The following morning, Jessica woke up trying to understand how she got to where she was. The memory of events from the previous day started to rush to her head.

How she was in agony and James was there laughing at her.

Jessica rubbed her eyes, hoping everything was just a dream, but after opening her eyes, she still found herself in that same room she wasn't familiar with.

Looking by her side, she saw a guy sleeping with his back on her. Jessica thought it was James. How dare he still sleep beside her?

She removed the blanket from her body and sat on the bed biting her finger, thinking of how to hurt the guy beside her.

A thought came to her mind, staring at the pillow, Jessica thought of suffocating him right in his sleep, while the other thought in her head was telling her not to do it.

" Not after what he did to me yesterday," Jessica fought the thought, shaking her head.

Jessica set up, kneeling on the bed, with a pillow in her hand, she crawled to his side silently and noticed she was still feeling dizzy. She didn't want to waste any more time so she jumped on him and raised the pillow up to suffocate him.

But before she could do anything, Edwin gripped her hands with all his power. He was surprised at her sudden attack on him. What the hell did he do?

Jessica saw it was Edwin instead of James. She was taken aback. But because she was still a muddled head, she thought it must be Edwin who set her up alongside James and Misha. She started shouting at him, crying at the same time.

" Why will you do that to me, Edwin? How could you set me up? I can't believe I'm in love with a pervert like you, you crazy anima_" Jessica trembles with sobs.

"Jessica, calm down. I didn't set you up, I saved you instead. You just have to calm down, let me explain myself," Edwin said in a calm tone, still holding her hand.

" You this pervert, what do you want to explain? You just took my virginity, and you are telling me to calm down?" Jessica said as she struggled to get her hand off Edwin.

" Since you are a virgin, will you check yourself before you start accusing me and calling me a pervert? Edwin suggested, darting her eyes.

" Are you still denying it? I remembered passing out last_"

" Just fucking check yourself Jessica, is this how to pay back for saving you from your so-called friends?" Edwin shouted, making Jessica move back a little and she cried harder.

Edwin didn't know what to say anymore, he dropped her hand and brought her towards himself with her head on his chest. He knew she was in a state of shock and wasn't in the right frame of mind.

He let her cry her eyes out after he noticed he stopped crying, he patted her on the back as he talked calmly. He calmly explained what happened to her, slowly as she continued sniffing her nose.

" Jessica, I didn't set you up, you called me yesterday and I noticed you aren't talking which is a rare thing from you. I decided to hold onto the phone, and all of a sudden heard you shouting James and how he was mocking you…and that's how I went to save you," Edwin explained, still holding her.

After his explanation, Jessica felt bad for throwing bad words at Edwin, she turned her body to look at him.

" I am sorry for saying those words. I don't mean to annoy you. I am just confused and scared. I…thought I have been raped," Jessica said, her voice shaky and sad as she looked Edwin in the eyes.

" It's okay, it's normal for you to react that way, we are all human, " Edwin responded calmly.

" Were they able to arrest Misha? James mentioned it was her plan. I don't know why she would do that to me. We are friends," Jessica asked, recollecting what had happened earlier.

" She escaped but the police are after her right now. You don't need to worry and the doctor took your samples yesterday. He said he will bring the result today, to know which substance he used on you," Edwin explained.

" Alright, thank you," Jessica responded as she released herself from his embrace. She sat down on the couch and he went to sit beside her too.

" Do you mean what you said the other time?" Edwin asked, looking at her with narrow eyes.

" Which of them?" Jessica said, tugging on her ear.

" That you love me," Edwin voiced, making eye contact with her.

Jessica quickly looked away from his direction, " I don't…ment-mean it that way, I was just angry."

" Are you sure?" Edwin said, smiling at her, as he moved his body towards her.

" Yes, I am sure…" Jessica murmured, still looking away.

Edwin moved close to her as he slowly tucked her hair on one side, with a small distance between them.

" But I saw Angie's message," Edwin said, looking through his lashes.

" Why will you do that? That's my privacy," Jessica said, looking down.

" I didn't look through the whole chat, I was looking to contact your parents but I discovered they relocated through your younger sister's message, so I saw a flip of Angie's message. I don't mean to look through," Edwin explained.

" So back to my question, are you saying you don't have feelings for me," Edwin said calmly.

" I don't have any feelings for_"

Before Jessica could complete her statement, Edwin's mouth collided with hers.

Their faces were so closed, Edwin could taste the wine she took before she passed out. Holding her tightly to her, with her tongue in his mouth, Jessica drew him towards her, and for a long time, he kissed Jessica.

Unable to bear the erotic feeling erupting inside her, she slowly wrapped her hands around his neck and pulled him closer to her, as she began kissing him earnestly.

Edwin reciprocated the kiss immediately and they kissed each other passionately. As he was kissing her, his hands went to her boobs and he began to massage them in a slow circular motion.

Jessica moaned in between the kiss when he pinched her nipples, she arched her hips forward and she felt his erection between her thighs.

Edwin broke the kiss again and kissed her forehead. Then he moved over to her neck, he sucked on her neck and Edwin knew it would definitely leave a mark there but as he sucked on her neck, it seemed to set her body on fire because she kept moaning and turning in his arms.

Slowly, he moved his mouth to her breast and covered her right nipple with his mouth again, he began sucking on her nipples and Jessica felt she would go mad from pleasure. The tingling sensation coursing all over her body was making her shake in ecstasy.

She dug her hands into his soft and silky hair and she pushed him even closer, loving what he was doing to her. She wanted him to herself and she was beginning to lose her mind when her stomach made a loud growl.

"Ha! Your stomach chose the perfect time to disrupt me!" Edwin said, chuckling.

Realizing that she had been throwing herself all over Edwin, Jessica's face was all red and she wished she could hide her face but her stomach growled in hunger again.

"Just relax, let me go and prepare something for you to eat," Edwin said, smiling.

"I… I can… I can help too," Jessica said, trying to stand up.

" No. I will handle it myself. Just relax and I will get you a glass of juice to drink," Edwin told her, walking towards the kitchen.

He smiled to himself as soon as he got to the kitchen. He was feeling happy that Jessica loves him. He could see it in her actions and shyness.

" Damn that hungry stomach! I would have had a taste of her," he murmured to himself while thinking about Jessica.
