Ava's POV

Robin walked into the house with a smiling face and groceries. "For her queen." He said dropping it on the table and taking a slight bow. I chuckled. "Its been just a few days since we arrived here. The house is still stocked. You're spoiling us too much." I said to him.

"That's not spoiling. I'm trying my best here to take care of my godchild." He said with a grin.

"Indeed you are." I said chuckling. "And Skye?" I asked all of a sudden.

His mood became sober. "He has no memory for the past eight months of his life." He said.

My heart bled but it was what I wanted. "Which means he doesn't recall a thing since the day we met." I said and he nodded.

Camila and Luna walked down the stairs. "Beta Robin!" Luna screamed in excitement and ran into his arms and he hugged her tight. "Hey little one." He said.

I watched Camila stare at him in admiration but she quickly masked it when he looked up at her. "Howdy Camila." He said casually.

"Hey." She said like she had lost interest in him which I knew she didn't.

"What did you get Beta Robin?" Luna asked Robin as she dug through the bag with her little fingers.

"Now now," I said snatching the bag from her little hands. "I'm sure Beta Robin got some good milk and cookies for you. Why don't we go into the kitchen and pour you a cup uh?" I asked her with a smile,wanting to give Camila and Robin some privacy.

"Yeah that sounds nice." She said and I motioned for her to follow me to the kitchen.

As I poured Luna a glass of cup,I could hear their voices low in the living room.

"Is that enough?" I asked Luna to avoid eavesdropping on their conversation and she nodded,picking the glass and bringing it closer to herself as I unwrapped a box of cookies for her.

Their voices raised a little,I decided to check what was going on between them. I walked a few feet's towards the living room when I felt myself dripping. Looking down,I saw that my water has broke and I took a deep breath and walked closer,that was when I felt a sharp and intensifying pain. I groaned. I couldn't breathe well.

My groans and screams attracted them and they rushed towards me. "Are you okay?" They both asked at once.

"No." I said shaking my head as the pain intensified.

"Her water has broken." Camila said noticing the water on the floor.

"Camila,go get the bags," he said to her and she rushed up the stairs. "Hang in there. We'll get to the hospital soon." He said.

Blood trickled down my legs. "The baby is coming." I said in short gasps,followed by a deafening scream.

Robin's POV

I paced the hospital floors waiting for Walter to come out of the room. I heard Ava's screams and I felt a cold chill inside of me. Skye should be here but he couldn't. How could he be here for a woman he can't remember?

I asked Camila to stay back with Luna and Lucas. I didn't want them staying alone.

Just then Walter walked out of the room with a smiling face. "A massive congratulations to the alpha. She had a set of twins. A boy and a girl." He said and I gasped. No one had an idea she was having twins. I was surprised,amazed and glad too.

"That's great news. How's she and the baby.. I mean babies?" I asked.

"Very sound Robin." He said smiling.

"Thanks a lot Walter." I said to him shaking his hand.

"You're welcome. I'll do well to inform the alpha of this great news." He said and I immediately declined. "No Walter. Do not tell Skye anything." I said to him.

"But why? Why isn't he here? Why are you in his stead?" He asked at once.

"It's a long story that I'll tell you some other time. Can I see them now?" I asked.

"They are getting cleaned. In the meantime you can tell me why." He said. I didn't want to tell him what we did. It was a secret between Ava, Camila, Anna and I.

"He had an home accident which caused his loss of memory." I lied gullibly.

"What?" He exclaimed in shock. "And y'all hid it from me?" He asked.

"Not the way you think Walter. We just didn't.."

He interrupted me. "Who was the doctor that diagnosed him?" He asked.

"No doctor. He just couldn't remember anything. He couldn't remember eight months of his life including his pregnant wife." I said to him.

"Why wasn't I called immediately? I've been the family's doctor for years now." He questioned.

"Believe me I know. We discovered it on our own when he asked who she was and couldn't recall her. He can't recall anything." I said to him.

"I still need to check him and.." He began.

"No," I interrupted. "Believe me Walter he'd..."

He shook his head. "I'll give him a checkup and give you some prescriptions he should follow." He said adamantly. I shrugged and nodded. "Can I see them now?" I asked noticing the nurses trooping out.

He nodded. "Sure." He said.

I walked into the room and saw Terra laying on the bed looking exhausted. On the baby cot was the two tiny bundles of joy already cleaned band covered up.

"They're beautiful." I said to her. She gave a weary smile. "Thank you." She said. I held the soft,tiny and fragile hand of the baby girl as she closed her eyes.

"You already have a name for her?" I asked.

She nodded. "Davina." She said.

"And him?" I asked her about the little boy stirring in his sleep. He had silvery hair curled up on his tiny head. There I knew he had taken after his mother.

"Skye wanted a boy and hoped for the name Dahviel." She said looking at her son.

I gave a small smile. "You still find a way to please him despite the separation." I said.

"Another added memory." She replied.

"Dahviel it is then?" I asked her and she nodded. "He's name is Dahviel." She said and with that he opened his eyes and it flashed silver. Another white wolf has been born breaking history of two white wolves in one century.

Skye's POV

I stirred in perplexity in my sleep and immediately jumped up startled. Someone kept calling me. Kept asking me to reach out to her. Who was this? Sometimes I hear her crying but I do not know who's crying. I mopped off the sweat that had covered my brows.

Today was a different one. I had flashes of things I couldn't understand. Sometimes when I look at the vanity mirror,I see a blurry image,very unclear. I try to refocus,to see the image properly but I always end up with a splitting head that makes me feel like ripping off my head.

I sighed as I took in deep breaths. I got off the bed and walked towards the window. I looked outside,watching the green leaves sprout up on the trees. The fruits were growing back in the trees. A blurry memory flashed through my mind and the name Ava popped up in my mind again. Why? Who was this Ava, that since I heard her ridiculous name,I couldn't get it off my mind.

Ava's POV

I closed my eyes as I finished feeding the babies and they fell asleep in the cot. I visualized holding them in my arms with Skye and we were one big happy family. Then suddenly the image,like a piece of glass was shattered by the annoying and evil face of Natasha and I opened my eyes startled.

I sighed. Even in my imagination, she was ruining my happy moments too. I hoped to discover the truth quick enough to get my family together. I lived without a father and I wasn't ready to let my children suffer the same fate as long as he was alive.

Just then Camila,Luna,Lucas and Robin walked in. Excitement was written allover their faces. Robin had gone this evening to bring them.

"Goodness gracious,what adorable little twins. So cute." Camila said as she peered into the cot of the little babies.

"They look so beautiful alpha." Lucas said smiling.

"And so tiny too." Luna said holding the finger of Dahviel in a gentle way like she was afraid he'd break. Everyone laughed at her statement.

"Cmon,let's not disturb the babies." Robin said and Luna came to me. "Does this mean you won't love me anymore?" She asked me a very puzzling and startling question.

I placed a hand on her head and kissed her hair. "I won't love you less or stop loving you. You're my Luna." I said to her and she raised up her head and smiled. "And you're my best alpha." She said and placed a kiss on my cheek.

"Aw," Camila said emotionally as she wiped an invisible tear from her eyes and Robin chuckled.

"When are we getting discharged?" I asked him.

"Walter said tomorrow." He said and I nodded. Davina stirred in her sleep and opened her eyes. I wasn't the only one who noticed it. Everyone in the room did.

"She has Skye's eyes."

And indeed yes. She had the eyes of Skye. Those piercing hazelnut eyes that would forever haunt my memory.
