"Did you... did you hear anything when I was in the kitchen?" Liara asked him to confirm that he didn’t hear her plan.

"Nope. I guess it was because of Caroline’s spell." Theodore responded. "But yes, I’m hearing the continuous sound of someone’s moans and groans," he added.

"Really? But if not everyone, then one partner of the couple was in the kitchen, then who is it?" The realization hit her like lightning when she realized that Calvin and Ethlyn weren’t there.

Calvin too had a habit of eating in the middle of the night, and tonight he wasn’t there.

"Stop hearing these things." Liara laughed, feeling shy. "It means that our pup will have siblings around him while growing up," she added with a smile. Artin would be ten years older than him, and Roselet and Arline would be five years older than him. So, in case Ethlyn would get pregnant, then these age-group pups would grow up together.

"Siblings? Cousins, right?"

"I really wish they were close as siblings like we all five are," Liara explained, and Theodore just stared at her blankly because he didn’t get the point fully. "I know you don’t have a habit of staying with a big family, but by the time we will be here, please try to be corporate."

"Handling adults isn’t a big deal. The main problem is pups. That Rose, she was curious to know about me. And she was passing me a mischievous and evil look." Theodore muttered, thinking about Roselet. "She won’t leave me on my own. I wonder how your brother handles her; she is a little devil under the coat of an angel.

Liara giggled at his choice of words. "I wish that our daughter would be like her."

"In that case, she will be a real handful," Theodore muttered. He had read that a pup could have genes from their uncle and aunt as well. So, anything was possible.

"I’m not sure, but maybe all the men of the house are planning to play games and spend some time together. I won’t force you, but at least try to chill with them because I will be busy with all the females."

"Okay. By the way, when are we taking appointments to know the gender of our pup? I have to plan things for her accordingly." Theodore spoke in a tone as if he had to do some homework.

"In a couple of days. For now, it's family time, and I don’t want to stay away from them even for a second. Moreover, the results will be collected by both of our dads. I'm not sure yet, but they are planning something together." Liara said and yawned, feeling sleepy.

"You should sleep now."

"Yeah! First I need to go to the washroom." Liara muttered and left the bed. "Do you think that I use the washroom a lot nowadays?"

"No. Not at all." Theodore responded, recalling Alaric's advice not to answer no if a pregnant woman asked him anything.

"I see, you’ve also started lying to me." Liar pointed this out with a smile. Theodore sighed in relief as she didn’t get mad. Damn! Her mood is so unpredictable nowadays.
