Fred's POV.
My eyes widened in shock as she deepened the kiss sending a rush of sensation all over me...
My hands were shivering as they slowly went over her waist...
I was quite afraid to hold her more closely.
I can't believe she is kissing me!!!
Wow!!
She finally broke the kiss and held my cheeks carefully peering into my eyes with shimmering eyes that made me mesmerized.
I couldn't even stop gasping, this was the last thing I expected from someone like her...I mean, I'm just a...commoner!!..she is a superstar!!
"Fred, you are one in a million..you deserve the best!.. I keep loving you more!!" She chirped making my cheeks flush red.
Wide smiles took over my face that I couldn't control anymore.
"Sophia...." I called placing my palm on her palm which was on my cheeks.
"A day like this was what I thought would never come, can I say you are...really...my girlfriend now!" I breathed staring at her face which looked so beautiful!!
"Yes...Fred, I accept you..." She replied coyly looking down the floor.
I felt my heart leap for joy, I just felt like bursting as I heard her.
Slowly, I raised her head and hugged her tightly feeling our heartbeat.
"The security men are already heading off, what are we going to do now?" Bryan chipped in
I broke the hug and held her palm before turning to them all.
"Nothing..we would just sit here and watch the scene..going there too may endanger our lives especially that of Sophia.." I paused and winked at Sophia who chuckled resting her head on my shoulder.
"Xavier is too cunning and dangerous!..let him face the cops and agents, even if he survives it, he would have a great loss..." I replied and opened up my system.
I connected to the live stream while they all took position to watch how things would happen...
Xavier's POV.
In the beginning, I wanted to end George quietly with pain, anguish, frustration and slander...
I wanted him to feel great pain and shame so he won't be able to fight back when I take over his career and that of his son through the marriage.
The marriage would make Sophia closer to get information making my plans very easy.. but it was all shattered because of a random stranger who got some video.
I smirked again as we got closer to the mansion, my men were up to ten in numbers including 20 more prisoners which I took to add to my team, there was no way I won't succeed in killing him, there is no way he would escape death today...
Everyone present in his house at this moment would all die to avoid traces.
Getting in would be easy..everyone knows I'm his buddy.
"Kip, check the security in there and know how tight it is?" I instructed but he wagged his head sideways.
"The connections are held so I can't do that..we would go in to check for ourselves.." He said and I nodded and smiles at the thought of George's death...
It would be a clean shot, just three bullets on his chest and head...
I would even make a video of it and send it to Bryan...
It would be the greatest shock of his life...
The gate was automatically opened as I drove closer with my other men...
"Sir we have to be quick, just a few minutes, the connection would be recovered and Bryan would get to know you have escaped the prison!" Kip explained and I nodded again before hopping down.
My other men jumped out with their guns positioned.
I was also holding a loaded rifle...
"The cameras are disconnected so no one here should leave alive to avoid any trace...!" I ordered and they nodded before spreading off...
Something wasn't right about the environment, it looks like an abandoned place, there were very fewer security men than I thought.
I got to the sitting room and found everywhere strange, it has no one in it...
The maid or servant, even guards were nowhere to be found...
"What is happening here?" I mused looking around with an arched brow.
"George already knows of this attack so he ran away!" Kip replied handing a device to me.
I took it and stared at the screen, it display a short video clip of George leaving with some men...
"Why didn't you show me this video before coming here!!!..how did he even knew??..the connection is off and..we gave him no chance!!!" I growled with a clenched fist.
"Boss, something is fishy...before now, I couldn't get any record of the cameras here, it was all wiped off..but, I was just able to get this particular clip easily now like it was intentionally released..." Kips explained with a confused look...
"So...what are you insinuating??" I asked still angry that I couldn't get George...
"Someone is watching us, I think Bryan was more prepared this time...let's leave here now!!!" He stated and I growled in exasperation.
His voice was cracky like he was afraid.
What the hell!!
"How can all this happen??.." I grunted glaring at him as he kept operating his laptop.
"What!!!!...someone hacked into the connection I blocked..he has been able to see all that happened!!.." Kip added with sweat over his forehead as he typed different keys into his laptop more swiftly...
"You are saying gibberish dude!!..who would be able to break your code!!..no one!!..everyone knows you are the best in this!..what are you saying?" I sighed staring at him...
Just then, his countenance changed totally...
"Boss...we are being ambushed!!!" He screamed leaving me shocked to the core...
What???
My eyes blinked continuously as I wondered what was happening...
"Sir, call all of your men right now!!!.. It either we kill them or they take you away again...and, I'm sorry you may not survive it the second time!" Kip half yelled and I found my hands shivering as I made the call...
I knew what would become of me if I am being caught the second time, the station that was burnt down and the men killed all would be placed on me...
I planned to run away and hide so they would think I died in the furnace too...
Why would my plan keep getting sour???
"Stallion!!!!...arrange all my men down to George's house, all of them!!!!...they should rush here before I am being caught!!!" I shrieked in impulse as I glanced at the live stream in Kip's system...
It was displaying the group of cops and secret agents trouping to George's house in a different vehicle, they were fully armed with different ammunition, it was like they were going to a war...
Why would they be this prepared to get just one man??..someone was watching as Kip said.
With their ammunition, I would barely escape after a gun battle with my men.
How????..who on earth knew I was here!!!!
My breath went fast and hot as sweat filled my whole face and body...
Kip was even dumb to do anything, he was also afraid...
"Sir have you called them????..these cops are getting closer!!..we may get killed today!!" He cried out in intense fear moving off from the seat he sat...
I stared at him In anger and disgust,
Someone was able to break his code so easily and he was even too dumb to notice...
This is his fault!!!
"Kip you are too useless!!!!!" I snorted at him.
"Sir I..."
"What kind of computer operator would be this stupid, now we are stuck!!!" I bellowed and smacked his head with the butt of my gun in fury...
I should have let Fred be, he is the one who would have got this all right...
This Kip here is complete trash!!!
"Do something!!!!!!" I yelled at him as he winced in pain on the floor.
"We can only hide till our men come, all our men can fight them for some time which would give us the chance to escape secretly!!!" He breathed and I gave him a long stare...
"Did you mentioned 'we'..you are too useless to be saved..stay here and help the men, if you die, I won't count it as a huge loss, if someone can break your code then you are nothing!!" I grunted in disgust.
You can't tell how angry I am now, everything I planned was just shattered.
All I want is to find the guru who did this...I'm ready to pay him any amount to recruit him...
"Boss...they are at the gate, with our men a few metres away....." His words hitched as the sound of bullets was heard.
My heart flipped and I quickly took to my heel upstairs with two guards flanking me.
Kip also made to run with me but I quickly fired a quick shot on his legs.
"Stay there and fight you scumbag!!" I shouted and ran through the hallway.
