"It's okay Justin"
She said still into his arms
"No Jenny,I betray your trust,I have something very important to tell you, I'm not really engaged to....
"Shhh,I know"
She gently placed her finger on his lips
"You do?"
"Yes,I know you are not engaged to Milan"
"How did you know it was Milan?"
"She told me herself"
She smiled
"Of course she did"
Justin muttered
She moved closer to him
"Justin, what's going on?"
He hesitated to speak
"I.... I'm sorry I betrayed....
"No no no, just tell me why you did this,why are you pretending to be engaged, who are you deceiving ? And why didn't you tell me?"
"I'm sorry I can't say....
"What do you mean? Why do you look so scared,are you scared of something?"
She asked
"Jenny I don't know....
"Justin, just tell me please, don't make me lose my trust in you"
She said softly
"Please Justin,if you really love me, you will tell me....
"Okay I'm scared....
"Of what?"
She curiously asked
He didn't answer at first but she asked again
"Tell me Justin....
"I'm scared of losing you"
He stared deeply into her eyes
"What do you mean Justin?"
He walked to the end of the terrace
"Justin tell me, stop hiding things from me"
"You wanna know what's happening?"
"Yeah"
He walked towards Jenny faster than usual, fast enough to scare her. When he finally got close to her,he pulled her waist and kissed her roughly
She responded by wrapping her hands around his neck, working more on his neck
They haven't done this for four years,now that she is back, he had the chance
Justin released her lips his hand still around her waist, they breath heavily on their faces
"The truth is I still love you,I love you more than anything, but at the same time I'm scared of losing you"
He whispered close to her
"What's going on Justin?"
He hesitated to speak
"Your father....
"What about him?"
"He is the one responsible for everything"
He paused hoping she would say anything, but she didn't
She released herself from his grip and moved away from him a bit
"What do you mean?"
She asked
"I mean your father is the one who caused all this...... when you left for college, I tried to talk to your dad but it always impossible,after two months,I also went to my college. That's how I realised that we can't contact each other,so I sent an email to you"
"I came three years later, and again I tried to talk to your dad but it was impossible. But after three months,I got an unexpected visitor and it was your father. He told me to stay away from you,at first I didn't agree to it, but he did something that surprised me,he threatened me with your life"
He added and Jenny gasped
"What? That's impossible, there is no way my dad will use my life"
"That's what I thought,I didn't want to believe it but he said that I should get engaged and if I don't,he will kill me and you"
"Me?"
"Yes,so I pretended to be engaged but you came unexpectedly,I wanted to tell you everything at the party but I couldn't"
"Why not?"
She asked curiously
"Because, there was a sniper pointing at you"
"A sniper?"
She gasped
"Yes Jenny, your father really crossed the line,I didn't know at first but when I wanted to speak,I saw a man pointing a sniper at you so I couldn't"
"But, the sniper can't shoot me,my father can't possibly kill his own daughter"
"Jenny..... I'm not sure about that,if I had talked, you and I would have been dead"
"No"
She covered her mouth
"That's why I keep on looking above you,I didn't want anything to happen to you, I'm scared of losing you Jenny"
Justin said
Tears rolled down her cheeks
"I'm so sorry Justin, I'm sorry about everything, I'm sorry I overreacted....
"No Jenny, I'm sorry, I should have told you sooner"
"No you had your reasons, I'm sorry"
She said and Justin wiped her tears
"Jenny, do you still trust me?"
"Of course I do Justin"
She said without hesitation
"I still trust you"
Immediately,they wrapped their arms around each other, inhaling their scents
"I love you"
He said
"I love you too"
She responded
They remained in this position for a while
"Justin?"
"Yeah?"
"Can I ask you a question?"
"Yeah"
"How on earth did you climb my terrace without anyone noticing,I mean there are like fifty of security men around this house"
"I know,the dinner they all ate are was kinda poisoned"
"What?"
She yelled but Justin covered her mouth
"Relax, it's not the poison to kill, it's the poison to make them asleep for four hours"
"Oh thank goodness,at first,I thought you were becoming a murderer"
She breath out in relief
"Jenny, I have to leave now, before anyone gets suspicious"
"Oh okay"
She said softly
He gently held her hand and stared into her eyes
"Jenny, tomorrow is the day that I put an end to this madness,I have to settle everything all tomorrow, I promise you,I just need you to do something for me"
He said
"What?"
"I want you to find a way to let you dad see this video"
He reached in for his pocket and brought out a USB flash drive
"Just let your father see this, it's really important"
"What's in here?"
"Well, it's turns out my dad was right about the story that caused everything, and at first your mother is also right"
"What are you talking about?"
"Well..... please just let him watch the video"
"Okay,if it's going to settle everything, then I will let him watch this"
"Good,now I have to leave"
"Okay"
He reached in for her lips one more time
"I made you a promise and I will fulfill it,I love you Jenny"
"I love you more"
She smiled
Immediately,he released her and jumped down her terrace, luckily he landed safely
Jenny went to her bed happily and fell asleep

The next morning
Jenny happily woke up from her bed, immediately she remembered what Justin told her
She quickly pick up the drive and head out of her room
"Good morning Dad"
Jenny ran down the stairs
"It's about time, have you forgotten about that boy"
He said.
"Let's not talk about that,I need you to do something very important"
"Look, I'm on my way to a meeting right now.......
"Please Dad,it won't take long"
Jeffrey sighed
"Fine, what is it?"
"Um....I want you to watch the video inside the drive"
She handed him the drive
"Why?"
He yelled
"Please Dad, it's really important"
"Jenny,that can wait I.....
"Please Dad, please please please please please please
"Fine,I will watch the damñ video"
He stared at the drive
"Thank you daddy"
She smiled and ran upstairs to her room
"She looks happy, why on earth does she wants me to watch the video in this"
He muttered and went to his room
He brought out his laptop and inserted the drive
Immediately he watched the video in it
As time goes by,his eyes widened in shock,he made sure he wasn't seeing things,he is seeing this
He couldn't believe his eyes,he watched the video over and over again just to be clear,but it was clearly the same
Immediately,he was interrupted.......
"Hello sir"
A man in a military uniform said
"What is it?"
He grumbled
"Um.....a boy is here to see you"
"Does the boy have a name?"
"Um....his name is Justin"
He hesitated before speaking
Jeffrey breath out,his palm on his forehead
"Should I tell him to leave"
"No"
He said softly
"I'll see him myself"
He stood up quickly and beconked the man
Justin stood in front of Jeffery's house,he knows what he is doing and today he is going to put an end to this madness
Jeffrey came out of his house,he sighted Justin and walked towards him with full speed
"You are here again"
Jeffrey grinned
"Yes sir , you know why am here.....
"Jenny gave me this flash drive and in it, it's contains a video"
"Of course, and I assume you have watched it"
"So, you are responsible for this"
"Yes sir,I gave it to Jenny and she gave it to you,did you watch the video?"
He asked again
Jeffrey sighed
"Yes, where did you get this footage clip"
"Years back,in your military service, in your room, there was a tiny camera installed,due to the fact that someone died earlier before you moved in the room,they had no choice but to fix tiny cameras in each room. I went to the same military base, and pleaded for the use of their camera footage and luckily they still had it, and I watched the video. My dad is innocent, and apparently the story he told was also right,he just slipped on your wife that all and that's how you barge in, instead of you listening to what your wife had to say to this, you misunderstood it and caused a scene. And now,in the present you are regretting and you are making it affect your daughter's life"
Justin ended with a sigh
Jeffrey stared at Justin for a while before doing anything
"RICHARD!!"
He yelled
Quickly,a man ran towards him
"Yes sir?"
"Get me my daughter"
He ordered
The man nodded and ran into the house
After a while,he came out of the house bringing Jenny along with him
"Justin?"
Jenny muttered but decided to keep her voice low because her father was here
"Jenny!!"
"Yes dad?"
She stayed beside him
He held her hand and stared at Justin
"I'm sorry"
He muttered
Everyone froze including the men around him,he has never apologize before, Jenny blinked her eyes nervously to get what he just said
"I'm sorry, I'm really sorry about everything,I really don't know where to start"
He released Jenny's hand and moved closer to Justin
"Especially you,I have wronged you,I have hurt you just to get you away from my daughter but still you didn't give up, I'm really sorry, I'm really sorry about your father and I'm sorry about you also, seriously I really don't know the truth until now, you are one in a million kid and also you are like a son to me,a son who deserves nothing but happiness. I'm sorry.
He smiled touching his shoulders
"Dad is this really you?"
Jenny asked to confirm
He looked at her
"I know, it's odd of me to apologize, but I have offended you, you are right,I never showed you love,I never made you happiness,all I always do to you is to take away your happiness and you've tolerated it all your life. I'm a terrible father,I am so terrible to the extent that I used your life as a threat. I'm sorry for making your life a living héll,both of you deserve happiness,both of you deserve peace. Will you find it in your heart to forgive me?"
He said with a low voice
"Oh my God,I can't believe this is finally happening"
Jenny beamed
"Dad,I forgive you"
She hugged him
"You guys are free to get married, you have my permission"
He said and Justin breath out
"Finally"
Justin said
"Dad,one more thing"
Jenny said
"What is it?"
"Well,can you go and talk to Mum"
She whispered and Jeffrey said
"Is that what you want?"
"Yes and I know that's what you want too"
"Okay,I will go and talk to her"
He smiled
"I'm sorry to the both of you again"
He said and left
"Finally!!!"
Jenny and Justin both hugged each other
