Chapter 124: Chapter 124

Theodore was about to start the dinner when he received a message from Tiara again. She had been texting him from time to time even though he had clearly told her that he had dinner with Liara and wanted to spend some time with her.

He opened the message and read her message.

[Tiara: Did she come? I’m just asking because she doesn’t like this date and hang-out things because, for her, it is all waste of time.]

‘How low you will stoop, Tiara!!’ Theodore thought. He really wanted to work on their relationship. No matter how different she was from him. But this was something he couldn’t approve of. Did she realize that by doing all this, she was the one whom he could reject, not Liara?

[Theodore: No, She is not here until now.] Theodore typed to see the low she could drop.

“I don’t want you to open your mouth and tell the truth to everyone,” Liara whispered, working on what he was doing with the phone. After mustering all the courage that she had.

“Why?” Theodore asked.

“Because I don’t….” Liara paused for a second when she heard that Theodore had received a message again. “... I don’t want you to get into trouble.” She finished and watched Theodore looking at his phone.

[Tiara: I knew it. She has always been like this. All she cares about is her books, not about other feelings that how others will feel in her absence.]

[Tiara” When we were kids, dad used to plan family trips for all of us. She never used to join us, ruining everyone’s plans.]

[Tiara: I’m not saying that she is selfish or anything about herself only, but she is insensitive.]

Liara didn’t show any expression when she felt that she was being ignored. She just started having her dinner alone. She couldn’t understand the man sitting in front of her. In one moment, he made her feel that she was the most important person in his life, and in the other moment, he started treating her like shit again.

[Theodore: I think I agree with you. She is really very insensitive. I wonder why did Moon Goddess pair me with such a heartless person?]

Theodore sent to see how she would react now. He was making an environment in which she would start feeling comfortable and show her true colors.

[Tiara: I’m sorry you have to go through this pain. I knew from day one that you don’t deserve a person like her, but I didn’t ask you to reject her right again because it would have looked like I’m the being jealous of my own sister. If you don’t get me wrong, then I will suggest you to accept her rejection.]

[Tiara: It’s just a suggestion. Making the final decision is in your hand. By the way, I have something to cheer your mood.]

[Theodore: What?]

In the next second, Theodore received her picture and black lace lingerie. Tiara had given a seductive pose by widening her legs and showing her firm and almost half-naked bouncy boobs. Something stirred inside him by watching her in this state.

For a minute, he got so engrossed in her back-to-back sexy pictures that he missed noticing that Liara was standing just behind him after finishing the dinner. She knew that this behavior was rude, but she couldn’t resist herself when Theodore started receiving back-to-back messages.

Without saying a word, she left from there. She shouldn’t have kept her expectation high or any expectations from him at all.

“Lia!!” Theodore came in front of her after a minute. Maybe that was when he sensed that Liara’s scent wasn’t around him. “I…” No words came out of his mouth, realizing what he just did with her. “These things are new for me. I’m still learning.” He spoke.

“Is that your excuse to ignore me?” Liara questioned, to which he shook his head. “Keep yourself in my shoes and think for a while about how I had felt the whole time. But for now, I’m leaving.”

“Lia…”

“It’s Liara,” Liara said sternly, and her expression told him to stay away from her. “You take a step toward me to win my heart, and then you do something because of which you end up taking multiple steps away from me.” She added in a disappointed tone and left from there.
