Galaxy got into the car and asked with the same excitement as her brother, "Why are we going to a restaurant? Is there any special occasion?" "Umm, nope just I want to give you two a treat for bearing my tortures for a long week," winking at her, I replied. "Milady, you must be kidding, you can't even imagine how much I love your company. No doubt, you are the best Luna for Your Highness," she explained with enthusiasm. With a sly smile, I replied, "Stop flattering me, Galaxy, otherwise soon I will be on cloud nine." We chattered happily all the way. I didn't have any idea where Liam was going but it was a little far from town and the area was a little uninhabited. After parking the car near a deluxe restaurant, we walked into it. The interior of the restaurant was lavish. It was marvelously decorated with colorful lights and almost half of the tables were booked with well-presented customers. We headed to an empty table and took our seats. Soon a pretty lady in a waitress uniform came with a menu card and placed it in front of us on the table.
Liam excitedly grabbed the menu card and said, "Look at their varieties of dishes, Milady. I have come here numerous times, let me suggest to you their best dishes." Galaxy replied, rolling her eyes, "Stop being so shameless and let Milady decide. After all, it is her treat." Galaxy gave me an apologetic look, but I with a smile nodded towards Galaxy and replied, "Liam, then it is better you order, today. Just remember one thing, if we can't pay, we have to wash the dishes at last. Don't order too costly." Liam immediately explained with his gummy smile, "Don't worry Milady, I will not let you wash dishes until I am alive. I will wash instead of you."
Liam ordered some Italian dishes as the restaurant was famous for Italian foods. Soon we were served hot, aromatic, and mouth-watery dishes. I didn't have much experience with Italian foods but the dishes were looking extremely delicious. So without wasting time, we trio started eating. We were so drowned in eating that we couldn't talk until we felt almost full. It was too delicious to imagine. "Yummy! Milady, just try the tiramisu," Liam exclaimed in pleasure and pushed the plate of the desert towards me. I was full but I couldn't deny it as the desert was lip-smacking. I asked the waitress to bring the bill and said to Liam, "Thanks, Liam for such a delicious dinner. Each dish was scrummy." Liam proudly winked at me. The bill was reasonable, after paying the bill we started walking towards our car.
Liam parked the car nearby, so it was just a few minutes away from the restaurant. When we came out of the restaurant, the road was empty and forlorn. There was not a single passerby. The night sky was looking like an endless black pallet adorned beautifully with diamonds like stars and in the middle of them, a crescent moon was smiling brightly. There was a thin layer of snow everywhere and snow was falling. Though the weather was very cold it was eye-soothing, I was walking slowly behind Liam and Galaxy while enjoying the pleasant beauty of the night. The moment, I raised my right hand to catch a snowflake, I heard some footsteps behind me. I immediately turned my head but I saw there was none except the mysterious darkness. The street light was a little dim in that area. So I turned my head as I thought that it might be the sound, caused by the wind. But when I looked forward I saw both Liam and Galaxy, looking at their surroundings suspiciously. I asked them in curiosity, taking some steps towards them, "What is it?" "Milady, let's leave fast, I can smell some wolves nearby and they are of course not familiar. We must not stay here, any longer," Liam explained protectively. When I was about to enter the car, I heard two pairs of footsteps exactly behind my head and then a strong hand covered my mouth with all its strength, while its other hand wrapped around my belly.
Before I could make any sound, the strong hand picked me up from the ground as if he was carrying a doll and started stepping towards the opposite side of the road. I was struggling hard to set myself free from his grip but he possessed some monstrous strength. I couldn't see the man who was holding me but I saw his company. There were three more muscular men, all dressed in casual clothes without any warm clothes and their movements were as fast as light. I was trying to seek the attention of Liam and Galaxy but they both noticed me when I was already a few steps away from them. They immediately rushed to save me but the other three persons blocked their way and I could hear their fierce growling. They were not humans at all, of course, they were some creatures from the underworld. In a swift motion, Liam shifted in his wolf form while Galaxy was defending them, and soon I saw that familiar grey wolf in front of me, but it was larger then. Liam started attacking and the other two men also transformed into wolves that meant I was attacked and captured by some werewolves. That was something, I hadn't expected at all. Liam was a good fighter, he tackled both of the wolves within a few seconds when Galaxy already reached towards me to set me free from that man's grip. After a little struggle by both Galaxy and me, I could free myself, and ran towards the car. Galaxy was still in her human form fighting with two men alone, were on the other side Liam already defeated the two wolves and injured them badly. But when two people at Galaxy's side shifted and growled loudly Galaxy couldn't tackle them any longer. Liam ran towards Galaxy to help her and I also took some steps forward but Galaxy screamed, looking at me, "Don't come here, Milady. Please run as far as you can" and started shifting. I was thunderstruck but indeed I didn't want to run, I wanted to use my power but I didn't know why I was hesitating. I saw that both Liam and Galaxy were fighting extremely well and the four attackers were almost laid on the ground injured badly. We were about to win so I felt relaxed and took some step closer to them. But suddenly I heard some low growling and saw four pairs of burning eyes, encircled us, closing all the ways to run away. On the other side, Galaxy whined loudly in pain as one of the injured wolves bit her neck fiercely. The bloody body of Galaxy fell on the ground lifeless and Liam was also captured by two more wolves. I felt that there was no way to survive or run away anymore.
