Chapter 251: Chapter 251

“The truth is that you NEVER wanted me, Theodore. NEVER. The only reason you didn’t reject me the right way was that you were SELFISH. Lee had already cut her ties with you, and to reach near her, you needed me. That’s why I dare you to say that you tried to work on our bond because the truth is you never did. You just used me as a rope to reach Lee, and when your work was done, you threw me out of your life.” Theodore opened his mouth to say that it wasn’t like that, but he couldn’t. Because a part of him knew that he wanted her to reach near Liara, and that was his previous plan before he found out that she was also his mate.

“Dare you to say that whatever I’m saying is a lie OR I will break your nose because I know from Zach that how you both planned all this on his girlfriend’s birthday party,” Tiara warned before Theodore would have started explaining that she was getting it all wrong.

“I agree that was the plan before I found out that you’re also my mate.” Tiara chuckled sadly at his confession. “I really tried..”

“You did a favor on your Lycan by not rejecting me right away because he wanted me. And you were guilty of punishing him for so long without any reason.” Tiara cut him in between again. “To be honest, you never tired to work on our bond on your own. Either it was because of Liara or because of your Lycan.” She added, and this time Theodore had no words for her words because it was true.

“How easy it was for you to point fingers at me by keeping a lot of things in the dark, but did you forget that while doing so, there were three fingers pointing back at you?” She questioned him while her lips quivered, recalling each and everything about that night. A lone tear rolled out of her eyes, and she quickly hid it from Theodore, not that it mattered to him after all; he had left her alone to deal with her pain on her own, but because she didn’t want to show that she was weak.

“I’m sorry.”

That was it.

He had to say only those three words to her. She now felt stupid that she ever thought that he would return to her life, asking for forgiveness and a second chance just like her dad came for her mom, just like he came for Liara.

“You mentioned that you’re sorry for not working on our bond. I can give you a chance because of which you will get a chance to work on the things that you didn’t previously.” Tiara offered, and all of a sudden, Theodore’s body stiffened when he realized the meaning of her words. He tried not to growl in the human world as the room wasn’t soundproof, but still, he fumed in anger.

“What happened? I promised to be a good mate just like Lee and will stay with her like a sister instead of fighting with her over you. And I can bet that Liara will have no problem in sharing you with me.” She said with a smirk. Theodore could sense that something was cooking in her mind.

He stayed quiet for a second when he sensed a werewolf around. He could bet that the werewolf was a man by the perfume that he was wearing. In the next second, he heard the footsteps leaving from there in a hurry. Not just that Theodore sensed that he was in pain, not that he cared about that stranger, but who was that werewolf? Who arrived there a minute before and left from there quickly.

“What’s wrong with Dora?” Theodore asked when he realized that Tiara didn’t sense him.

“None of your concern.” Tiara snapped. “Don’t change the topic.” She added next. Theodore was going to mention that werewolf but not anymore.

“Fine. Earlier, I mean, I’m sorry for not working on our bond after marking you.” He said, swallowing his anger. “Just because I’m apologizing to you, that doesn’t mean I want you now, Tiara. Call me a jerk or whatever you want, but I don’t want you. Maybe you two sisters won’t have any problem in sharing me together, but I have.”

“Because I know that I can never give you the love you deserve. The love that I have for my Lia. She was, she is, and she will always be my first priority.” Theodore confessed, and his voice softened when he saw tears in Tiara’s eyes. “I’m already feeling guilty for the things that I did with you; accepting you is a BIG NO. Not when I know that I can’t treat you right. I won’t repeat my mistake. This time, I will say direct NO at your face instead of giving you any hope.”

He watched her reaching near him. Her teary eyes searched for any kind of emotion that was for her in Theodore’s eyes and found none.

"Thank you for hurting me with the truth than sugarcoating the words." She spoke, and before he could understand her next move, she crashed her lips against his. Kissing him against his will.

In the next two to three seconds, Tiara knew that she was thrown away across the room with full force. She whimpered when her body hit the bed. Theodore wanted to kill her, but the part that he couldn’t sense her wolf. He made sure that she wouldn’t end up dying, at least not through his hand.

He wanted to say a lot of things to her but stormed out of her suite instead of wasting his energy near her. He couldn’t understand that woman. One moment, he felt that she was good, but in another moment, he realized that he was too early to judge her.

‘I will kill her if she dares you to throw herself at me like a slut.’ He swore in anger.

Tiara ran her finger through her hair, closing the door. She felt that something had definitely changed in her. Even though she kissed Theodore for a few seconds but she felt nothing. Not just that, she felt like cheating on Wylder.

She was glad that Theodore came there to meet her because he made her realize that she didn’t want him anymore. And now she doubted that she still loved him as she claimed in front of Liara yesterday. She searched for her phone and checked for Wylder’s message, and there was one. A smile appeared on her lips on her face, but she disappeared the moment she opened it.

‘It’s over, Ara!!’

Tiara felt it hard to breathe after reading that message. Damn, that message hurt her more than Theodore’s word about not wanting her.

A/N: Three chapters of Tiara's story are out. I was thinking of taking the story to the main plot (that I mentioned in the blurb at IG: authorsprachi12) in a couple of chapters, while THREE of my readers wanted to read their romance before I jumped on the blurb.
