Violet POV:-

"Does it really look good?"I asked mum for the 5th time.

"Yes, Dear. You are not even that nervous at your wedding."Mum jokes. I glare at her and sighed,

"I just want it to be perfect."I spun around in my purple dress, which Raymond especially bought for me. I never wore it before. Thanks to Kenneth who got it for me from home. I took a deep breath as I looked at myself for the last time. It's almost 8.

"Oh! I am late! Love you, Mum!"I said as I left.

I entered as I took a deep breath.

"Welcome, Mrs Smith. Please follow me."The manager said as I followed him.

We reached a luxury hall, filled with not very many people. The stage was empty.Strange.I took a seat. Raymond wasn't here. I frowned. Where is he?

I sighed as I got up. It's almost 9 and he isn't here. I felt heartbroken. Was he trying to humiliate me? I controlled my tears as I stood up and began to leave.

"WAIT VIOLET!"I turned around and saw Raymond on the stage, holding the mic.

Raymond POV:-

My eyes widened when I saw her. She was looking so bewitching, holding my heart captive in her eyes. I just wanted to go to her and hug her but Kenneth stopped me. It's almost nine and she is still waiting for me. Violet was getting impatient.

"It's gonna work. Right?"I asked Kenneth.

"Yeah Brother. Be calm."I took a deep breath. I watched Violet as she got up and was about to leave.

"Now Brother," Kenneth said.

I exhaled deeply. My hands are cold. I felt so nervous. I was never like this in my life ever before. This is what you made me love.

I smiled as I called for Violet,

"WAIT VIOLET!!"I called her when she was about to leave. She turns around as I stood on the stage and took a deep breath for the last time and began to say,

"I thought I was lost. I thought I was empty. I thought life made no sense. I thought the rays of sunlight that soar through the sky are meaningless. I thought I'll be lost forever, But… then I found you and life suddenly started making sense....”

Trailing off, I paused, staring intensely at her.

“And the feelings you evoked within me can never be explained by mere words. I am so fascinated by your charm. And my heart always flutters with happiness when I see you. I find myself falling more and more for you. The more I stare at you the more I get lost in those appealing eyes of yours.” Smiling sincerely, I was drowned in her.

“And I felt all things around me stopped when I saw you for the first time. When we first met at the bakery. I was amazed by your beauty. Everything about you was so different.”

“That's the moment I fell for you. When I say that it was a Love at first sight, it was true.” I told her the reality.

“Then I began to know you and the more I saw you the more I found myself falling for you. Every time I open my eyes, I look for you. My heart seeks you in your absence. My soul is connected to you. I can't find solace without your presence. I felt an instant relief wash over me when I saw you.” I continued to express my emotions, taking it all out.

“Just looking at you made my day. I felt I couldn't be much happier. I am so lucky to have you as my wife. I couldn't ask for more when I have you.” Grinning, I whispered.

“I know You are tired of this game of obsession, aren't you? But, Don't you think that obsession is also a form of love? That I am crazy and obsessed with my Love? Don't you get it? You are my Eternal Obsession. Even the universe cannot take you away from me and me away from you. I am made for you and you for me. We both are each other's obsession. That's what we are. “I know I am a jerk. I am very grumpy and moody. I have hurt you so many times. And for that, I don't think a sorry would ever be enough. That's why I won't ask for forgiveness but for a chance. A chance to make things right.A chance to show you how much I love you…” I whispered in-depthly.

A tear rolled down her cheek when I expressed my love.

“Violet, My thoughts, my words, My desires, My Obsession, My Love, It's all for you. I am head over heels for you. I AM SO IN LOVE WITH YOU!"

Then I walked down from the stage and walked toward her. She was crying..with tears of joy. I bend on one knee and continued,

"Violet, you took me out of that cruel abyss that is eating me up. You came to me like an angel. You are an angel. You Are my Salvation. I can't tell you how much you mean to me. How much I cherish you.” I whispered, smiling lovingly.

“How a single moment of us being together is filling me with happiness. The feelings you elicit within me are something that I never thought I'll feel again. Everything you have done for me. How desperately you tried to save me and you did.”

“Oh, Raymond…” Murmuring, she grinned, wiping her tears.

“Violet, Please don't leave me. Just the thought of you leaving me is causing me to crumble. I'll fall apart without you. Please don't live in that hell anymore. I don't wanna be there anymore. You have shown me love, Please don't let me feel that loneliness anymore. I can't live without you. I would rather die than to live a single moment without you. I have lost everything, I cannot lose you too. Please, Violet, Stay. We'll work everything out. We'll start a new"

I looked down and wiped my tear brimming in my eyes by the pleading and looked up again and smiled,

"Mrs Raymond Smith, Would you like to start a family with me?"

She began to cry out loud as she hugged me.

"I am sorry Raymond..I can't live without you too. And I Will. WE WILL. I love you so much, Raymond.."

She cried as she hugged me tighter. I patted her back and said,

"Please don't leave me, Violet.."

"I will never leave you.."She cried.

The people around us began to clap and cheer as me and Violet stood up. I wiped her tears. We both smiled as she hugged me again. I wrap my arms around her waist as I pull her into a kiss. She smiled as we pulled away.

"You are My Eternal Love, My Eternal Obsession Violet Raymond Smith."

"And You are mine Raymond Smith."

We both chuckled. Then the song began to play, I offered Violet my hands,

"Would you like to have a dance, my lady?"I asked in a decent way.

She took my hands as she said,

"With Pleasure" We began to dance then,

"It's the 17th time you are stepping on my feet," I said to her.

"No!It's the 15th !"

"Why are you doing this?"I asked, raising an eyebrow.

"I can't dance,"She said monotonously.

I sighed and began to say,

"You should have told me that at our reception."

She giggled,

"You deserved it at that time."

"Oh is that so?"I smirked.

"Yes."She smiled. I gripped her waist tightly as I pulled her close to me that our bodies touched. She blushed and looked down.

"Raymond...People are watching.."

"So?"I teased. I love it when she is shy like that. I kissed her cheeks and she kissed mine. I smiled. I couldn't be much happier. I am so happy. Can you see Celine? How happy I am.

2 MONTHS LATER:-

"Where are we going?"Violet asked for the seventh time. I sighed.

"It's a surprise, "I told her for the seventh time again.

After we reached our destination I rushed to her side and picked her up. She was wearing blindfolds because I didn't want her to see where I was taking her.

"Now.."I said and put her down.

"Finally."She took them off. She looked around.

"Raymond, Why are we in a bakery.?"She asked, confused because everyone was looking at us.

"Well...That bakery belongs to none other than my beautiful wife."Her eyes widened in shock as she looked at me then at the bakery.

"Happy Wedding Anniversary, "I said as I kissed her cheeks.

She hugged me as her eyes teared up.

"Thank you very much, Raymond."I wiped her tears with my thumb.

"I won't forgive anyone who puts tears in your eyes, Not even myself."

She then smirked and put her hands on her waist.

"But, My gift is far better than any gift."

"Oh? Then, I am eager to know."I lean in as our nose touches. She laughed,

"What do you prefer? A girl like me or A boy like me?"

My eyes widened. I froze for a second. I couldn't believe what my ears were hearing. My eyes teared up,

"Really?!?"I almost shouted.

"YES!"I hugged her tightly.

"I can't believe it! I am going to become a FATHER! I am so happy Violet! I love you so much! Thank you so much for blessing me with such happiness."I picked her and spun her around. She laughed as I put her down. I look at her stomach more than at her. I smiled widely.

"This is the best gift I have ever received."I kissed her forehead.

I couldn't be much happier. I am so happy. I feel so blessed to have a family, to have a life I never thought I would have.

I smiled at Raymond who was crying when he picked his Daughter. our newborn daughter.

"Have you thought of a name?"I asked him.

"Emerald. Emerald Smith."He told me as I smiled.

"Emerald.." I said my daughter's name. I felt so happy.

"She is so tiny!" Raymond exclaimed as I giggled.

I couldn't ask for more. A happy family. Everything.

In the end, I realized,

'There's no couple like us. We are different from everyone. Because our relationship is based on obsession not on love. We are each other's obsession. I was an idiot for not to realize that little thing that our obsession is our love for each other.
