Chapter 43: Chapter 43
It was the time to unfold the pages that he had kept secretly in his heart unseen for her. Anahita couldn't believe that he said a yes to marry her even after knowing about Mukund. The sensual wave of pleasure had converted into emotional cuddling. Yuvraaj plopped on his back and pulled Anahita over her, clutching tightly to his heart. Anahita's arm found its place around his waist and she clung on to him like her life depended upon him.
"Prior our wedding when your dad came to our house, he demanded to talk to me alone. I had no clue what it was going to be about and I was worried. I worried that something happened to you. You've no idea, how precious you're to me, Anahita. I can bear everything but i can't bear having you in pain." He kissed her forehead and tuck her more into him.
"Then?" She prodded, dying to know what was his decision. Though she knew but she had to learn it from him. She needed to see the face of her heart's master who actually deserved someone better than her. More better than her.
"Then what he told was enough to threw me off the cliff." Yuvraaj guffawed, running his hand down her spine, "He told me you loved someone and you eloped with him that morning. I won't lie when I say I really wanted to kill you for doing something as stupid as that. I was mad at you. I can't explain in words what I was thinking I'll do to you if I get you in my hands. I was immediately about to say a no but then he told me, you came back and you were so guilty over your actions."
Tears pooled in her eyes as she recalled the day of her wedding but the pain had dissipated by then. What made her silently cry and gripped her heart in steel grip was the words Yuvraaj had told her. He knew everything, still he never let her know it. He never taunted her, he never doubted her, he never gave any reason that could make her feel more guilty than she already was.
Squeezing shutting her eyes, she let her tears flow from the corner of her eyes and they puddled on Yuvraaj's chest. Noticing the wetness and shivering body, Yuvraaj tipped her chin to face her.
"Don't cry. Just don't make me guilty." He wiped her tears and kissed her eyes.
"Why would you be guilty? It should be me." She sniffed, not wanting to hide her pain from the person who knew her inside out, "I am sorry Yuvraaj, I've hurt you a lot. It was my fault. I'm a failure. I never kept my parents happy and I gave you the pain a husband would never deserve to bear. Why did you have to marry me? Why didn't you leave me? Why didn't you curse me? Why didn't you torture me? Why did you gather my broken pieces together and hold me to assemble myself? Why did you have to adjust? Why didn't you..."
"Ssshh...." Yuvraaj drew her crying to an end and hugged her tightly, "I'm not as good as you just described. I am selfish. I'm too selfish to let you go. There's no woman in my life except you and there will be no one. I was angry. Accepted. But even in my anger, I wanted you. When your dad told me that you've come back and you're regretting your step. It was cue to me, it was a cue that I could still claim you. That you could still be mine. Only mine. I had to make a wise choice. Either let you go and suffer alone or marry you and make you suffer."
Anahita rubbed her nose in his neck, "I didn't suffer. You haven't let me." Trails of tears drained out from her eyes. Her shoulders jumped slightly every time she hiccupped but she needed to get that out.
"Well, I changed the plan." Yuvraaj stroked her hair, murmuring against her forehead. "Your dad had revealed everything but he also insisted that he trusted you. He said he knew his daughter better, she wouldn't do anything that could make him ashamed. He said that he was telling me everything so that I can never hurt you keeping it as a grudge and if I intent to end the relationship, I was free to do so then only. He was not ashamed in treasuring his daughter than marrying him to a person who can't accept her with her flaws."
Anahita peered in his eyes, gulping and witnessed that he wasn't saying lie. Her sniffing morphed into wails and she cried bitterly covering her mouth. She felt a dagger was shoved in her heart and it was being twisted time to time, alleviating the excruciating pain in her heart.
"Dad....d-dad...said that...h-he trust me." Her vision blurred and she couldn't see Yuvraaj clearly as her head spined from the heaviness. She was indeed a failure. The words she uttered to her father after wedding resonated in her ears. The more she thought about it, the more she cried. Her sobs grew wider and her breathings quickened as her face become red. Puffy eyes and cold nose complimented her face. Yuvraaj groaned hugging her tightly, squeezing her body in him.
"Don't. Stop crying, Anahita. I didn't tell you anything to get you in this state. Relax now. breath!" He kissed her shoulder and hid her face in his neck. Hot breathes fanned the hollow of his neck as she clutched on to his shoulder and sobbed.
"T-tell...me. E-Everything." She circled her arms around his neck, steeling herself to face what was coming next. She was sure that she practically had lost everything. Her dignity, her father and everyone's trust. "D-Do Aa-Aai baba..k-knows about i-it?"
"No one knows about it, expect your parents and I." He assured her, "I'll never let you strip off your dignity. I'll never allow anyone to accuse you. I'll save your pride. I'll save you from everything. That's why I decided to marry you instantly. I honestly didn't trust you. I was sure that you'll snatch my love away from me if given any chance and I wasn't going to allow you."
"You still loved me? Why did you?" She croaked, tracing his face with her moonstruck eyes.
"I couldn't help it. I tried to hate you but it never happened. I could do so much just as hurt you but I was unable to hate you. I wanted to cause you pain and then I wanted to heal you but it is impossible for me to hate you. You're my knack. Force of habit. I can do everything but I can't hate you. I never had any specific reason to love you. It's just a routine. An unconscious gesture I'm accustomed with. Tell me, why do we breath?"
"To stay alive." She whispered.
"It's the answer to your question. I love you to stay alive." Anahita broke into tears with a smile stretching wide in her lips when she heard him.
Without any preamble, she crashed her lips upon his, devouring the taste in urgency. Yuvraaj's hands curled around her petite waist as he pulled her flushed against him. Tears never stopped but she was least bothered of tasting the salt as her lips savoured the taste of sweet nectar. Her fingers weaved in Yuvraaj's curls as she pulled him over her, flattening her back on the mattress and kissed him vigorously. All her pain and remorse washing off with the soothing touches. Yuvraaj had not restrain himself to show her how much he love her and how precious was she to him.
Even struggling with her breaths, Anahita was too obdurate to break the kiss, she painted resting her forehead against Yuvraaj's as they finally stopped. Their lips contacting each other in small intervals, with their eyes being closed.
"I love you Yuvraaj. I love you so much."
"Not more than me." He kissed her again and she giggled, nodding. "I know but I swear, I'll beat you into it. That day is not far when I'll love you more than you can ever think and I'm dying to see that day." She rested her head upon his chest.
"I ruined everything, Yuvraaj. Didn't I? Dad...dad will never forgive me. You don't know what I said to him." She said calmly, her tears had dried up now.
Yuvraaj heaved a sigh and rubbed her bare back, "I may not know what you said but I know your dad will definitely forgive you. He loves you so much Anahita. Why do you think I kept pestering you to go your home?"
He does but not more than you. She smiled thinking. The memory was fresh when she first went to her parent's home. She clearly remembered how her mom spoke to her acidly, how her dad refused to see her and how Yuvraaj prodded her to talk to her dad. She was guilty, ashamed and low but she was still disappointed in her dad.
If only he had tried to understand her, so many things could have been avoided. Now, it was completely her good luck that Yuvraaj happened to be a loving partner and she didn't regret their marriage or him but still, the twinge of pain that her father failed to understand her was there. She craved her father and she would go to any lengths to win him back but he would never take place before Yuvraaj. She would never trust anyone but Yuvraaj and even if he betrays her, she won't regret. Though she knew he would never do so.
"What are you thinking?" Yuvraaj cut her reverie and she put her chin over her weaved hands upon his chest, smiling widely. "I was thinking when you loved me since long, why did you tell me that I can elope from here? Why did you also accompany me in this five week term? Why didn't you reveal everything to me the moment we fought on first day?"
"I was personally not planning to bring you here," He began crossing his arms behind his head, "I planned to hurt you a little and then, when my anger would subside, I was going to confess everything but...you divulged that this marriage was trick and you'll fledge away after five weeks. The fear of losing you which had begun to subdued, rushed back to me and I was restless. I learnt very soon that you hated me and it wouldn't hurt you if we get separate."
"I'm —" Anahita opened her mouth to apologize but Yuvraaj kissed her sweetly and long, not giving her time to tune out her words.
"I decided to win you and for that, I had to put up with the play. But having Mukund here was not a part of the plan, I just wanted to make you realise that he isn't right person for you and I am the only one who deserves you."
Anahita smiled, coyly tapping her fingers on his bare chest, "You deserved someone better than me. Though now, I'm sorry, but you've to cope with me for the rest of my life with all my flaws. For I'm not going to give up on you ever. You've no option but to love me, stand by me and grow old with me."
Yuvraaj chuckled and propped his weight on one elbow, restoring his other hand on her flat belly, moving it in circles. "But I'm happy that we're together."
"Yes. Forever." She kissed his neck and he swiftly mounted over her, sporting his eminent cocky smirk. Anahita inhaled sharply when his tongue found her breasts and he bit down there, earning her moan.
"Now when we're done with sharing our hearts. I think I won't be able to stay immune to you." He murmured against her skin, paving his way down and his fingers opened her jeans buttons, before swiftly sliding it off her.
"I need to have you now. I want all of you. Mind, soul and body, everything. I need to make love to you before I forget the thin line that separates it from wild sex." He whispered against her navel, his adept fingers dipping drastically low around her thongs band and Anahita sucked a sharp breath, pulling him over.
"This is the third time since last night that we've presented ourselves bare to feed our eyes but I am not sure, I'll be able to stop to the eyes only. You better not stop if you decide to start now."
"I will not until you beg me. I swear to you that I won't stop until your legs are shaking, your breathes are shallow and the couples next doors learn my name. It's a fair warning. I'll be showing no mercy to you." His voice came all hoarse and laden with desires. His eyes dilated in pure pleasure and man in him, smirked when he noticed Anahita's eyes shining with darkness.
"I'm ready." Her onyx gaze fixed in his russet orbs as she touched the throbbing nerve on his neck and their mouth made love to each other. After accurate amount of caressing, sucking, fighting and exact point of ecstasy spurt between them when Yuvraaj prodded his two digits in her warm flesh, hitching her breath.
Immediately tearing his mouth off her, he kissed her jaw and traced the length of her neck with his teeth, before burying his face in the hollow of her neck. He bit her sweet spot and Anahita moaned in pain before he sucked her flesh deriving pleasure. His fingers had found their pace, compelling Anahita to breath heavily and dug her fingers deep in his shoulders, clutching onto them for her dear life.
They tortured each other with the sweet pleasure until their bodies begged for copulation. Yuvraaj's pants found its place with other pile of dresses on the ground as he moved to devoid them of any piece of clothes.
"Get your safe word ready, you're gonna need it today." Another fair warning was dropped as he positioned himself between her legs and hooked her thighs around his waist, punctuating his words with the first thrust.
