Leaving his parent's Villa, Edwin decided to go to the bar to calm his nerves down. He needed someone to talk to also, so he decided to call his friend so they could meet up.

He was a bit disappointed after Roy told him he was out of town for official work. Edwin decided to drive to his apartment instead.

Getting to his apartment, he went to his mini bar and brought out his favorite wine and he started sipping it.

His mind drew to Jessica and he decided to call her but no response. He dropped his phone while he focused on his drink as his mind drove to what happened in her parent's villa.

Edwin smiled to himself after remembering what happened between her and the girl in New work. How he was seduced by the girl despite knowing the girl was. He wondered how a girl from a prestigious family could do that.

But then he forgot all about his escapades too as the son of a prestigious family!

" Only God knows how many guys she had slept with in the restroom," Edwin chuckled as he remembered how she was moaning his name when they were making out.

Jessica and James just finished the house arrangement and James started bringing out things he will use for the cooking.

" What do you want me to help you with?" Jessica asked as she rubbed her hands together standing beside the kitchen table.

" You don't have to be worried, just go to the sitting room while I prepare your best recipe," James said, winking at Jessica as he brought things out from the kitchen cabinet.

"Alright, if you insist," She said, walking out of the kitchen with a smile.

She sat down and focused on the reality show on the TV.

Seeing that she wasn't looking at him anymore, James brought out a powder substance from his pocket and added a small portion into a wine glass. Then he poured some fruit wine in it, shaking it lightly.

After seeing the content had been well-mixed, he took it to the living room, handing it over to Jessica.

" Jessy, you should take this while I quickly prepare the food," James said, with darting eyes, looking at Jessica whose full concentration was on TV.

"Alright, thanks," Jessica replied.

Jessica collected the glass from him and she started taking it. She was smiling at the TV programme she was on.

She brought her phone from her to check if there was any message from Misha but nothing yet. She tried to message her to ask if everything was okay but she suddenly started feeling dizzy.

She thought she must have overworked herself these past few days hence was feeling this way. It must be because of that reason. If not, she won't suddenly feel dizzy.

It had been a very stressful week for her. So, she decided to finish the remaining wine and get some rest. As soon as she finished it, she dropped the glass on the table.

Jessica noticed she was feeling more dizzy. She continued trying to shake the dizziness off so she sent a message to Misha. After sending Misha a message, she scrolled through the call log and noticed Edwin already gave her two missed calls.

Holding her head with one hand, she tried to dial Edwin's number but noticed the number was flipping on the screen as she tried to press it. Although Jessica might look innocent, she wasn't naive.

At that moment she felt something wasn't right. If it was because of stress, she wouldn't be feeling dizzy as if she was… drugged? She thought as several questions started popping out of her head.

" What is happening to me? Why am I feeling this way? Did James put something in my drink?"

" Is this some kind of setup? Is that why Misha bailed out? "

Jessica's mind kept coming up with a series of questions, trying to process what was happening to her. She tried to stand up but she noticed she couldn't. Her body started to feel weak and her phone dropped from her hand.

" James, " Jessica shouted, using all the remaining strength in her to call his name.

Hearing her calling him, James ran to the living room and stared at Jessica who was holding her head.

" What did you put in my drinks?" Jessica voiced, as she struggled on the chair.

" Dear, don't stress yourself too much. You just have to relax so you can pass out sooner, then I can have my time with you fully," James chuckled.

" But I trusted you! Is Misha in this too? Is that why she bailed out? " Jessica asked in agony.

"Pfff, you are so naive. She is even the master planner. What did you do to her? Why does she suddenly hate you? Could it be that she is jealous of you?" James said with his head tilted back, enjoying Jessica's current situation.

"What? I trusted you guys, please don't hurt me," Jessica said, with tears in her eyes.

" Jessica, I am not going to hurt you. I just want to enjoy your body and I will love to continue enjoying it, " James said laughing.

He left the living and went upstairs to get something he needed, smiling to himself.

Edwin who was enjoying himself alone in his living room noticed his phone as an incoming call, after seeing Jessica calling, he picked it up immediately but noticed the call dropped again, and again it started ringing.

Edwin picked up the call but couldn't hear her, he was about to gang up the call when he suddenly heard her shout James' name.

" Are they together even today? Edwin wondered, still holding the phone to his ear.

" What did you put in my drink?" Jessica shouted over the phone.

Hearing this Edwin stood up from his seat and paced up and down his living room waiting for the next conversation.

" Dear, don't stress yourself, you will soon pass out, then I can have my time with you fully,"

Hearing this, Edwin was very furious, thinking of what he could do. He called HR to check for James' database so he could get his home address.

The Hr sent him the location and he ran out of his mansion, driving towards James' house at full speed. He called the police and explained what was happening to them and shared with them the location.

James came down from upstairs with a camera stand, he noticed Jessica already passed out. Setting up the camera, he picked up his phone to call Misha who was about to start asking if she would like to come around since she was hiding somewhere close.

James walked to the entrance door and opened it since he didn't want to be disturbed when Misha came over.

He started removing his clothes while a smirk was still on his face. He wanted to take his time to enjoy the moment. If he could film them sleeping together, he would use it to blackmail her so he can keep enjoying her body.

He was left in his boxers when Edwin busted in. At first, James was furious thinking it was Misha but as soon as he sighted Edwin instead, he was stupefied and damn scared! He didn't know what to do next, whether to run or stay.

Edwin ran towards him after seeing him contemplating his next action. He went over and gave him a punch which sent James falling to the ground. His nose started bleeding too.

" Where do you think you are going, you this crazy animal?" Edwin shouted as he walked closer to James so he could beat him up again.

James quickly stood up and made for the door but Edwin caught him. Seeing that he had been caught, he started struggling from Edwin's hold and was able to escape. He ran to the front door.

Unfortunately for him, the police were already there and he was arrested, handcuffed in both hands.

Misha, who was coming over to watch, saw the police handcuffing James and she ran into hiding.

Edwin carried Jessica gently in his arms and he walked to his car. One of the policemen present drove them to Edwin's apartment while Edwin held her still with him.

Immediately they arrived at the mansion, he thanked the police and carried her inside the house. He carried her to the guest room, and he lay her on the bed gently.

Edwin dialed his doctor's number to come over to check on her as he sat down beside the bed looking at her peaceful sleeping face.
