What happened next shocked Theodore a little more than already. Destiny shifted, giving control to naked Liara, who shouted out the protection shield.

“Apotropaic!!” She screamed and a big bright shield made of white light.

What the fuck!!

Theodore’s jaw dropped. He pinched himself to check whether he was seeing right and soon realized that he wasn’t dreaming at all. She was holding the shield with her only hand, and unlike Lestat, a white source of energy was oozing out of her hand, powerful yet positive. Her fake red hair was floating in the air due to the storm. At that moment, all he could say was two words.

‘A Goddess’

She looked so beautiful and sexy. As she was standing in front of him, her eyes traveled to her naked butt. He shook his head, realizing that this wasn’t the right time.

He wanted to help her, but he doubted that his mate needed his help. Soon, the shield disappeared when Lestat broke his spell. He looked at Liara in shock and anger.

“How dare you touch my mate?” Liara growled at him, and unlike her eyes glowing in black with a golden rim at the corner, it was glowing blue. Lestat was not expecting a little amount of Moon Goddess’s power in her.

Little by little, all her powers would be transferred to her body, and then… then she would kill him. He had to get a hold of this weakling before she got a hold of all of Selene’s power. He ran toward her to attack her by activating his power with the hope that he could defeat her right now.

It was either now or never!!

Liara, too started running toward him to finish his chapter from her life for once and for all. Once they were close enough, they jumped in the air and fought with magic and speed. Lestat was using dark magic against her white magic. Theodore looked up at the sky, still trying to recover from the fact that he had recently got.

To be honest, he wasn't the only one who was watching this. Everyone watched them attacking and retracted, back and forth. They were rooting for Liara. Who could have thought the girl whom they thought was weak was fighting against someone who defeated Theodore?

In the end, Lestat fell on the ground like a flash of black lightning, and Liara was on top of him with white light. Liara started chanting a spell to attack him for one last time with all her power.

“I’m not dying this soon, bitch!!” He said and threw her away while she was using that time to chant a long spell. Lestat absorbed more dark power and aimed to attack Liara’s lower part.

“Say bye to your pup!!” He said, shocking and scaring Liara for a moment. He attacked, aiming toward her womb, but it never touched Liara.

“Theo!!!” She screamed, watching Inigo jumping in the middle. In the next moment, she felt his blood on her face and around her as his body fell to the ground, shifting back into his human form. “Nooooo!!” She quickly reached him and glared at Lestat
