packs from being slaves inside the Valkery Kingdom. Also, she ruled her Kingdom as a role model Luna."

"Take note, both of you must finish your mission without being killed so if someone gets caught and killed, any one of you will remain in the place you are right now."

"If you want to switch places as soon as possible, better start your missions now! Good luck!" He informed them and he let them fall asleep again.

Ariana catches her breath after waking up in the middle of the night with a genie in her dream again.

"Mission? Find her ex-fiance? Wait, Jerick, I must find him!" I blurted to myself as I came back to seep again.

Anika's head throbs as she woke up inside the house she used to stay inside the forest. Little did she knew that someone is watching her.

It was Marco, the werewolf guy who owns the house.
