Chapter 11: Chapter 11
[2019]
Calculating every move, Sebastian began unbuttoning his shirt. He didn't want to rush because he knew nothing could stop him. His eyes remained fixed on one point, the doll-like eyes of the woman who had taken off her clothes. He gazed at her with satisfaction, like a predator ready to pounce on its prey; Clara Jasson.
He walked slowly, crawling onto the bed, maintaining that grin. Meanwhile, Clara welcomed him with delight, full of desire, and unwilling to shift her attention elsewhere. Today was the payoff for two weeks of waiting for Sebastian Sachdev's return. Without a single doubt, Clara swore that she would record in detail how their relationship would end.
They wrestled with each other. Giving and receiving, until they both lost their sense of reason. Their breaths and suppressed groans became a harmonious melody, signaling how they worked this afternoon, with both consciousness and desire.
Then, without realizing it, one loud cough disrupted their activities.
"Oh... so while Fathia is at college, this is what you do, huh? Great."
Clara widened her eyes in shock, pushing a startled Sebastian. She pulled the blanket, forgetting that Sebastian could fall due to her actions. But it was too late. Sebastian ended up kissing the floor with his naked body. Ignoring the pain, Sebastian grabbed the towel by the nightstand.
"Fathia," Sebastian said with emphasis. "You could knock on the door first."
"Oops!" Fathia seemed to forget that knocking on the door was something she should have done. "After coming back from college, I saw the shirt, skirt, shoes, not to mention—"
"Stop! There's no need to continue!" Sebastian glared at the young girl with annoyance, rubbing his face out of frustration. "Next time, don't be like that. Got it?"
"Okay, dear Uncle Sebastian." Fathia fixed her backpack. The corners of her eyes gleamed with satisfaction as she looked at Clara—the beautiful woman whom she was convinced was a descendant of the nine-tailed fox—blushing intensely because of her antics.
"When did you arrive?" Clara tried to normalize her racing heart. Her best smile always worked well in front of Fathia, for Sebastian. She never thought that her steamy activities with Sebastian would end up being witnessed by the cunning demon in the form of the beautiful girl named Fathia Bernessa Claire.
"Five or ten minutes ago, I think? I kinda forgot. It was so exciting watching you two wrestling like that."
Fathia wasn't sure if her words sounded convincing or not. The fact remained that in Sebastian's room, there were only Clara and himself. The owner of the room had rushed to the toilet just to tidy up his appearance, probably. But Fathia had just arrived and immediately wanted to end their steamy activities.
Just so you know! She thought to herself.
Then she left and entered her room. Taking a deep breath, she immediately threw herself onto the bed. Oh, she also made sure to lock her room door so that Sebastian wouldn't find her. It was a habit without rules that the stiff man always invaded her private space. Including her room.
"I won't let anyone have Sebastian, Felice. I won't!" She held onto that determination tightly. She closed her eyes while contemplating whether she should sleep right away or go out again to erase the images from her mind.
Unfortunately, the images didn't fade away as easily as closing her eyes. She imagined and asked so many questions about how many times Sebastian Sachdev had wrestled with the famous photo model, making her nauseous.
The drowsiness that had emerged since earlier, especially because she found this lecture to be truly boring, was repaid with Fathia's nauseating experience earlier. She shook her head and immediately got off the bed. She didn't think too much about where she was going.
Hurriedly, she grabbed the cardigan hanging nearby and took out the things she needed: her phone, charger, wallet, and a small makeup bag. Ignoring the hunger that had afflicted her earlier, she thought that besides taking a short nap after filling her empty stomach with a bowl of cereal, she would also enjoy her favorite drama. Especially when her mind was filled with schedules and exam materials.
In reality? She was treated to something magical here.
"Where are you going?" The voice was firm, full of intimidation, and without any hesitation.
Fathia turned without fear. Five years of living with that man made her immune to the intimidation he gave. Sebastian, who was already standing in front of her, stared at her without pause. "Where are you going? Clubbing again? Partying again?"
"Is there any accusation better than that, Uncle?" Oh God! If Fathia could curse Sebastian, she would have done it by now. Let alone clubbing, she was scared to even know what happened inside such places. Even though many classmates used money for their pleasure and self-esteem, Fathia refused to do it.
Party? If Sebastian referred to his hobby of sitting in one corner of the café at the mall she usually visited, that might be true.
Sebastian glared. He often warned the little girl who had now grown into a semi-adult not to call him 'Uncle,' but it seemed to have no effect at all.
"Where are you going?" Sebastian tried to lower his voice just so the girl would listen to his command. Fathia wasn't a pushover, that much Sebastian was certain of. But when she was in front of Clara, Fathia always acted like this.
No. No. Sebastian must not lose. Until now, Sebastian had always come out on top, no matter what the situation was. This included putting Fathia's increasingly insolent behavior in check.
"Going to eat, Uncle. I’m hungry. I rushed back home earlier." Fathia wasn't lying about this. There was no use lying to Sebastian. The cold man always knew where Fathia was going and what her intentions were.
"What do you want to eat, Fathia? I can cook. Luckily, I'm hungry too."
Fathia spontaneously turned to the source of the voice. The cunning fox! She knew very well! Clara appeared at the right moment, but for Fathia, it was a disaster.
"Am I going to be poisoned, Aunt Clara? Because Fathia often has problems with food if it doesn't suit her." Fathia said with a small smile that she deliberately made seem innocent. When it came to her dealings with Clara, she would not be defeated.
Anything.
Clara's face could be seen souring. Even though her intention was good, it was clearly hidden. She wanted to show that she could behave like the woman Sebastian wanted. For Clara, being beautiful and great in bed alone was not enough to trap Sebastian in her arms.
Clara had tried that many times, but had failed.
"No, you won't. Or do you want to help? So, it'll be done faster?"
The solemn girl with black hair chuckled. Her face was jocular as if laughing at the idea Clara had just proposed.
"I'm sorry, Aunt. Since I'm kind-hearted and not arrogant, I'll let you two be together. I'll eat outside. Happy Friyeay," said Fathia while dramatizing the situation. She waved to the woman whose face had now changed to delight.
As for Sebastian? He looked at Fathia with a piercing gaze.
"I'll join you."
And a triumphant cheer resounded in Fathia's heart.
One point for Aunt Fox!
